In may 2017 we booked this transfer Company again Alicante Benidorm Alicante like we did in november 2016 (see our previous review). Perfect service again. Are we the only ones that had no problems at all?

We were dropped or should I say dumped? 10 minutes away from our accommodation with our luggage! The office and the driver claiming it was not possible to drive down the street... too narrow? Utter rubbish! Every other coach and shuttle transfer company were dropping off and picking up outside our accommodation! After several emails talking to and sending photographic evidence an arrogant person called Ryan! He responded by email "this is not a chat room" what a response from customer service that was lol... still on holiday at present, I'm sure we will be making alternative arrangements to get back to the airport for our return!

Absolute disaster, notifies us that transfer tickets had to be printed and were not available in electronic form yet every other stage of our journey is (trams, trains, flights).
They also gave the wrong information on the transfer papers and had us waiting at a bus station 2 floors above the correct one for an hour.
When mention staff were abrupt and rude.
I will never use this company again and I advise anyone thinking of doing so to consider an alternative.
I will endeavour to let my business customers and clients know of their failures.
Stay clear I would have given no stars if possible as I ended up paying twice.

Booked transfers through ryanair. Took payment. Went alone. Arrived at destination to find out my transfer had been cancelled because i booked with in 24hrs. Yet they taken payment and sent confirmation. They were not interested in helping or refunding my money back. I was left on my own at airpirt trying to find another way to get to result which was over an hours drive so not enough money for a taxi. Over a week later still no refund. Avoid at all costs

Couldn't find them. Airport information knew nothing about them. Phoned both numbers supplied. One hung up almost immediately and the other was not answered. Instead we took the
Arlanda express to Stockholm which was excellent. We received no service at all from PlusAIRPORTLINE at all! Scam. Don't book with them.

Service I paid for does not exist. Avoid this company
I booked a shuttle transfer through Ryanair from Almeria Airport to Vera Playa and paid £63.84 for two return. I thought it strange that the document I printed off did not include an E-Ticket, but lots of warnings about correct hotel address. I cut and pasted the address from the hotel website, a very well known hotel. Shortly after I received the first of three emails declaring that I had not included the correct address ( I had, as above) the final one warning me that if I didn't change/provide the address I would lose my booking with no compensation. I emailed them and this morning received an email stating that they cannot provide this service and offering either credit compensation or a refund. So, it wasn't because I had provided the wrong address, they just can't provide the service. It remains to be seen if I receive a refund, I very much doubt that will happen. Why is Ryanair even associated with this rogue company?
18th September and they are still playing delaying games! Booked through a genuine company and that service (Shuttle Direct) was perfect.

Worst transfer experience ever!

We bought Shared door-to-door transfer ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT - ROME and back.
Our arrival flight was delayed and only about half an hour after the plane landed people were able to leave the plane.
After we finally passed the security check, we came to see that our transfer left without us, while all other transfer companies were patiently waiting until the last person from our flight.
At the customer service they said it's not that's not their problem that the flight was delayed... No apology, no other transfer option (maybe later with another bus), no refund of course.
So we took another transfer to the hotel and paid for it of course.

About our journey from the hotel back to the airport:
PlusAirport states ask you "To confirm your precise pick-up time and location from the city you MUST contact our local partner 24 hrs before travel!". Our departure flight was 10:30, so we called the company 24 hours before, as they said, but they tell us to call after 16:00 the same day. Ok, no big deal, we called second time, this time we were told to call after 18:00. When we called third time they said that it's too late(!) to schedule the bus, but promised to pick us up at 07:40.
It's approximately an hour journey from hotel to the airport, if the traffic is clear. But we saw that our bus nearly don't move and keep wandering in the city, collecting other people. We asked what is the pick up time for the last passenger, the answer was - 9:00...
9:00 the last passenger, minimum an hour to get to the airport, and our plane departures at 10:30!
So we realised that we going to miss our flight because of the transfer, hopped off, got the cab to the airport, and was lucky to get there minutes before our flight registration closed (traffic was so jammed). And once more - no apology from PlusAirportline, no refund, nothing.

Paid for a transfer from Memmingen, Germany to Munich through Ryanair's site. Arrived in Memmingen and no bus. They say it's not their fault as they don't run the bus company. The bus company says it's not their fault because I didn't book through them. Ryanair says they're only responsible for the flight. What a system they all have. So, I'm out 60. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Booked and paid for a transfer... 2 days before flying I was still chasing my e-ticket. Finally I was told that this had been cancelled... because I had made a mistake... not true... the web booking app made a mistake by accepting a booking from Barcelona airport to Salou. Apparently this service is not available. What was worse was that I was told I could not have a refund... do not bother with this company...

Not reliable, payed and then denied transport. Lost of money and time. To avoid!
Very disapointing, booked transfer with good-looking sentences "don't worry if your flight is late, we are waiting for you" then scamed and denied transport with auto-reply "sorry for the inconvinience" absurd!

This company is completely unreliable. Booked the transfer together with my airline ticket. Got confirmation for ticket but nothing for the bus. Then, two days before my departure, in the middle of the night around 03.00, I finally received confirmation. BUT at 9.00 in the morning I get a new email cancelling my booking because I have not given them my hotel name! I call them to ask what nonsense this is and are being told I will get refunded. But next day they write and say no refund. It is all my for not telling them my hotel name 3 days in advance. Shameless company!

I booked through Ryanair a transfer for 5 people in Tenerife.On arrival we sat 1hr 10mins in a hot coach with no aircon. Presumably we were waiting for other flights to arrive before we set off.We were told on our return to arrive at our pick up point 15mins early which we did. 45 mins later after baking in hot sun we rang helpline to enquire where the coach was. 10mins later the coach arrived.
We then found out a taxi would have cost the same as the transfer coach but much quicker and more reliable. I will never use plus airport.com again.

Rubbish service. Booked via Ryanair for airport transfer in Poland and they did not turn up. SOS email no reply and phone rings but no one answers.

Esperienza negativissima, assolutamente DA EVITARE!
Se prenoti il giorno prima (nel mio caso piu di 24 ore prima della partenza)'NON ti danno il servizio e trattengono il pagamento dalla carta! I tuoi soldi sono convertiti in un voucher per un altro servizio di transfer futuro, non richiesto. Praticamente un furto!
Inoltre su Charleroi hai titolo solo ad un transfer ad orario fisso (a cadenza oraria) con orario deciso da loro.
Mentre c'e' un bus di linea (Brussels city shuttle) ogni mezz'ora ed a biglietto flessibile (prenotabile online).
Infine il transfer su Charleroi vi lascia in un parcheggio sul retro a 500 m. Dall'aerostazione (mentre la navetta di linea ferma proprio davanti).
Da evitare assolutamente!

DO NOT USE. Used this transfer whilst travelling from Palma airport to my hotel on 30-09-18 travelling alone with a baby, the driver stopped out back of hotels no sign of name of hotel in sight and just expected everyone on the transfer to know where to get off. Three stops in I got off the coach to ask the driver if this was my hotel he just said no' so I said how am I supposed to know which ones the one I'm staying at when your not telling us which hotels is which? To which he replied just get off here then' and started throwing random cases off the coach at me. Alone in a foreign country with a baby and this is how I was treated. And I repeat DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FIRM THROUGH RYANAIR! DISGUSTING!

I booked the transfer to the airport and called the day before my departure to know the pick up time. They told me that my booking was cancelled and no one was coming to pick me up.

When I asked for a refund, they said that I never called the official number, my booking was never cancelled and that the driver came to my place but my name was not on the bell board and he just left. I answered providing several proof to prove that all their arguments are NOT true. And they never answered back!

After my first email they just closed it saying:

We investigated and closed your complaint based on our Terms and Conditions, therefore we wish to inform you we will not be able to response any more emails regarding the matter.

They never picked my up and they refuse to refund me! SCAM!

Took my money and did not provide any service.

I booked a transfer 36 hours before required, while waiting at the airport I found the email in my spam folder which said my booking had be deactivated because I did not provide a drop off address - The website I booked on only allowed me to enter the area, not the specific address.

So basically, the website is set up to take money only. There was never any intention for them to provide the transfer as the email I received was an automatic response after I booked online.

I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund but they tell me I can only have a credit.

Mi historia es en un viaje Madrid-Colonia. Contrato el servicio por la pagina de Ryanair. Dos dias antes me dicen que me anulan el transfer porque no saben cual es mi hotel. Resulta que en la reserva de su pagina ya aparece el numero de vuelo, la fecha y la hora. Qué mas necesitan si cuando hice la reserva ya dije que iba al centro de Colonia? Con esta excusa me anulan el transfer. Ya digo, bueno a ver si me vienen a recoger al Hotel para volver a Madrid. LEs digo el hotel donde tienen que recogerme tres dias antes y me envian un email pero sin poner el pickup time(hora de recogida). Llamo al telefono de contacto del eticket y me dicen que a las 14:45 vienen al hotel (mi vuelo era a las 17:10). A esa hora 14:45 ya estaba yo esperando en el hall. A los quince minutos (15:00h) viendo que no venia nadie llamo por telefono y me dicen que claro, que el coche vino a por nosotros a las 14:15 y que ya he perdido el transfer. En fin, mi palabra contra la suya porque algo de inglés se y me he pateado ya medio mundo y nunca vi nada igual. Visto lo visto no volveré a contratar ningún servicio adicional por la página de Ryanair, porque para contratar sí entienden pero para reclamar se desentienden completamente ("nosotros sólo referimos ese servicio, si tiene problemas reclame a la otra empresa..."). Vaya manera de perder clientes. En fin, vamos a por la via judicial para que esta estafa no quede aquí ni perjudique a otros.

I booked a transfer through Ryanair.com from Glasgow Prestwick to Glasgow City Center! After 24hours I received the following message:

We have inactivated your PlusAirportline bus transfer because we noticed that one of your flight is not covered by our bus timetable.
Please note that since the valid timetable was given on Ryanair's website during the booking we cannot be responsible for making a wrong booking and no refund can be made. In accordance with our Terms&Conditions from now on you have a credit equal to the orignially paid amount to be used for PlusAirportline services within a year or can be given to someone else.

IF THEY CANNOT OFFER THE SERVICE THEN A REFUND MUST BE GIVEN!
They will not offer a solution nor give me the purchased service. I am sure that this Rip-off is in compliance with Ryanair (I am still surprised, how can a company damage their reputation for such a low amount of money?), but I would have prefered a more honest way of charging me 6,68 Euros more (instead of dishonestly offering something they won't fulfill).

I start by saying that I notice that I have not been the only one to have problems and the disconcerting thing is that the company did not even have the decency to answer. What upsets me the most is the fact that the service is OFFERED BY RYANAIR! Now you can't even trust what you find on the official website when booking a flight?
I just returned from a trip to Palma de Mallorca, by booking the flight I chose this company as a transfer (in addition to the Ryanair ticket it only offered this choice), spending 10 euros more than other sites but not directly affiliated with the company aerial, for greater safety.

On the way there was already a problem, in the sense that we had to wait an hour at the airport, but we easily adapted to the timetable of the shuttle. While traveling a child got sick and vomited, no staff on the bus intervened to clean or assist, and my partner and I (as well as other passengers) had to travel in those conditions until arriving at the hotel.

The real problem was on the way back. A little more than a day before departure we receive an e-mail of cancellation of the transfer WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, WITHOUT ANY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION PROPOSED, but above all WITHOUT ANY REFUND! We had to pay dearly for a taxi that took us to the airport at the last minute.
We have contacted the company several times to ask for explanations and help (they literally left us on foot shortly before departure, with a pandemic underway it is not at all easy to make this type of change at the last minute) and NO ONE REPLYED. The most shameful thing is that customer service was only active until 5pm on Friday, and we would have our flight on Sunday morning.

To date no one has replied, only the email said that they would give us a coupon to spend within 18 months, but to do what, to risk losing a plane again and having my money stolen? I WANT A REFUND, and that's the least they can do since as far as I'm concerned they should also reimburse me for the alternative transport that I was FORCED to visit at the last minute.

I do not wish anyone to be on vacation and read such an email, we spent the last two days trying to contact this incompetent agency!

To date, 4 days after our return, we still do not know the reason why our transfer was canceled at the last minute (IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO YOUR WORK AND GUARANTEE THE RETURN TRANSPORT DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION!), if and when we get a refund but above all the decency to have an answer!

Really shameful, rude, incompetent and disrespectful.

Parto dicendo che noto di non essere stata l'unica ad avere delle problematiche e la cosa sconcertante è che la ditta non ha avuto nemmeno la decenza di rispondere. Quello che mi sconvolge di più è il fatto che il servizio è OFFERTO DA RYANAIR! Ora non ci si può nemmeno fidare di ciò che trovi sul sito ufficiale alla prenotazione di un volo?
Sono appena tornata da un viaggio a Palma di Maiorca, prenotando il volo ho scelto come transfer ar questa compagnia (in aggiunta al biglietto Ryanair offriva solo questa scelta), spendendo anche 10 euro in più rispetto ad altri siti ma non convenzionati direttamente con la compagnia aerea, per avere una maggior sicurezza.

All'andata già c'è stato un problema, nel senso che abbiamo dovuto attendere un ora in aereoporto, ma ci siamo adattati tranquillamente all'orario della navetta. In viaggio un bambino si è sentito male ed ha vomitato, nessun personale sul bus è intervenuto per pulire o assistere, e io e il mio compagno (così come gli altri passeggieri) abbiamo dovuto viaggiare il quelle condizioni fino all'arrivo in hotel.

Il vero problema è stato al ritorno. Poco più di un giorno prima della partenza ci arriva una mail di cancellazione del transfer SENZA ALCUNA SPIEGAZIONE, SENZA ALCUNA SOLUZIONE ALTERNATIVA PROPOSTA, ma soprattutto SENZA ALCUN RIMBORSO! Abbiamo dovuto pagare caro un taxi che all'ultimo minuto ci ha accompagnati all' aeroporto.
Abbiamo contattato più volte la compagnia per chiedere spiegazioni e aiuto (ci hanno letteralmente lasciato a piedi poco prima della partenza, con una pandemia in corso non è affatto facile fare questo tipo di cambiamenti all'ultimo minuto) e NESSUNO HA RISPOSTO. La cosa più vergognosa è che il servizio clienti era attivo solamente fino alle 17 di venerdì, e noi avremmo avuto il volo domenica mattina.

Ad oggi nessuno ha risposto, solamente la mail diceva che ci avrebbero dato un coupon da spendere entro 18 mesi, ma per fare cosa, per rischiare di perdere nuovamente un aereo e farmi rubare i soldi? VOGLIO UN RIMBORSO, ed è il minimo che possano fare dato che per quel che mi riguarda dovrebbero rimborsarmi anche il trasporto alternativo che sono stata COSTRETTA a trovarmi all'ultimo minuto.

Non auguro a nessuno di trovarsi in vacanza e leggere una mail del genere, gli ultimi due giorni li abbiamo passati cercando di contattare questa agenzia di incompetenti!

Ad oggi, 4 giorni dopo il nostro ritorno, non sappiamo ancora il motivo del perchè il nostro transfer è stato cancellato all'ultimo (SE NON SIETE IN GRADO DI FARE IL VOSTRO LAVORO E GARANTIRE IL TRASPORTO AL RITORNO NON FATE FARE LA PRENOTAZIONE!), se e quando avremo un rimborso ma soprattutto la decenza di avere una risposta!

Davvero vergognosi, maleducati, incompetenti e privi di rispetto.
