I have spent a total of 2 hrs over 2days because my cable TV is not working. Basically had do thier job trouble shooting did not work yesterday. So not working today. I have an appointment for tomorrow but they keep calling tell me to do the same trouble shooting. Ridiculous. I pay 350 a month for cable goes out and tiles ot the time. I expect them just come to my house and figure it out. I pay for inside wiring so why do I have beg practically for them to come to my house.

They lie to you in order to rob you. Period. A year ago I received a txt message alerting me that 'Xfinity' was upgrading me 'at no cost', a year later they upped my billing $20 which auto closed my card account for fraud. When I called them out on it and moved my service to a different provider they charged me an early termination fee. I'd love to sue these thieves. ANY BODY BUT COMCAST.

It has now taken me about 8 hours and 1 week and I still can't get my internet. To move devices was a nightmare. Now I got it "moved" but I can't get internet. Just in order to move the service took hours talking with the worthless ai. This company completely hides. Seems like it doesn't have a single employee. Absolute garbage. It's wonderful you are saving money but all your customers are suffering. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. What a disgrace.

Comcast has increased my bill once again! Not to mention customer service, which they have Zero skills.
In addition I was waiting on hold 15 minutes only to speak with a rep that clearly could not assist me what so ever! As soon as Att lines are up I'm switching services, it doesn't matter about the cost it's the distrust I have with Comcast which is Zero trust! New comers think twice before signing on.

First you can spend an hour trying to convince the "digital assistant" to connect you with an actual human, who will then spend another hour telling you why they can't solve your problem and that in the long run your business means nothing to them. Or you can go to one of their stores and be condescended to by a 20 year old with a man bun who will tell you that you should be happy they raised your rate by only $50 a month for no reason, and that they have never heard anyone else complain about bad customer service. They are absolutely the worst.

We are constantly having terms of outages. Our security cameras are dependent upon a Constant WIFI connection. Numerous times our cameras have not recorded an unwanted "shopper" at night, because the WIFI had stopped working. I personally have witnessed this when a thief was on the premises and upon checking, "there was no WIFI." Happens randomly day and night, several times daily!

Make it impossible to talk to someone
Overcharge, and dont reward customers
The only reason this company has any success is because its the only one poor people can use. In order to get support from a huma, you have to go through 20 minutes of hurdles, and even then their support phone number still sends you a link to talk to a robot.

The only reason customer support is this $#*!e is because their focused on profit not product. Garbage humans enjoy being a metaphorical wet sock

This company should literally be shut down. Pathetic $#*! customer service. Been dealing with a final bill for 2 months. They keep billing me for returned equipment that I have a receipt for and have supplied 2 times already for these morons! Documented calls and printed out chats will be the basis for my emotional distress lawsuit. FU xfinity

Terrible mobile service. It was the worst transfer of my life that left me with no business phone for a week. Extreme slow shipping. If you need your phone you don't want Xfinity! Awful voice mail 20 years behind every other carrier. Don't do it!

Tip for consumers:
I will dog Xfinity every chance I get. $#*! service. $#*! shipping, $#*! voicemail. I could go on. Save yourself!

I'm waiting a week for a phone for my business and was desperate to get it quickly and the express shipping is at least a week. Bull$#*!.

This company doesn't have records of the contract you signed, and raise prices on you without approval. They mislead customers when selling products and they don't have records of the terms and conditions of what you signed. You can call and will not be able to speak with a representative on the phone. This company is illegally misleading good people with no records of the contract that you signed. This needs to be stopped and citizens need to be warned.

I had a contract for $29.99 and was told after two years it will be raised to $49.99. This past February my bill went up to $49.99 a month which is fine and is what i was told 2 years ago. Then my March bill the next month went up to $59.99 and they said it was an autopay roll off. The representative never told me that would happen and when asked to see my contract i signed, this company said they don't have the contract and it expired. AGAIN, this company is not keeping record of the CONTRACT YOU SIGNED and then RAISING PRICES ON YOU WITHOUT CONTRACTUAL verification. I work at a bank and have good understanding of legal issues, and if they are doing this to me, i cant imagine how many other people this company is illegally adding charges to your account. LEGAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They do not care about their loyal customers as long as they have the last 4 digits on your card they Will financially rape you they helped max out my credit card along with the interest purchases due to an Unexpected expense (several times) through the ACP program which did not apply correctly and are liars, manipulators to get what they want ($$$) & did not give my original requested promotion to a free device and "affordable" service. Disrespectfully, $#*! Com$#*!!

It's truly unbelievable how terrible their customer service is. The agents cannot speak english well, and they don't understand ANYTHING! They talk in circles and don't make sense. If I can explain somehow, they say words, but they aren't in the correct order. This company's customer service division needs to be trashed, and started over! I feel like I'm going to have a stroke!

Had a email account with Xfinity Comcast for more than 2 years. Comcast was hacked and they didn't notify any customers, they just locked everyone's email password and made everyone go to change it. The site gives you the run around to change it and then mandates you call their service line. Difficult to understand their reps and after 45+ minutes EVERY phone call, they say they can't find your account. Pitiful customer service!

I scheduled my cancellation of service for the 31st and they cancelled it on the 16th. Four days before my prepaid billing even ended! Then I couldn't get the next two weeks without a whole new contract! It was ridiculous. I never agreed to a disconnect on the 16th. What a nightmare. And after an hour we still had no headway! I hate Xfinity! And I do not recommend them!

I am extremely disappointed in Comcast's handling of my recent billing issue. During a humanitarian trip to Cuba, I was charged over $8500 (yes, eight thousand five hundred dollars) for supposed data usage on my phone. Despite acknowledging that this charge may have been due to some app updating and not actual usage, Comcast refused to work with me to rectify the situation. As a customer of Comcast for my home, business, and cell phone services, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I have decided to leave Comcast and seek services elsewhere. I would urge others to consider alternative providers in the industry. This has been a disappointing encounter. They showed themselves an incarnation of corporate greed.

Tip for consumers:
I hope everyone stays away from them. Let them go out of business

Received a letter from Xfinity for $19.99 with a one year contract. The very fine print says there may be extra cost. Called Xfinity and extra cost starts with a $15.00 equipment charge per month because you can't use the $19.99 without it. So you probably looking a a final cost near $50.00. Another of their SCAMS.

My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and embarrassing. They canceled my service after recieving a payment. They force you to leave a credit card on the account. Most Americans are struggling and don't have that option. This is Not for the people, it's against the people. I'm beyond dissatisfied. I wish I was still with Verizon. I never had connectivity issues and service interruptions with Verizon. I made a major mistake choosing Xfinity.

Do not get phone service from them they lied just to get me to sign up so they can get commission they took $446.00 off my card for my phone lines and my bill was only $222.00 so I called them they said they would credit it back yo my account and when I called them they said they couldn't credit it back they are some liars I should have stayed with metro pcs‼‼‼‼

My bill for internet & cable started at $167 a month...next month at $170... couple months later $192. Tried to call customer service...after battling the crazy automated phone menu for about 20 minutes... got put on hold for a live agent for 45 minutes... got disconnected with no way to get back to that rep. Xfinity is HORRENDOUS! I'm canceling!

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They lie to you about your rates and pricing. There is no physical person for customer service questions, just automated robotic representatives and chats 🙄. I have attempted to speak with a representative for (3) months. I will terminate my service as soon as I can speak with a live person, or maybe a robot can do it...

After 15 plus years finally made the switch to Verizon. Xfinity long holds for customer service, service outages and CRAZY prices caused me to finally say "enough is enough". I actually feel like my breathing is better knowing I do not have to call customer service ever again at Comcast/Xfinity.
Better speed with Verizon and 1/3 the cost. Happy days

By far the worst company to deal with. I would have stood with Metro PCS if I would have known. The customer service reps are ridiculously ignorant. They speak very little English and expect for people to understand what they say. They never know why you're always being charged so much. They never tell you everything on your account. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they always say "they're going to tell you the same information." Or they simply make it seem like they will transfer you over and end up leaving you on hold for over an hr. Xfinity is the worst company you can ever go with. They have no courtesy for their customers. They give false advertisement and always say thats all they can do, when all they do is the bare minimum. I can't wait to leave this damn company. They lack in every-way as a company/business.

It has come to my attention that Xfinity and Verizon are the same company.
Being that as it may an anti-trust lawsuit to them and all constituents who want to be JUST like them.
Don't purchase $10 Wifi pass either.
Made a phone call for possible new inquiry to bank who is quite large and was told they will not carry Any Identity Theft for Checking or Savings and received a text back from *******222 which is a landline.
But they answer as Straight Talk which is Verizon.
Yes of course the current president knows as well as politicians, banks and so on. Today 3/2024. Dear DC you've broken 💔 many.

For the second time as many days the service in ******* zip code is down. Wednesday it was 18 hours and now pushing 12 for today. How can a company so poorly manage their system. This happens almost monthly. But since no competition they get away with it.
