At first glance, I was mildly skeptical of this company, only because I have heard so many horror stories about sites that SOUND similar and either give bogus listings or give outdated listings... After reading a few other reviews, none of which (to my surprise) were negative - I reluctantly decided to give it a chance (using a Prepaid card for safety) - and I can't be more grateful that I did! Granted it's not handed to you on a "Silver Platter" I did actually have to make the effort to contact the homeowner and propose the arrangement to take over their existing mortgage - and it turned out (despite my initial misgivings) they were very receptive - even grateful for it - it saved them a foreclosure as they could not afford those payments anymore and it saved me a grip as I'm now OWNING a 2bd HOUSE for less than I used to pay for renting a 2bd apartment. VERY worth the $60

Wasn't sure about them when I first came across the site, but they totally delivered on everything promised. If I could give them 10 Stars I would - kudos for transparency!
