It's very frustrating that they don't try to weed out fraudsters from their platform. It is a very place to exchange your coin or card.

Use Paxful around one year, everything was not bad, but few days ago without any reason blocked account. Support do not tell nothing - just we are working, no timing, no whats the problem.

I recieved no trade in bitcoin nor did the person refund the money. They quickly switched to talk on Whatsapp so Paxful does not have a record of the texts.

It's a sad experience to lose your money to these wallets... I lost mine to Paxful in Dec 2021. A huge amount was stolen but I was lucky to recover it back after weeks of mails with no positive response from Paxful. Next day, I received a confirmation receipt of it with an advisory note to top up with $3000 worth of bitcoins in order to upgrade to Premium Membership. I did that and again (within 12 hours) they asked me to deposit $840 of bitcoins because of bitcoin price fluctuations. I did that as well but still couldn't see my deposited bitcoins. When I asked them why I couldn't see it, this is what they replied, Quote "Upgrade completed successfully.
Funds would be visible in a few hours. Thank you." Unquote. As I write this review it's been more than 78 hours since the last message and I had deposited about $19,840, but my bitcoin wallet is still not visible. And now they, the Paxful Support team does not even respond to any of my numerous emails.

So I request the readers to help retrieve my funds in any way they can. Thank you.

SCAM MODERATORS!
I started the trade with this guy "paxful*.*com*/*user/Ahmed8818", I was selling 550$ worth of gift cards to him, I sent him the cards and Marked the trade Paid so while I was waiting for him to release the Coins I noticed he took a lot of time to do so, then when I got suspicious, he took the cards Redeemed them and logged into another account and tried to redeem them again and he took screenshots saying that the cards are already redeemed he opened a dispute and uploaded only some screenshots saying "card is already redeemed", then I provided the receipts of each and every card I bought I myself checked their balance before selling em to him and yet the Braindead MODS gave the dispute to him because he has a lot of feedbacks!

Something is amiss with this so called plaxful. It's problem after problem. I have never done a satisfying transaction with plaxful first day of using their platform I lost my btc upon being charge $22.78 to send $42.00 all in the name of network charges it happened three times only when I use this plax$#*! but why that f**k are network charges only high when using plaxfool! All the transactions I made sending of btc to external wallets took forever to reach the beneficiaries... I personally hate this problem platform and worse off, they are not responsive do they really care about what people go through to get the crepto which they just handle anyhow. They must stop wasting our precious time and bring that $#*! down its a pain in the $#*!

Was trying to buy crypto from one of their sellers, used PayPal to pay, sent the money then they left, informed Paxful on the issue this is their response, can complain to Paypal as it was asked to be classified as a payment to friend.
