Pink Lily shipped my items with an incomplete address. The package and tracking stopped and said it had been returned to the post office. Pink Lily told me to put in a claim with Route. The package is lost! Route are telling me to put in a claim with USPS or contact Pink Lily! It's a 3 ring circle jerk at this point! No package replacement. No refund! No customer service! Save your money and sanity! Stay away from this operation!
I've never written a review of any company but my experience was shockingly bad.
I purchased 2 shirts — both of which appeared to be crystal white on the website. They came in mucus brown. A yellow/green, snot/poop-colored brown.
I will give them the fact they were titled "beige," but one assumes that might be slightly off-white. Either way, products should look like they appear in photographs.
Apparently they only give you a gift card to their store for returns, which is somewhat hidden in their return policy. I will be asking them to give me a real return, in MONEY, because they have scammed me out of it through fraudulent photos.
I also purchased a size S skirt (am normally a size XS, 5 foot 2 inches), and can barely get it on. It doesn't go beyond my butt cheeks; completely unwearable.

This website has some cute clothes but some of the items were very cheap. I could actually see through the fabric before I even put it on. Even more irritating is that when you return items you can ONLY get store credit AND you have to pay for the shipping. Of course they don't tell you that until you go to process a return. There are better websites for similar price points and with MUCH better return policies. I won't be shopping here again.

I should have read the reviews first before ordering and I would have known not to order from them. Scam don't order!

Poor customer servicer, poor quality, sizing inconsistent. I have ordered several items trying to use up my gift card because that is the only way to get a return and I have sent back multiple items due to sizing issues. I've ordered XS and they were large and I've ordered M that were XXS. Cannot find anything that works.

I wish I had looked up these reviews prior to my order. When placing the order it states "hassle free returns" well that is not true. First, it isn't easy to return and then you only get a store credit. Unless you pull up and read the actual return policy, which is not very easy to find and read it with a fine toothed comb you wouldn't realize that it's only store credit. I found the item which I ordered to be of less quality than expected for the price and wanted to return it but only got a credit after I was charged $6 in shipping to return it. Really not worth the it!

So I purchased some really cute items for a beach vacation that I have coming up. Because of my hectic schedule I just didn't get around to purchasing until too close to the date that we were leaving so to ensure that I got it on time I selected the one to three day shipping option and had to pay $20 for shipping on almost $200 worth of clothes. The shorts that I purchased while they fit, the belt that comes with them is completely unrealistic, I couldn't even barely get the belt buckled on the first hole. All the other pants in this size fit, but when I decided to return the shorts, they wanted to charge me $6.99 to return it and then I could only get store credit. I guess I overlooked that whenever I checked out, but I'm gonna be real careful about what I buy from them in the future.

The shipping company they use 818 Track is scamming their customers and this company refuses to make it right. I had 3 orders that were never delivered, company shows delivery but they can't show an address or location. One of the orders was supposed to have been signed for but company still showed delivered without any signature. Pink Lily is aware so I would not recommend ordering from them!

Sojust received my order yesterday, everything looked great as always but Decided to wear the black shorts right away and they ripped from the sides, (both sides) today I used the hot pink one and same thing happened, I love this boutique and pretty much everything that I had bought before is really good except por this two pair of shorts, i I really like these shorts they fitted perfect, material is great but they both ripped now.

Placed a huge order on September 18,2023. Today is October 18,2023. I still have not received a thing. They have only returned a couple of emails. I've asked for a refund they offered to return 5% off the shipping. This place is horrible and I'm going to be turning them in to the better business bureau for fraud as well as start a case through my financial institution against them. Their website purposely is misleading making you think that they are in the states and even their delivery says within 5-7 days!

I PL. They have beautiful clothes for all occasions. Sometimes it's a little pricey. Sometimes dresses need a slip under them because they can be seen through when standing in the light. Overall, I love all my PL products I've ordered. I've also visited the store which is really cute with lots of inventory. I hope they open a White House, TN or Nashville, TN location soon!

I've never wrote a bad review before but I haven't received 2 orders from them. I can't get ahold of customer service to see why I never received them after 30 days or get a refund.
I spent $510 and received a box full of clothes with one small strip of tape used so of course it was sitting there wide open. Zero care at all. Item after item I was shocked to pull out cheap Chinese clothes that came from Shein but with their tag sewn in. Some had holes. Some were cut so poorly it made no sense when you wore it. Some were sized 2+ sizes off. I honestly can't believe it bc I see posts from influencers promoting their stuff all the time, but I don't trust influencers anymore. Returning 90% of it.

Don't ever buy from this company. Their clothes are very, very, cheaply made, they fit awkwardly, and they only provide store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Complete trash, that's why they operate this way. Trying to say, "such high demand for their clothes they can only offer store credit", bull***t, makes no sense.
I would highly recommend shopping through 'Cupshe' instead, they offer a much better return policy but you won't need it. They offer better materials and overall quality.

The clothing is garbage, they don't stand by their product that's why they only offer store credit and I will continue to write bad reviews all over the internet until I get a refund to my original form of payment. Just the fact that I had to pay 6 dollars to send my items back, on top of that they didn't return the money to its original payment method, (store credit is what you get), therefore I won't shop from them again. Material of the items were cheaply made also.

I ordered two dresses that were above $50 each and one arrived damaged and the other was very large despite purchasing a small and using the website's guidance for size selection. I was unhappy with my products and then learned the return window is vary narrow (less than 30 days) and only store credit is refunded. Shipping for your return is deducted from your store credit. For me, this was an expensive waste, especially considering one item arrived damaged. I will not buy from this company again.

Beware the quality is low for the price and review the shipping and refund policy before purchasing so you can plan ahead if you choose to attempt to get partial store credit for ill-fitting or damaged clothing.

I will rarely leave a bad review. I inquired about the return policy being store credit vs refund. The chat assistant Ashley Cline referenced a bunch of links and signed off immediately - leaving me in a virtual start position. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be shopping with Pink Lily due to this policy (which is totally fine it's their policy but it feels wrong) and second Ashley Cline may need some assistance in customer service. I don't expect you to change your policy but one should listen and give feedback. It's too bad I found most of the clothes to be cute. Only a few items needed to be returned, in fact, I only needed an exchange but they were out of my size.

Only store credit is issued. If you stand behind your company you Shiism have good faith that customers will be repeat customers and not mandate store credit. Store credit should be issued to final sales only so if an exchange needs to happen you aren’t stuck with that product.

I had to return a dress because it was too small. Not only do they deduct $6.00 for shipping, but they do not refund your money. They will only give a gift card (minus the six dollars) to their store. I have already paid for the shipping TO my house and now I have I have to pay for shipping back. Then in order to use my "e gift card" I will have to pay for shipping again. This is a total waste! Do not shop here!

I've been a long time customer, spent a lot of money on clothes, here as of recently the quality has gone downhill, their website is not accurate, you place an order only to find out an item is out of stock, so they feel refunding the money on 1 item that was purchased as a set (Top & bottom) then proceed to say, we already shipped it - so you'll have to wait until you get it to start a return! And their shipping down right sucks! Be prepared to wait over 3 weeks for your order to arrive! Shame on you Pink Lily - You lost a long time customer!
