I really wasn't sure what to expect and paid extra for the shipping before Christmas and a sitting position and it was worth it. I thought the customer service was great. They wrote me back within 24 hours of me writing them and my husband's words of 'It looks just like me!' was priceless! They even made the drumsticks so I didn't have to! Thank you! I'll be back.
I've never written a negative review. Unfortunately, I want someone to learn from my bad experience. If you use My3dSlefie, (1) make sure you get renderings from a face forward view and side view. Also, they are very responsive and time aware when they are trying to sell you their service. However, once you actually leave a deposit, the communication is very difficult. Customer Service said they would send me a rendering in 2 days, and I would never hear back- I always had to follow up with them on their own timelines. So (2) be prepared to constantly follow up with them to get a response even based on their own self-defined deadlines. And (3) before they ship you a final product, please ask them to inspect it before it is sent out- apparently there is often a reddish residue on the face that cannot be washed or cleaned off that often happens with their 3d printing. If they physically send you this reddish hued bust, you will have to pay to get a new one created. Unfortunately, my process has lasted nearly 70 emails back and forth over the course of a year. I have already told them they need to manage expectations better and to follow up when they say they will follow up. I also suggested to them to have some quality control inspection process before a final product is shipped out. The quality of the bust itself was not good due to the reddish hue all over the face and due to the lack of likeness to the original photos. I am moving on with a place that does 3d scans to produce a better more accurate product. This experience with My3dSelfie has been a waste of time, money and effort. I hope this advice helps if you still decide to go with My3DSelfie.

Our dog's 3D selfies brings a smile to our face every day. What a fantastic thing you have done for our family. They both look SOOO much like him, it is amazing the level of detail you were able to pull out of just a few pictures. Huge recommend from us!

It brought tears to my eyes. Replica of my beloved mom. Had her favorite color incorporated in the outfit. Detail was awesome. Going to order a second one. My dad absolutely loved it.
We contacted this company to see about having a custom figure made for a Christmas village my mom has been collecting and displaying for as long as I can remember. It was a tricky order because we wanted the figure to be only 2.75 inches tall. I wasn't sure what to expect, but wanted to give it a try. Customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with! After answering tons of questions I had, they walked us through the entire process. The order arrived within the timeline advertised and was sent FedEx. (Production time was about 3 - 4 weeks and shipping was only 3 - 4 days.) The figure is absolutely perfect! It is the right size and looks just like the photos we submitted! I was not sure what to expect with 3D printing, but aside from a little "rougher" feel it is just like her other village figures. It came very well packaged, rolled in two layers of bubble wrap and then packed in packing peanuts. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this company! We will be doing business with them again! Thank you My 3dSelfie for doing such an amazing job!
Tip for consumers:
They are a bit on the expensive side, but VERy well worth the money!!! I am not sure the time that actually goes into creating the product, but for our purposes in ordering, it was money very well spent!

This is my 3rd purchase of a 3D statue from My3d Selfie. I had another done to commemorate the passing of another of my pets. It's very difficult to capture the essence of a cat in a 3D statue, but the team at My3d Selfie knocked it out of the ballpark once again. They really took their time to put together a 2D sketch and to make whatever necessary revisions in order to get it right. I am very appreciative of the team's efforts and am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend My3d Selfie to anyone who may wish to order any 3D statues. This is a great team and they certainly aim to please and provide excellent craftsmanship.
After raising my concerns about the product I ordered with My3dSelfie, they contacted with me and voluntarily offered remaking my ordered figurine with the better, more expensive material because they value my feedback and wants to retain me as their lifetime customer. I am very delighted about their offer and accepted it. Hopefully, their remade product will meet my satisfaction and I will become not only their lifetime customer but also become an ambassador for their brand to spread the good words about their product and their customer service.

I ordered a figurine of my late grandmother to be designed by My3dSelfie. Even though the photos were not of good quality(old photographs), they made the figurine look realistic and exactly as I have my grandmother in my memory. I was initially afraid whether I paid to the right company. I emailed a few times back and forth, but their customer relationship was impressive. They kept me appraised of the design and even allowed me to view a render image of the 3d figurine before it was printed. When I received the final product, I was extremely impressed by their artwork and their accurate representation from the photos. I would recommend My3dSelfie to anyone who would like a 3d selfie from photos.
I just received 2 busts that I ordered and couldn't be happier. The busts were of two healers from the 1800s. They are I obviously more life-like than just a picture. Wonderful!

I received the product before Valentine's day and the result was amazing. I was really happy and completely satisfied with the figurine that I received. When I gifted it to my wife, she hugged me and was really amazed at the quality of the work. It matched the photo of my wife exactly like I wanted. Your primary model, render image of which was duly approved by you was delivered right on time and we acknowledge the fact a reddish hue was present on the print. A reddish hue is a normal occurrence since we print our product in sandstone and the coloring of the material sometimes deviates which might not be an immediate affair but might happen in the due course of time. We agreed to compensate for a replacement with an open bust. We just want to ask you one simple question, when you have already provided us with an approval for the primary model and you cited to us that your main concern is the reddish hue in the print, why did you provide us so many repetitive feedbacks on the detailing of the face when we mainly showed you the rendered image of the open bust to give you an idea of how an open bust looked like as you requested. In spite of these constraints, we have accommodated all your requests and showed you all the render upon which you have continuously accused us of sending the same renderings. We don't understand why you would think or accuse us of that! The last rendered we had shared a comparison of the previous image and the latest, we hope you saw that. We again want to remind you that we create replicas just from a few photos and replicas will never be 100% accurate to the actual person even if we physically scale the person from head to toe. We hope you understand that and we just wished things didn't drag to this point.
