I ordered a combo present for my daughter to be sent to Romania. It was delivered on time. So I'm quite satisfied. These guys are not very professional, it took plenty of time to place to order with sending scans of credit card etc, but they didn't seem to be scammers. I believe, soon they'll improve their service and everything will be just fine. Anyway they offer a good choice at reasonable prices. So I wish them good luck!.

I paid a premium for flowers to be delivered to my mum the day before Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived. Upon multiple follow ups and absolutely no response from them, my mum received old flowers over a week later after I had requested for a refund for my order. Never buy from them. I will be reporting them.

Sent a new year gift to my sister in Sweden which was supposed to deliver on dec 30. Today it is jan 2. I've tried to reach out to them by email, chat and phone. They do not reply email, chat is just an automatic service and phone they don't answer or they say "i will check with my team" and dont call back. This is just unbeliavable!

Don’t use it, it’ll only create inconvenience and frustration

This is my second review here. I live in Australia. I have a friend in northern Russia who was feeling sad. So, I chose to send her a gift to pick her spirits up. I used Pickup Flowers for a second time and there was absolutely no problem. I used the support chat at the website for assistance in the process, and they we great. Flowers and a teddy bear were delivered surprisingly quickly, less than a day. She was so happy with the surprise when she came home from work. Pickup Flowers have proved totally reliable to me, twice. (Apologies for not sharing a photo so as to respect my friend's privacy).

Scam! Don't use them! Would give zero stars if I could! I've been calling and emailing and trying the live chat…. Nobody's getting back to me and I'm out of pocket and my poor mum didn't get any flowers for Mother's Day!

To start off I believe this place should be rated 3-3.5 stars, I'm rating it 5 to help balance the average. Why? Because they ship practically anywhere which is really cool. However I did notice their customer service/communication needs a little work. My first time I missed 2-3 calls and they didn't leave a voicemail message, then I got an email saying they changed my order without giving a reason. However my second order was the 100 roses and that went very smoothly and both flowers looked really really good. This company deserves better reviews. I will shop here again

I do not understand why so bad reviews are here.
For me, these guys did a great job. I've ordered flowers at about 11 am on Saturday for the same day (delivery to Italy, Rimini) and about at 6 pm they delivered very nice roses to my girlfriend!
Very good service and price. Support answered all my questions.

P.s. I've tried to use local flowers shops - no luck, no delivery for the same day. So PickupFlowers is good option (and cheaper).

This going to be the first and last order from Pickup flowers. First, when the person deliver, the recipient is not at home, the delivery person pass it to the neighbour! That makes the recipient felt embarrassed. Not only that, the flower that received is totally different from what it looks like from the website! The worst is the daisies are with mold! Damn it! I will never risk again to order flower from this website!

Never order from them if you want to avoid dissatisfaction. They send completely different flowers! Missing chocolate and get well note! They don't stand by their policy of full refund or replacing the order. Offer 10 % but going back and forth for at least 50% money back. Extremely difficult to deal with, phone lines do not work, chat cuts off as soon as you tell them the reason. Stay away! I wish i read reviews before!
Pictures below is the first one what we order ( tulips and freesias), and not one flower we order was included in thier made up poor quality buqiet. Be aware!

I have ordered from this company 5 times. 4 were perfect but they sure screwed up Valentines day 2013. I ordered, Jan 29, a cake and flowers to be del. In Manila, the cake was del but not the flowers. After trying to contact them all day the 15th, I finally got someone name "Alex". They wanted another 30.00 USD to del the flowers. After a heated discussion they agreed to del the flowers the next morning. Well 1:30 that afternoon they del. The flowers were dry and no card. The cards were a continuation of each other, words from our song. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order. Be a cold day in hell before I order from them again..

Quite disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my Mom yesterday May 9,2021. The arrangement she received was very different and cheap compared to the photo reference in this website. The vase seems to have been bought at a discount store. And the flower arrangement did not look like it was made by a legitimate florist. This made me wonder if the website is really partnered with good florists and flower shops or just random people buying flowers off at the supermarket. I was not even informed beforehand that the whole flower arrangement will change. For the price that I paid, I was expecting a whole lot more than what was delivered or at the very least have it look identical to the picture in the website (false advertising!). My mom even made a comment that for that arrangement, it would have cost me 100% less in the flower shop across the street from her place.

This is about the third or fourth time I've ordered from this website, and every single time the flower bouquet delivered did not match the actual photo in the slightest. I didnt complain or give feedback because the flowers delivered were okay back then.

But I had to leave a comment now because this was the worst looking one to date. I dont think I'll ever be using this website to order flower arrangements. Just not worth the overly marked up cost (!) and pricey (!) delivery charge.

Too bad I didn't check the reviews online.
Never ever ordering from pickupflowers again.

Research and look for reviews online.

Much better alternative to try and find an actual flower shop withinthe area/ location of your recipient. With almost everything online now, we can easily message and coordinate directly with the local flowershop

I placed an order. They did not deliver, so after asking my money back, not only they did not released the funds but captured the funds making it very difficult to get the money. I am still waiting for the credit card company for a feedback. Not worth the stress. It looks like a scam to me. Just after placing the order, an indian lady called asking for a credit card verification. This never happened to me. Refusing because of security reasons she become very rude.

I have never been so disgusted with a company who will promise you anything to get an order but once they have your money, negate on ALL responsibility. Promised Delivery of specific date which was crucial it must be this date & discussed at length with customer service team who guaranteed me before ordering, then as soon as I ordered they emailed me to say they won't deliver on that date. Offering no refund. Won't respond to emails and numerous calls. Then when I do manage to get through, keep making promises but it's just empty words. No integrity or honesty in this company and now my lawyer is on the case! Please I'm warning you, save yourself the stress and runaround and deal with a genuine business! These guys should be shut down, they don't even seem to care about their name and reputation. The manager was never available to speak with and the customer service team who took my order was the same ones receiving my emails and calls so i felt like they were covering it up. Very disappointing as I am wanting regular deliveries to the Netherlands but Pickup Flowers are just taking people for a ride and when an issue arises, they don't want to know about it. SCAMMERS! They should be ashamed of themselves.

My order (flowers) did not reach the venue according to my specified date. I requested the customer care repeatedly, but the order didn't reach even the next day. Then I told the customer care to cancel the delivery and refund the money because there was no point in sending the flowers when the occasion is over. They didn't cancel and send the flowers after 2-3 days of actual delivery date. Moreover, the delivered flowers were entirely different from the ones that I had ordered. They were of low quality.
I had very bad experience and I'm highly unsatisfied by their service.

Tip for consumers:
Please try to find other reliable websites having good reviews. Even if you want to get an experience from Pickupflowers.com, you must order the item well in advance because my order reached after 2-3 days of actual delivery date, and also the flowers were entirely different from the ones that I had ordered.

I ordered some nice flowers on their website which looked great. Attached pictures show you what I ordered, and what I really received. Not only did the flowers not blossom for the first SEVEN days after delivery, they also failed to see that on the picture are five different kind of flowers, and green decoration, and I just received a bundle of same flowers.
Customer service received these picturers and did not understand why I complained, and after I asked for a refund they stopped communicating.
SCAM!

SCAMMERS, ordered a birthday present for my FIANCE... had a chat with customer rep, i was told that the order is on its way, and will be delivered in 2 hours. 1 hour late, received a call... we are not able to deliver your ORDER and blah blah blah... such a Bunch of $#*! PEOPLE. After going through other REVIEWS, I am in serious doubt that if my money would be refunded now or not. Just to top it up, ITS NO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, just a bunch of INDIANS sitting some where in their homes and operating this website. SO BEWARE of THESE SCAMMERS

I ordered a bouquet for mother's day shipping to Macau and I was extremely worried due to the high number of bad reviews. The florist called my mother prior to delivery (despite me specifying not to call her and leave it at the entrance of her work place as a surprise) but was nice enough to deliver it to her home instead, as she requested. They delivered on the scheduled day and quite early in the day, which was great. The bouquet wasn't exactly the same as what I had ordered but the flowers were pretty nonetheless (see picture). They made my mother happy and I am relieved that everything went smoothly.

I spent several hours online trying to find the perfect arrangement for my best friend's birthday. She's in Australia. I'm in the U.S. I finally found what I wanted only for something totally different to be delivered. The entire point of me ordering that particular arrangement was for a butterfly vase because butterflies are significant for reasons I won't go into here. No butterfly vase. Also, the photo on the website shows color - a lot of color. The only color in the arrangement that was delivered are a couple of yellow roses. The roses are the ONLY thing that was right in the entire arrangement. It was a nice surprise to her, but I'm not happy because it's NOT what I spent a lot of money on.

The website kept kicking me off when I was placing the order and I ended up having to do it on my phone. Then, every time I WAS able to get on the site, it froze because of chat windows that you can't get rid of. I guess all of that should've told me to walk away, but I kept going until I could place the order because of the 'Land of Enchantment' butterfly vase that she never even received.

Also, the representative sent email after email without giving me a chance to respond. Then they call at all hours. I get time differences, but receiving a call at 5:00 a.m. on a Monday morning for something that I'd already added to the order when I paid for it is a bit ridiculous.

I will NOT be using Pickup Flowers again. Next time I'll spend more money and use FTD or Teleflora. At least they're reputable companies who I've used before.

It started off with me ordering an orchid (I think obviously significant) to be delivered in china on a certain day. I get woken up at 4:30am to someone telling me that they don't have any orchids (they waited until the afternoon locally to tell me that). Said they could send some roses instead. I said not to and to cancel the order, and eventually she stopped trying to sell me something that I absolutely didn't want and said i'd get a refund. Luckily, I was so annoyed that almost after I got off the phone, I went onto the chat to let them know their service was diabolical because it had ruined any sentiment of surprise of the occasion, at least to me. The assistant was helpful. Though non apologetic, accurate. Told me the order would be refunded. A few days later, another customer service agent told me when I enquired though, that my order was delivered, and it wasnt until I produced the screenshots of the first conversation that he was willing to investigate any further. Maybe just very poor communication, but by being so assertive in saying the order was delivered by their supplier, he was calling the recipient a liar.

Eventually after I think 8 business days and 3 more conversations with them, they finally returned most of the money that I paid out. Stay well clear of this and another 2 names that they operate under:

The joke of it all: talked to my recipient and she gave me the name of a florist on WeChat. She delivered a much nicer orchid within an hour for 1/8 of the price! Even though they charge astronomical mark up, they can't deliver.

Ordered some flowers for my mom on the 8th of March, supposed to arrive on the same day, but they arrived today on the 9th (1 day later). Not happy, but not very disappointed either. Regarding the quality, the category and number of flowers matched, but comparing the presentation picture with the reality, it was like 50% match (you can see better in the pictures). Overall, I`m not personally satisfied, but I made my mom very happy, which for me is more than enough. So, thanks PickupFlowers for this.

I tried to send my gf flowers on her birthday, however, there has been apparently a problem with the delivery address, but they didn´t notify me about it. After forwarding the address again, I have emphasized to make the delivery before 6pm, cause after she won´t be at the office anymore. They confirmed my request and told me it won´t be a problem. In the end, she got off work and didn´t receive anything. Great job! Later on, they claimed to try contacting me via mail, but I haven´t received any message. Poor customer service and awful order processing. Don´t waste you time with them! Just unprofessional!

On the 19th of June, I have ordered flowers, to be delivered on the 20th of June. The delivery time was between 10 and 14. Half past twelve I received 5 emails that I need to send them my I'd and photo of the card. I called them and the girl with the very bad English answered. So after my call I send them all the information and started to wait for a delivery (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!) after few hours, same date, 20th of July I called them again, the phone was blocked already, I started to right on the chat (their website), each answer took them 10-15 min! Was texting with them for one hour and did not receive clear answer. So I called to my bank and as the payment has been proceed less than 24h, the bank returned my money. So guys this company is 100% scammers!
