I would like to understand how opensky.com is different from ebay and amazon?

Why is the price of an item different in the cart than in the ad?

I wish that their products were worth the money, don't waste yours. You can't track anything and then once you finally receive it, it turns out to be very poor merchandise, I emailed them literally about 12 times regarding the poor quality and received back nothing.

I need a real answer as to why i was significantly overcharged, about 20% over the prices i clicked and added to my cart, and cannot resolve the problems with my orders. order #101330879 you have made me feel very foolish for doing business with you. wish i'd read the reviews first because my experience is just like the reviews i'm now reading. i plan to initiate a dispute with my bank as the money i spent on your site for christmas presents just cleared my bank today. how can you be so unprofessional and violate the trust that shoppers place in your business? i also operate an online sales business and all i can say is shame on you!

Call 844-707-7779. It is a real working number and someone actually answers. I just got a refund for an item I have been dealing with since April. Good Luck. Just make sure you have all your info ahead of time and don't let them confuse you.

I am still waiting for my order from may 14th. i do want to order a lot more but i am very leery. i see the usps tag was created, but nothing was picked up. when this happens, it means the package has not left the site. what is the update of my order? order 101220523... i am looking at your site and right now your rating is only 1 star. please tell me you can do better than that.

RUN... RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.

Why does opensky give credit but doesn't cover the entire purchase price? this is crazy i spent hours shopping for stuff because i received an email stating i have $250 credit but i still have to pay for most of the price of the items. someone tell me how this works because i'm confused. usually a credit is a credit not just some of the price is a credit!
