UPDATE: My wife no longer recommends this site. Customer service is refusing to temporarily deactivate 2FA for her account claiming that they cannot verify her ID. Her phone was recently stolen and she cannot access the 2FA codes. There is no other way of accessing the account. Pretty appalling from a company that claims that they are helping small businesses. They recommend starting a new website. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My wife had been using Payhip for the past 4 months and used to like it. She will not be using them again!

Spend a day creating the store, PayPal account and everything to sell videos that I produce, only to find that the shop was simply deleted a day before, without any explanation! Stay away from them, probably some idiots run the business, since there's absolutely no support at all when this happens. If you are trying to sell something, choose other platforms. PayHip is a complete waste of time.

I tried to open a store 3 times on this site. Everytime my page was deleted and a refund was issued (not by me or by paypal). The only way to get in contact with Payhip is via email, but apparently they are overwhelmed by people like me as in over a month, no one response to my many emails.

Since I can't figure out why my store was deleted, and no communication telling my me - I can't figure it out on my own

I am an Authorized Re seller of digital E-book products and also have resale rights to these eBooks.! Full Resell Rights are granted by the copyright owners to sell these E-books with Resell Rights. These E-books are in compliance with all rules and regulations but yet PayHip closed my account down without an email explaining why my account was closed/deleted...! So, with this review i say, fu** you.! I'll go to another platform

Every new entrepreneur selling digital products needs to use this product. I've seen online gurus recommending other platforms (probably because they have an ongoing partnerships), but Payhip is the BEST one for small entrepreneurs who can't afford the $XX per month fees that most platforms like Shopify charge.

Their pricing starts at $0 per month with 5% transaction fee, I can't find any other platforms that have prices as low as this. What's even better is you get to access literally everything on the platform without the annoying "would you like to use this? Upgrade to $XXX" that other companies usually do.

I'm sold! And I hope Payhip will continue forever! Please keep doing what you do!

Worst web seller ever! I bought a set of books "Agatha Christie Crime Novels Ebook Coolection - pdf+epub+mobi" and I got only one book! The seller persistently ignores me, and when I turned to the website for help, I got the answer: "I'm sorry I can't help you on this occasion! "! If they won't help people who buy on their website why spend your money there and be plus and cheated and ignored!

I set up my account 3 days ago. Uploaded my new novels. Connected my website. Sale immediate. Pleased with this site. Now just have to email them to see if I can sell my original printed artwork on t shirts, note books etc. Good information, well pleased with the site.

So here goes,

I opened my first site with PayHip about a week ago. I sell digital wall art that I purchased with private label rights (PLR); and some of my own designs as well. I made my first sale yesterday (yay!), then this morning I found that my whole site and account was deleted.

After some research, I found that they do this when they think there's been copyright infringement...which is not the case with my shop at all, since I purchased the rights from a PLR store.

I can understand the concern, especially since these designs may be sold elsewhere; but they did not ask any questions, they did not give me a chance to explain anything...and after hours of work building my site, creating product images, setting up a Pinterest page specifically for this business, and RUNNING ADS for my new site...it's just gone.

This is especially disheartening because I am actively driving traffic to this site. It's embarrassing. I now have to stop everything I am doing, and build a new site elsewhere because of the time and money I am actively spending to drive traffic to this site.

Oh, and the sale I made? They refunded it back to the buyer. So someone has one of my digital designs for free.

I know that a lot of people have good experiences with this company...and I did too until today; but I just wanted you to all know what could happen to your shop (and hard work) if they happen to suspect something fishy about it, no matter how incorrect they are.

As title says. It sale dangerous garbage code, which can cause leakage of critical information of user.

I found Payhip easy to use and good for me as a small business owner. If possible I would like to request that you add more currency like ZAR please. I created certificate templates an upload to be ready for sales but eventually my account get closed. Is it possible that we get a notification the reason for the account to be Closed. The certificate templates was mine and I created the from canva templates I am not sure what can be the reason for my account to be closed. But then I created another one and it is still active I am not sure if it will also be eventually closed or what.

I had to write a review after my awful experience using this server to create my website. After spending over a month building and creating my website, nearly ready to publish - Payhip blocked my access to the platform. I have been going back and forth for over a week with their extremely slow and horrible customer service. What kind of customer service only has an email and no live chat or phone number and takes days to respond a customer?! They blame it on my end and I had no issues beforehand whatsoever all while building my website. They told me I had to remove my proxy, then my vpn, etc. It's been extremely stressful as this was my first time building a website. I have since lost my own personal photos AND all the content I spent HOURS creating, all because for whatever reason, they have blocked my access. I am beyond upset. My advice to anyone considering using Payhip, is do NOT do it, stay far away! It's not worth the risk!

It Does Not Connect with Pay Pal when we tried to set up an online store and attempted to use payhip but it does not connect with our paypal account

You closed my account with money in it without any return. Even the support team does not respond. It is the biggest scam. I do not recommend dealing with you.

I have had an account with payhip for over a year and they closed it. My clients lost all their data

I've been using Payhip as an important part of my online business for the last two years. I'm able to sell PDF files to my customers easily. I have found the Payhip platform really easy to use. The fees are reasonable and were the cheapest of several options when I researched a few years ago.

Recently, a Payhip representative reached out to me to ask for feedback and answer questions. They were able to show me a few features that already exist in Payhip that help me solve some of the things I wanted to improve in my business model. I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend Payhip as a platform and company.

Stay away they banned account account for my own original content of diy tutorial. Go to another site it will be less of a hassle

Excellent and warm service, the mentioning of certain words used leads me to believe this is a truly humble company who honestly desires to help others succeed. Keep up the excellent work you are doing! I am very, very satisfy with the platform and customer support.

The store unlike others has many features built in, quick and easy to set up and get started unlike any I've ever experienced. The apps are easy to use works with customized apps you already have like payment gateways.

Where has this site been all my life?

Payhip is an excellent site for running online courses. It's easy to use and very reliable. There are a few things I would change but all in all, it's amazing! I was able to easily collect Stripe and PayPal and they even handle the VAT for me so I don't have to do it myself (a nightmare). The software allows for a lot of integration with other apps and providers and sites can be well customised. Service and support is outstanding. Always speedy and super helpful. I run courses, events and have downloads on the site and once set up it all flows.
A first class option for start- ups and well into your first 6 figures.

Most idiots and cheaters are working who are irresponsible and terrible too. You won't get any response from them when you raised any valid concerns. Honestly, stay away from this site if you are planning to sell digital products on this site. There are many good sites like Amazon, Selz, Lulu etc... Thanks!
