I ordered the Match Me Reindeer Family Onesies set for the family, it took a while but it came just right on Christmas Eve! We all dressed in it and my little boy loved it! "Were a Reindeer Family" he always shouts. I also ordered the "Don't touch the hair romper" for my boy because I always slick them back its just so adorably badass for him I like how they have clothes with prints that matches the my boy. Will definitely order some more from this store!

Bought a couple of items from them for my growing princess and I loved it. The first order was a okay my second order kind of had a problem as the items were seized by customs? Any who, I was impressed with their Customer Service who are attentive to my responses. I received items with a wrong size but they offered a replacement and sent the right size and I didn't even have to bother sending the wrong one! Would I order again? Definitely! I loved their items for my kids.

I love the variety of clothing especially for boys. Love the sales and bundles! I order a lot online. Once in awhile something gets messed up in the delivery of my order but overall satisfaction is good.

Absolutely miserable quality! The materials are terribly cheap, completely overpriced. The received products look nothing like in the pictures. This is all just poor, cheap stuff dropshipped from China! Their service and return policy are not less miserable, so you're pretty much stuck with what was ordered. The worst online shopping experience! The only thing you guys make well is Photoshopping the terrible quality of your products. It's pathetic! The purest fraud! Keep away!

Please understand that we did send you the items and as per USPS online tracking, it was delivered last 01/11/19. Please click on the link to see that USPS did have your package and they were able to deliver it, https :// tools. Usps. Com/go/TrackConfirmAction? TRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=LW053148771CN%2C. USPS should be able to confirm the delivery because we got it from their own tracking link.
We also have to consider the fact that USPS delivery personnel leave packages at your doorstep or mail room/box wherein other people can have access to it. That's why from our last email, we encouraged you to call your local post to file for a claim so they can start the investigation.
As much as we want to help you more, we also have our own policy to follow. Rest assured, we are always here to assist you.

Placed my order 21 days ago and tracking still states that it hasn't even arrived at the shipping facility to be shipped from CHINA! To the US. Really hope the clothes are worth this wait. It's ridiculous when you purchase a holiday outfit 2 months early and it might not make it to your home in time for your child to wear it. Not impressed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please understand that orders are processed within 2-7 business days and we normally deliver within 14 business days upon shipment as per shipping policy. May be longer depending on location/item. We've tracked your package and it's already at the USPS Facility for distribution to local post. You should be receiving it soon.
USPS online tracking will only say it's being processed in China even if the package is already in air transit because they start updating when it reaches their facility.

I ordered several outfits from Petite while I was pregnant they came well before I gave birth. The quality of the clothes are great and they fit my little boy perfectly. I have gotten so many compliments on the outfits and several people have asked where I keep all of these unique clothes. A couple of my friends have also ordered from Petite and called thanking me for the new place to buy clothes. I will definitely continue ordering clothes from Petite Bello.
Purchased 6 items, 4 have finally arrived. Opened package and threw in the bin... absolute rubbish, sizing incorrect, material terrible.
Thought was USA based, but comes from China. Terrible terrible quality. Now waiting for the other two items, my guess is that they will also go straight into the bin. Very disappointing.

My daughter looked absolutely gorgeous in the sandals and the dress! We loved it and will definitely buy more.
We bought a couple of items from them, though it took a couple of weeks before we got it, but the outfits were great! The kids loved it too! Definitely buying again..
Ordered two playsuits for my little girl.
The playsuits are adorable and fit her just fine. I'm happy with the purchase.
The items have arrived after 3 weeks thanks to our "beloved" customs.
All in all, I'll recommend the store.
It is perfect I will definitely be ordering from here more. My daughter wears 12-18 months size and this fits her well. Its a little loose and stretchy so we can use it for a longer period of time.
I love the camouflage outfits I bought. I got it for my daughter paying homage to my husband military background. Got her a bigger size to make sure she wont grow out of it too fast. The material is stretchy but I am okay with that since it is comfortable. The outfits look great.
Wrote a review and got a lie of a reply. Now Im really displeased. My order was placed Jan 24th and was only updated to shipping AFTER I contacted customer service on Feb 4th and also clearly shows was sent to shipper the following day. Would really appreciate it if they could just own up to their mistakes. I order things online almost exclusively because I have a demanding full time job and have little time to shop at brick and mortar stores. This level of customer service is a joke at best. Once orders are processed and shipped we cannot stop the order any longer. First time you wrote was on Feb 4th, by then, there was nothing we could have done. I found Petite Bello through social media. First time ever ordering through a company that reeled me in with cute ads. I looked at the website and got the impression it was sort of "boutique" baby clothes and I saw the company was based in California. The prices are higher than the big popular brands (i. E. Carters) but I thought they were cute and ordered two items. When I received the shipping notification, I saw it was coming from CHINA not California. It took about two weeks to receive it. All not a huge deal. But the clothes themselves are strange materials. Soft in the inside which is what matters, but the outside of the one garment is spandex, like the baby is going to be working out in it. Kind of strange to me. Also there are no snaps or a way to open the bottom for a diaper change. I'll have to pretty much remove the entire onsie outfit. I guess I should have read the description / inspected the photos more carefully. But with all this considered, I feel like I really overpaid for these clothes. I'll stick with shopping in stores for baby clothes from now on.

Ordered from them a few clothes for a baby shower.
Clothes have arrived after around 3 weeks, with one item missing. Customer support was amazing and immediately sent me a replacement item + a coupon for 20% off on my next purchase! Took some time, but I have received everything.
All the issues stated by others are 100% correct. This company is advertising cute clothes and when you order them it is nothing like what you wanted. The items ship directly from China, they are WAY larger than what you ordered, and are not good quality. When you try to return the items you get an attitude from their customer service representative who blames you saying you ordered the wrong size. And to top it off, they charge a 30% restocking fee - that said customer service rep states is posted on their website, which it is not. Do not waste your money here, pay extra somewhere else.

They were so approachable and walk me through the process. Thank you. I got the items already and they were so lovely for my kids.
I am not sure why people gave them 1 star. I had a problem with one of the items I ordered but they responded within 2 hours and sent me a replacement the next day. Quality is on par if not better than the leading offline and online brands, the selection is huge and my 8 months son seems to like wearing it. I recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so.

My student Mom just received the gift I ordered, It took them a while to deliver. Yet she was very happy to received the clothes! It was the Moose bundle with the hat and the shoes... I was not sure of the size, babies sometimes may be small for their age and i haven't seen Lendon, But she said it fits perfectly. I was just hoping of more cute animal prints in bundles for my coming son, I had ordered girl clothes in bundles as well,,, my daughter wear it on her grandpas birthday and shes so adorable.
