I ordered a thor and had a slight issue with the cable shorting, they took it in for repair and shipped it back at no charge within a week. I was pretty impressed since Iv had 30 day waits at allot of other vape shops especially those from china and they usually could care less and are rude if you have to return anything so thumbs up for that, on another note they've got allot of dope clothes & dab pins but would be cool if there was more cotton stuff I like cotton lol overall very happy and will be back!
This company is absolutely horrible. I ordered a flower max vape from them back in November. I put the address as a friends, but because I did not live there, the item was returned to the company. I asked them for a refund, which they said they would give me once they had received the item back. After waiting, and sending 50+ messages over the course of 4 months, I finally get a reply saying that the company owner has changed and I will not be getting my vape, or my refund. Now I am out $120 and have been endlessly trying to resolve this but they refuse to acknowledge me or resolve this for me. If you like your money, please stay away. They are fraudsters and could not care less about you. Hopefully this can prevent the same thing from happening to someone else. Take your money and find someone more trustworthy.

I came to pier420 after purchasing a imitation Ago g5 on eBay that broke in only 3 days, they of course could not replace the unit since it wasn't purchased from them but they offered me a good discount and I picked up a authentic set from them and its been working great, Im extremely pleased.
Ordered a yocan thor, fast shipment customer service was great, had a small problem with a nero coil going out way to fast but found out it was my error and they still replaced the coil, offered to pa y for it but they said not to worry and to go give a review if I wanted to show thanks, will be back again!
These guys are straight up criminals. They will Bill your credit card and never send you anything. Complete scam artists. Stay away!
Started using pier420 after winning a new water bubbler set at they're weekly giveaway, iv won a couple items at auction and always come check out they're weekly deals I live in north carolina so shipping is lightning fast only 1 day from atlanta, I wouldn't buy anywhere else
Ordered a couple ago g5s from Pier420 came in 4 days not quite 2-3 days but faster than anyone else iv ordered from online, top notch customer service and great products
Have been ordering from pier420 since december 2014 and have had nothing but good experiences with them, always get my product in a timely manner and customer service is always willing to correct any issues in a timely manner, thats worth its weight in gold these days!
Great customer service but glass globe broke after couple weeks so they replaced it with a better model and threw in a couple extra coils with a discount so Im happy
Ordered 3x Ago G5s over 2015 from these guys, these are the ONLY place to get authentic ago g5s, I got burned twice buying the cheap ones off ebay and both times the sellers just told me to go to agog5.com and never helped me basicly left me sol. I contacted Pier420 and they gave me 10% off a new authentic set and havent had a problem since
Pier420 corrected a issue with a manufacturer after I got a ecig kit with faulty coils, went far and beyond to get me the right size coils at no charge and answered all my questions fast even though I was a pain lol, can't thank them enough highly recommend!
