“Most Customizable Piano Application Ever!”

OnlinePianist allows users to learn the piano anywhere at anytime. It's like the piano teacher that is always there for you! They have an extensive library of thousands of songs which is updated daily. Coupled with their excellent customer service, you can be sure you are getting a premium deal. If you want an easy to use piano application with the ability to customize it to your own style, then this is it. It has so many awesome features for the user that even Mozart would be jealous. You'll be Bach soon! There's really nothing to complain about. As everything is very clearly stated in their terms and conditions, with them always going above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. The payment terms are clearly stated upon signup and cancelling an account is very easy to do, with their customer service team being highly responsive. Keep up the great work OnlinePianist!

Be careful with this page. If you want to purchase ONCE make sure it once and paid once. They will take your money auto pay each year without notification, even you are not with them anymore. They must tell their customers if they want take money out of your pocket as reminder and give you receipts. But they never. Make sure you check your bank statements or PayPal. Bad experience.

Be careful with this page. If you want to purchase ONCE make sure it once and paid once. They will take your money auto pay each year without notification, even you are not with them anymore. They must tell their customers if they want take money out of your pocket as reminder and give you receipts. But they never. Make sure you check your bank statements or PayPal. Bad experience.

I can't find anywhere on their website to cancel the default auto-renewal of the annual subscription. I have contacted them to ask how to do this. Even if they get back to me in a timely manner, I still think any service that makes it hard to unsubscribe deserves a very low rating.

Tip for consumers:
Unsubscribing is not straightforward.

Unfortunately this app doesn't has enough Spanish songs, 95 % they are English songs. I left some message but they said what kind music you want to play to charge extra price. Supposed to have enough Spanish. Don't have enough Spanish songs that's all.

I'm so disappointed, I recently took out a 7 day trial to try the service, seemed ok. I then went to hospital for an operation and of course my trail was not on the top of my mind. After getting out of hospital I had been informed i'd been billed with a YEARLY subscription! For £60, utterly ridiculous. I emailed the company explaining I'd be more than happy to pay for a month as the mistake was on my behalf. It was unfortunately circumstances that I had to have an operation short notice. The company shown 0 understanding, and said 'our decision is final'
Awful customer service, and a total lack of common sense.

There's really nothing to complain about. As everything is very clearly stated in their terms and conditions, with them always going above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. The payment terms are clearly stated upon signup and cancelling an account is very easy to do, with their customer service team being highly responsive.

Even though you're paying for a 1 time payment they will still find a way around to make it an automatic payment. The day after I received an email stating this, I contacted them and they disputed my claim. They effectively just stole cash from me, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Also their product isnt that great. After a month or so of learning to play the piano for real you'll realize there are much better methods.

I got an email saying they charged my credit card for another year subscription. I guess I (my daughter) didn't read the fine print saying it was an ongoing subscription. I thought it would automatically cancel if I didn't renew. They said they would not refund it. They must be desperate for money to have such poor customer service.

I don't find this useful. I miss music sheets included. For such expensive price I would expect to have it included or be free for premium members. Yes, you can learn songs without that, but it's much better to have a sheet in front of you to catch up, if you forgot when playing without app.

I would never buy it again unless it would include free music sheets with all the songs or at least it was showing the notes on staff. Waste of money. And because of their non-refund policy - simply not worthy.

Hi Lucie, thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. We understand the need in a sheets notation display to run simultaneously with our app, however, due to copyrights issues we are not allowed to do this at the time being. Having said that, we are constantly negotiating with the major sheets publishers to get this licensed. We already selling corresponding sheet music pieces to our tutorials and we hope that the sheets notation display will be added to our app as well. With regards to our "no refund" policy, we offer 7 days of free trial during which the user can cancel his subscription without further notice. As for the price, we believe that $59.99 per year (=price of a single piano lesson in the U. S) is reasonable. We hope to see you again with us in the future. The OnlinePianist Team

Like many other kids, I was also sent by my parents to learn piano and didn't much like it back then, and I left it very soon...

Now, as a grown up with piano basics, I was looking for a way to learn my favorite popular songs but when I was browsing the internet all I found were "free piano sites" which are not really free.

Until I found OnlinePianist! My new best friend! A collection of hundreds of animated piano tutorials for popular and classic songs, old and new. Give it a try! You will love it!

Please give me a refund. I was 1 day late from the free trial (I worked until 10pm and just didn't think about it that night). This app is worthless if you don't already own a piano. I was under the impression it was like Yokee and I could use the touch screen on my tablet to play. NO SO! I tried for several days to get this to work but until I buy a piano it doesn't work for me. Please don't let them scam you out of your money.

As we already told you on our email correspondence, we grant 7 days of free trial where you can cancel your subscription from the settings page, this is our policy, and it isn't fair that you chose to write a bad review about the company as you had 7 whole days to cancel your purchase. We did not charge you without your consent and we will never will. We are willing to offer you to freeze your account until you get a piano or until we will allow touch gestures on our application (coming soon...) and to activate it when you are ready. The sign you up for auto renewal and then when you cancel it they "don't have a record of your cancellation" and they charge your card again. They are stating they will not issue me a refund. BEWARE. They have been reported as fraudulent to my credit card company. Their customer service is terrible. Update: The company has finally issued me a refund after three more days of back and forth e-mails. I had to point out to them that their website had a refund policy listed. Then never responded back to me but my Credit Card charge was reversed.

I signed up 3 years ago and AS SOON AS I SIGNED UP, I went and found the automatic repayments and cancelled them.

Found out last month that it has been charged 2 YEARS IN A ROW without my knowledge, I messaged the customer service (Aravind-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH) within 24 hours of the money being taken out of my account. I explained to them which they then replied that I needed PROOF FROM 3 YEARS AGO THAT I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. Which no one thinks a reputable place would steal from you! They have refused to refund me which is absolutely appalling seeing as their service didn't register that I had in fact cancelled the automatic subscription. STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN UP AS YOU WILL BE STOLEN FROM!

The app is very useful BUT it is not free and it will renew automatically as long as you don't change the settings which are very difficult to find. If the team from OnlinePianist could change this settings, I would change my opinion. Think about it and before you press download!
