Great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size and the rep was prompt in responding to my email and cancelling my initial order after I placed a second order. Money was refunded 3 days later. Perfect! The suit came in, and I love it. I do have to say that it's definitely not worth the full price amount though. $80+ for one of these suits is very steep. If I were going to spend that kind of money on a bathing suit, I'd go for a neoprene suit from Triangl. Just saying.

This company does not allow refunds if you use a promo code, which is why they are always running a promotion.
If you'd like to exchange an item, you must send pictures to have the exchange approved, pay return shipping, pay a $15 restocking fee, wait for a store credit to be issued, and then reorder the replacement item, and pay for shipping again.
The quality of their swimwear is comparable to Shein or Zaful, but at premium prices, and no option to return for a refund. Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER and spread the word about their unethical business practices.

Hopefully with enough reviews people can see how things work and decide for themselves. Plumeria is constantly on discount and only accepts returns for discounted items as store credits. What they do t tell you is that a store credit is the same as a discount in their system. This means it cannot be used in another discounted item purchase. Essentially forcing the buyer to pay full price for an item after purchasing a discounted item (no matter the reason for return).
I don't recommend purchasing as their products are average at best in my experience, but at least be aware of how their business operates when you order.

Material and the way the swim suits I ordered was made was not what I expected for the price. But really the biggest issues I had was after I sent in for a refund. I get a few days later respond with nothing helpful after sending emails multiple different times. It has been over 2 weeks since they received the return and I have not received a refund. Refund aside I'm appalled at how long it has taken and how bad the customer service has been.

Plumeria has great customer service! Unfortunately the first time I ordered the bikini's they did not make it to my house and (I believe it was bc of COVID). Plumeria gave me a full refund. So I really liked the bikinis and tried again. Well this time I didn't receive the package so I emailed them and they emailed me right away showed me where my package was. Once again great customer service! I was able to find my bikini finally and it's stunning! Absolutely recommend them!
Poor quality and prints/colors do not match between the tops and bottoms. Don't bother reaching out to customer support they are worthless.
If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. They're a complete scam. They automatically apply a 'Flash Sale' discount to your purchase at checkout. Then, when you go to return the very cheaply made items, you not only have to purchase a $12 return label, but they tell you that you're only eligible for store credit given you purchased the items "on sale". Keep in mind, you are UNABLE to remove the discount code for any items, full price or not. So they force you to purchase their items at a discounted rate, in order to keep your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible clothing, terrible customer service, terrible policies. They are also poorly rated on BBB.com and not an accredited company.

I was disappointed with the top I got— it was a different color than I saw on the model— so when I got an email a few days later to write a review, I vented a bit about the color. I was contacted within the hour about what was wrong and how they could make it better. After a few email exchanges, they decided to send me a whole new bikini set and I had a notification of shipment before the of the day. The new suit came and it looks fantastic!

Beware if you are not sure of your size. I originally ordered a medium top and it wasn't quite right (a bit big), so I asked to exchange for a small. To send the top back to exchange it out would have cost me $90 USD, and the top was $35, so not sure how they think they can do business with customers in the US. I was left with a top too big and bathing suit that doesn't work, so due to the inconvenience of shipping overseas I will be eating the cost and looking elsewhere. Too bad, as the suit had potential!
I ordered the magnolia bikini in black on Saturday. It arrived at lightning speed today (Wednesday) in less than one week! I tried it on immediately. I read a few reviews that noted the suits run small so I ordered the L in both the top and bottom to be on the safe side. I'm typically a US size 6,27-28 in jeans, and 36 B so would normally opt for a medium. The large fits perfectly and looks great (boyfriend agrees too). I cannot wait to wear this on my vacation to the DR!
Last but not least, I must admit, I found Plumeria via Instagram. And am generally skeptical when buying off ads, but this suit was too unique to not give it a try. Glad I did!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you don't pay full price for their items, they won't give you a refund. NO WHERE does it say that on their website. It says "Final sale items" aren't eligible for a refund. I pre-ordered the swimsuits so they were not final sale. The swimsuits are cheap, crappy material that slide off. Not worth the money at all. Avoid ordering from this company because you will be giving them your money for crappy product that you won't wear and can't get a refund for.
Ordered 3 bikinis which totaled $150 after using a promo code that the site itself advertised. None fit but the company won't issue a refund if you use a promo code. Total waste of money and they have almost no matching swim suit sets in stock so exchanging isn't even an option. When I tried to return for a credit to exchange, I was told shipping would cost at a minimum $45 through USPS.

I kept seeing ads on Facebook for this amazingly beautiful bikini. I always am really cautious about ordering things online, but I just loved the color and cut so much that I had to give Plumeria a chance! I'm so glad I did! Totally beautiful bikini. I ordered 2 more because I love it so much! Highly recommend purchasing! And I'm super picky. I live on a sailboat and I can tell this suit will stay put and comfortable while sailing and swimming!
I ordered a bikini top and a bottom on 2/17. The top was back ordered til 3/7, which I was fine with because I didn't need this til mid March. The bottoms had no indication of being back ordered on the website or confirmation email. 3/14 I sent them an email asking for an update because it's been a week since the back ordered date.
They claimed the items were "preorder" and release date is 3/20. Which was nowhere to be found on their website at the time of purchase, in my order confirmation email, or the time they claimed it was a preorder.
I asked for a full refund, and never got a response. I assumed they were processing it because their response time is slow and vague. 3/25 they sent an email that the order was processing to ship. I explained my situation again, ask to be refunded and not to ship out the items. Got another vague fake apology, and that they will finally refund me after I refuse the shipment.
Purchased the "Let's get tan Unicorn suit", took much longer than was told for shipping. Suit doesn't look anything at all like the picture on the website. Plumeria will not offer a refund on shipping or the suit and wants me to pay to ship it back. Will only offer credit. Also says any issues when shipping back that they will charge me for and want to be paid with Paypal and a picture of the Paypal transaction sent to them. Buyer beware, bait n switch.
I had an issue with order non arrival due to an out of stock item. The reason for lack of arrival wasn't communicated until I enquired myself by email. Emails were responded to quickly but the promised refund was not forthcoming. However once I contacted the Facebook help team they were extremely helpful and efficient and resolved my issue almost instantly so can't fault their social team who did a great job. I hope to be able to upgrade my rating further when the bikini I've been assured will be sent arrives as I'm yet to be able to comment on the actual quality of the swimwear, hoping it's as great as they always look online
Much like many people who have ordered these bikinis with the expecting shipping time of "up to 10 days" I have been extremely let down. I ordered months ago and never received my bikinis, when I called to ask what the heck is going on, they said they don't know when they'll be able to ship, I'm assuming because of Covid, and they refuse a refund. The tracking number just says "pending." So frustrating! Don't sponsor your stuff everywhere and not warn people when you know the bikinis will not be delivered for WHO KNOWS HOW LONG, if ever?!
I ordered 3 suits in January. One stated preorder March 10. It is now April 13th and each month they push it ahead a month. I contacted the company to ask to cancel as I have since had to buy other suits. My response simply said my apologies Love Plumeria. Oh my gosh. WORST experience. Do not buy from this company. The gold chains are plastic, the material is so thin and the fit is soooooo bad! My poor sweet husband bought me several suits. I tried them all on and we laughed comparing them to the actual photos online.
So that was bad enough. Then we went to return them and we had to take photos of each piece- then we had to take more photos showing the pieces with the tags, then we had to take more photos of them PROPERLY PUT IN THE cheap little cellophane plastic bags they came in. Trust me, ziploc bags are much higher quality.
Then after PROOF that we didn't wear them (UKKKK! NEVER!) typically I wear Beach Bunny or La Perla- these are like Fredricks of Hollywood crap or something from Amazon for $10.-- Then we had to BUY a return label for $12.00 and then we had to tell the company we bought a return label before we could get the label sent to us.
So don't waste your time and money like we did.
Do NOT buy from this company if you're expecting quality or easy returns.

I ordered the Luna Minimalist bikini and the Ariel Unicorn bikini and absolutely LOVE them! The quality is very impressive you can tell the fabric used is superior. The cut on both is gorgeous. I recommend ordering a size up, and if you have wider hips and are ordering the bottoms that do not tie on the sides then order 2 sizes up. The bikinis have a beautiful European look and feel to them I'll definitely be ordering more!
Took 2 months to get my swimsuit. There was no notification that anything was on back order. They just sent me a shipping notification and then didn't bother to send the item. When the swimsuit arrived, it was incredibly uncomfortable. I gave it to my friend and she could not wear it either. The package arrive and it was also missing half the items I ordered. Now going on month 3 waiting
I ordered a Bikini in July, but the parcel didn't arrive. After a few weeks after placing my order, I got in contact with the customer service. They told me the order was shipped and I should allow a few more days until I receive my order.
In the end unfortunately the parcel never arrived, since the shipping company assumedly lost the parcel. The customer service was kind and Plumeria refunded my money quickly.

It seems that the package did leave our warehouse and PTS did pick it but no mention of it being delievered, as we did not get a follow up email from you we thought it was delivered. I have purchased a beautiful Magnolia bikini, unfortunately I have lage 32 F natural boobs therefore the wire under the bra was too soft and was not holding the bra in one place.
I will advise plumeria to replace this wire with something stronger.
I have returned the bikini as advised by Plumeria, it was posted on 30th June 2021.
Today's date is the 8th of August 2021 :(( (
I still have not received my return funds even though I have emailed Plumeria a few times to check if they receive the return parcel.
Looks like now I am with no bikini and with no money on my account.
