UPS took 5 days to get my package from California to my hometown on Ohio. Then they put it on the wrong truck and sent it 600 miles away. Its going to take another three days to get it back.if they get it right this time.

Performance Bike - find another shipper. UPS has screwed up 3 out of four of my recent deliveries.

Quick delivery and easy peasy. Ordered a left crank arm for my dura ace groupset. Got it 3 days later on the other side of the country

Ordered a part a month ago. Still has not arrived. They intentionally block any email access to question their service. When contacted by telephone, answers were vague and zero help. Would not recommend purchasing from these people.

I purchased an Orbea OIZ bike from Performance Bike in Feb 2022. Note that this is not the same company as the old Bike Nashbar/Performance Bike that filed chapter 11 a few years ago. This is a business listed as AMain Sport and Hobbies in Chico, CA (I did my research). I placed my order with free shipping and it arrived faster than what was scheduled. Shipped the same day as ordered. The bike was obviously assembled and adjusted, tires, rear shock, and fork pressure set. Shifting and brakes spot on. It was packed well and arrived via FedEx in new condition. Good shipping status notifications. I also received a "Thank You" package a few weeks later with a water bottle, free swag (hydration mix, coffee, stickers), and hand written personalized note of thanks. The price was lower than all other sellers. I like to purchase from local retailers, but this online experience was excellent and hard to beat.

I was looking for this small piece for my bike. I was not able to find it anywhere in the country where I live but it was on this website so I decided to buy it there. I am happy that it came from so far to the EU. Huge kudos to the shop.

I am an avid shopper of this website as I ride in many cycling events across the country. While I don't buy my bikes here, these guys are the best value nationwide for gear and accessories. Many bike brands don't allow online sales to maintain high prices so most of what is sold online is gear. I get all of mine at Performancebike.com. Their facebook page rocks if you are a cyclist as you get many updates and advice.

I placed an order six days ago. Never heard anything from them as to the status of the order; even though they charged my credit card for the full amount of the purchase at time of order. Tried to contact CS via the phone and email. Finally after at least an hour someone got back with me. They stated my order was setting in a warehouse waiting on a backordered item. I asked why I was not communicated this. Ended up having to cancel the backordered item to get it shipped. I really wanted to talk to someone in CS, but no one ever called. I really needed a couple of these items now. Poor customer service!

Ordered 26" wheel, 29" wheel arrived, shipped back to exchange. Never heard anything from performance bike, checked credit and was refunded minus shipping. I paid 12.00 shipping for what was clearly their mistake.

I have ordered from this site many times before since we do a lot of biking but I won't order from them again. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on sale for a friend and when they did not arrive I called and they said there was no record of the order so I ordered them again. Two weeks later I checked again and they said they had no order so, like a fool, I order them again. They still didn't arrive so I brought the friend a nice pair at the local bike shop. They finally arrived six weeks after the initial order AT FULL PRICE. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and quite rude. Mistakes happen and if they had made any attempt to help I might have continued buying from them but as it stands now I won't. Basically if you buy from them it may or may not arrive and if you need to return it or have a problem good luck. Just to annoy me more they spam me constantly and unsubscribe won't work.
