Love the club which gives you $2.99 shipping for a year. Good fashion, and terrific size range. Also carries men's and home goods.
Used to love shopping the site and the addition of the other brands made the selection much better. Now I think they should reconsider their marketing, merchandising and executive team. Running sales advertising up to 70% off, then raising normal prices 50-70% is not a sale. You may be able to fool some of the people, but those of us who have spent years in retail management, especially at the corporate level know the ploy. You are no longer a value retailer. I believe you would do much better offering everyday competitive pricing instead of trying to trick consumers. Shipping has also slipped and returns are not easy. Terrible shipping information makes it difficult to track orders.
I use to love to shop online at their sites. They use to have such great prices and wonderful and easy returns. Now their items are 3 times more and their return process is extremely difficult. Happy Returns are maddening. I use to be able to go to their site go to orders and find what I wanted to return. Now I have to go to Happy Returns and right now I enter the order number and they don't have a record of it! I have paid off Catherines and Romans and next will be Woman Within. It is a hassle and an unpleasant experience to do business with them now.
One Stop Plus will not stand behind their products. Please check over their products really carefully before you even try them on. The seams are not well made. Once you wear the product they will not take it back. I suggest not even buying anything from them. They used to be a good company but I'm really disappointed in the quality and customer service now,

I've shopped Woman Within for years without incident. Now, I believe, since the parent company went bankrupt & OSP is now in charge, they are having plenty of issues. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago with only a snooty response saying its in process, after waiting 30 minutes on the phone. Really disappointing they've gone downhill so fast. I have doubts I'll ever see my order.
I ordered 5 items in Dec. Received. 4 of 5 didn't fit. Returned with THEIR label, THEIR packaging, delivered INSIDE the post office. Now they can't find it and I am out $150 because they say their label wasn't scanned. They won't even hold the file open past 60 days to continue investigation. If you want to throw away your money, shop here. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!

I'm a difficult size and was prepared to pay for quality material and tailoring, so I ordered a £40 black tee shirt in 2 sizes (totalling £80), on the basis that this company accepted returns in the usual way. When they arrived, one fitted and I have tried to return the other.
(1) To return the item would cost £32!
(2) To add to my disgust the items came from a company called Jessica London, and would only have cost US$15 each if I had bought them direct

It's an agency for other shops, from which the goods would have been about a third the price if I'd bought direct. You're tricked into thinking they'll refund, as they deduct a huge amount for "postage" (in my case £30 for one teeshirt!).

I have had the same issue happen multiple times. I have placed online order using a Visa giftcard and their site charges the card, but does not place the order. It takes an inordinate amount of time for them to reverse the charge on the card, and I end up placing the order for the exact same items on one of their major competitor's site using the exact same card! They need to fix their site, and also their customer service is horrible!

I have stopped buying from OneStopPlus because they refuse to use plus size models. Shoppers can not get a proper image of how the clothing looks because plus size clothing looks totally different on a slender model compared to a plus size model. Several time I have purchase clothing from them that looks great in the picture but when it arrives and I try it on it looks it terrible because I couldn't get a clear and proper view on a plus size model. No more business from me.

If you do decide to order, try on immediately and either return or exchange immediately or you are stuck with clothing that does not fit. Items must be RECEIVED back within 60 days of ship date! Not date you received. I tried to make an exchange today and they would receive the package back 2-3 days after the deadline. They aren't willing to do ANYTHING! I'm stuck. Can't return either. VERY unhappy and I will not be ordering from OneStop again.
I have had to return everything this year. And, one order completely disappeared because their own return system failed - and they kept my money. I am not exaggerating. Pants have one leg shorter than the other, tops have different size sleeve holes, sizes vary drastically; it's one thing after another the past couple of years. Most of the plus size companies have been bought out by foreign companies that are cheaper than anything I have ever seen in clothing. It's very sad.

Do not use this site at all. There return system is unreliable. I lost money when they lost my order. The quality of clothing is not worth the stress of trying to get money back for the sad quality.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their shipping is higher than anyone else and they take their sweet time getting it to you with no communication whatsoever. I would give them a zero star rate if I could. How are they still in business?
$74.64 order. To return they charge $10.99 return shipping fee. AND the address to return the package which I have to pay for. 3lbs@ $15.40. Also 1 item was no return or exchange $10.97. So i am stuck with $36.28 credit. Option refund to gift card and get return fee waived which is nice but i no interest in doing business with this company. I will find someone who could use the tops... smh

Reps not in the US. Asked to speak to different rep told i would have to call back in they don't transfer. They said order build to a credit card I closed out a few years ago. WHAT?
Ordered 4 items from the site & had to exchange 2 for size - in MAY 2021. I returned the items via their label & it took 2 months to get credit for the returns. The exchange items STILL have not arrived (it's 7/23/21). Horrible customer; can't cancel the order, can't get customer service on the phone (they hang up); emails take more than a week to get a response. I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I have ordered several times from this site and returned items and have never had an issue. I find the orders simple to track and returns are simple too. I have never had to contact customer service so I cannot speak to their effectiveness, however the fact that I haven't had to contact them speaks volumes. I do think their clothing can be a little pricey and I have received a few items that were really cheap but have learned to avoid those particular labels. Overall I am very pleased with them and will continue to shop the site.
My mom ordered from this website at the begining we had many technicals problem but the team were very helpful and helped us alot. My mom loved the items and we recieved them in no time. However I was kinda upset to know that items we loved the most cannot be shipped internationaly. Overall experience was very good and we'll order from them again
I bought a pair of matching sneakers for my mothers birthday so she and I could have new sneakers for walking together.
My mother decided after a month that she wouldn't wear them -she is 85. Both pairs were still in box with tags intact and never worn so I called to return them. I was told that there was a 60 day return policy and it was too late. I counted it was day 67. I asked where the return policy was noted because the invoice that came with the sneakers said they love returns!

This site has a LOT of cool stuff... but they are often out of sizes. I have put requests in for things when they come back into stock, but so far that has never happened. The few items I have purchased there were quite nice, even if the shipping is a bit steep. I recommend this site to woman who are plus size but don't want to wear potato sacks. Also, I have noticed that if you give an item a negative review, they do not publish it... so everything is skewed to their benefit, so I think it is good to be aware of this.
If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Every year since 2019 when it is time for my Shopper's Club (with One Stop Plus) to be automatically renewed IT ISN'T & I GET DROPPED. I have had to make several calls every year to get reinstated. This year I called on the renewal day & was told it was renewed. Today wanted to make a purchase only to find it was not renewed. Their quality & sizing have also become unreliable. I am done. I have loved the convenience but will have to look elsewhere.

Although I liked 2 of the items I purchased, I had to return 2 of them. This is where my problems began. It has been 3 weeks since I mailed my items back and I have yet to receive a refund. I called the customer service number and they said It would still be 7 more days. I asked for an email confirmation that my return has been received and they said "NO" they don't send emails. I would absolutely steer clear of this company and anyone affiliated with them. If I could give them a lower score than 1 I would.

Ordered a pair of shorts. Size on the outside of the package says "30", size on the tag says "20". Immediately returned them. Three months later, they return them to us marked "Damaged". They were never worn! I called customer service, they said they received them over a month after we returned them. They also kept saying "we can't do anything". When I said "stop saying can't. You can, but won't" They hung up on me.

Lousy customer service cannot get anyone on the phone without holding on for over an hour cannot get anyone by chat or messaging and you never know when your items will be shipped or arriving. I don't know what's going on with this company but it is terrible although some of their clothes are very nice but I'm not sure it is worth buying from at this point the frustration is ridiculous.

Be very careful! I have recently found that the returns/refunds that should been credited to my account have just VANISHED into thin air. They can't account for the funds that should have been credited to my account and are according to their customer service "they are investigating the matter". Meanwhile I am paying interest on monies that should long ago been credited/removed from the account balance.

I've ordered from Roamans and Woman Within for years. Now that One stop plus has a corner on all of the plus size clothes they have become the worst company to do business with. Shipping takes up to six weeks to arrive. If it ever does arrive. They make you wait two months before they even consider looking into where the shipment went, when it clearly shows in their own tracking that it never left the warehouse. They have one warehouse in Indiana, I live in Michigan. How can they lie to me and tell me that they don't know which shipping company they used. It clearly states on the USPS Informed Delivery site that they requested a shipping label created and they never received the package. If you do call customer service, they yell at you before you get a chance to ask your question. If they ever do arrive at a solution, the item is sold out or one that can't be used due to season change. I'm so fed up with all the "passing the blame to the customer". As of today May 15,2021 they owe me $211.69.

In 2022 your shipping shouldn't be longer than what was the norm in 1992. They often have parts of your order "processing" for several weeks. They still try to use the pandemic as an excuse but it's been over for a while now and every other company has faster shipping. Their customer service is NOT 24hrs like they claim. They often times mess up an order and if too much time has passed they'll just pocket your money and you can forget about your item, they'll say "there's nothing I can do".
This used to be a good company now it's utter GARBAGE with dumb customer service reps that are about as useful as a dumpster fire. The shipping is also exorbitant high prices that can take several weeks. NO NOT SHOP HERE
