Hi i ordered flowers for for daughter to arrive in bulgaria the 16th september. an agent said they would be delivered by 7pm on that day it was her birthday she text to say never arrived. every time i go onto the chat live site it says not available.

Could you please confirm that my order for friday 16 august 2019 had been delivered?

Yes i have proof of delivery as promised carring the fist time i use the company was march 16th 2018... 2 years ago and this years 9th of jan i placed a order with them and yes i email of proof of order and co firmation of delivery... You welcome to call me inser image where and who will it be displayed too. I have nothing ti hude as i eeal customer witb real. Love story sorry thnkyou
