I have spent thousands across multiple orders with motosport. Everything always arrives just the way it should be. Had I ordered the wrong part they would send me the right one with fast shipping. If I've ever had an issue with a part they're happy to swap out or send out a new one. I've never gotten better customer service elsewhere and they will continue to have my business as well as those I recommend to them.

Used website to order petcock. Turned out what was recommended was wrong. Customer service blamed me although other parts for the same bike were correct. Had to pay to return them they refunded only 80% of purchase cost. I regret buying from them and will find someone else.

I ordered a combo brake/clutch lever, and only received the brake lever. They argued that the price was for only one lever, even though it was twice the price of the two separate levers. I had to reorder a clutch lever separately and I've been fighting for a month to get refunded the missing one in the first order.

Bait and switch. Ordered a specific set of tires and was sent a similar (but different pair). I tried to reach out after I saw the receipt but was told they were already "in processing for shipping." They thought it was better to send them out and have me pay to send them back. I was even willing to keep the tires if they at least worked with me on the set I wanted and was told the "deal I already got should be good enough."

For a site that purports to support Veteran groups...they just cost this outreach program a big chunk of its quarterly budget for no real reason. Never again.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't. Pay a few bucks more elsewhere and consider it insurance.

I've ordered a ton of stuff from this company over the last few months and have for several years purchased from their website through one of my pro rider friends and recently started ordering my own products from the site to not abuse my friends good will. Most of my orders went off without issue, but on several occasions the products were listed in stock and that I would have them by a given day. But then took forever to ship items or delayed some because they weren't in stock held full orders because something wasn't in stock and said nothing till I did. The final straw was from 2 seperate orders I had ordered some fuel line and was in stock after ordering near the end of September and beginning of October, here it is December no product they claim it's expected back in stock end of December or January. Offered no apologies nothing for the delay or complete lack of communication. Screw this place go to Rocky Mountain atv instead they actually ship your product on time when they say they will. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs. My friend will no longer be purchasing from them either which will be a big loss since he rides professionally nearly every weekend and has products arriving everyday and also does product reviews for the manufacturers. Oh well hope they close down. Their customer service is complete trash as well don't expect any actual help pretty sure it's all handled by chat bots and it's just another drop shipping company with no physical warehouse of their own. I finally cancelled the other 2 items today after I found them in stock at several other online retailers cheaper and in stock.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs, they weren’t even apologetic for the extreme delays on simple items. Most reviews point out similar experiences.

PLUS, any time I have a question or concern and speak with a representative, I have a great experience. They are polite, friendly, helpful and understanding. They always go the extra mile (or extra lap ;) to help me get a resolution. I'm now a satisfied and dedicated customer. Great job at Motosport.

So after making my payment on PayPal. (Waiting for my new debit card in the mail.) They didn't think they should add my email account linked to PayPal to keep track of payment. They also will not reach out to you letting you know it payment processed or failed. I received a email saying items are taking longer due to back order. Not know which items are on back order called them to only find out my card declined (which was closed due to fraud) they sent me a invoice for paypal. And than tell me they don't see my payment. Finally they find it. So now my parts are 2 days behind. Employees here are terrible, don't care about the customer. Better off buying one part from deal. And just cut out the middle man.

I got an order it was some Christmas stuff for my little girl a shirt with her name gloves few tools few parts for my bike I calll them ask where my package was they said they'll send what they have now so it's there for Christmas I told them it was for my daughter so finally December 20 th still nothkg made the order the 14 th they said it be here before Christmas so the 29 th I call he said that's weird they can't find the gloves then he said well they cancelled your order I said i got a shirt with name on it for my kid he I told him they charged my credit card he said o yeah they refunded your money they where missing the gloves I said no one called I talked to someone a few days ago they said they send the order what they had now just a shady bunch of crooks never deal with them again been using them for little things for 10 years just so dirty how no one called no nothing just cancelled my order well they won't get another penny from me wish o could have gave them a 0 one was way to high for them this is the third time I've had problems with them this one though really rubbed me the wrong way bunch of liars

Wanted to order a front and rear michelin bib mousse. I normally order M16 front and M14 rear but motosport list by tire size so I emailed them a question about michelin bib mousse sizes. Got a response from a "gearhead". I'll just say the gearhead is clueless.

Back on Feb. 7,2024 at 10:15 AM I purchased a Clarke Racing gas tank from Motosport.com over the phone. At 10:35 I got an email conformation of my order. Then on Feb 14,2024 at 8:34 PM I got another email from Motosport stating my item was on back order till April 11,2024. I found this weird because the Clarke website states for customers to allow 3 weeks lead time for orders not 8+ weeks,

Clarke Racing claims they did not get the order from Motosport till the 14th the same day Motosport sent the update. They also claim they shipped the gas tank on the 26th and the carrier picked it up on the 27th. I contacted Motosport about what Clarke said and on 8 March I got a reply they have no updates on the order status!

Either Motosport doesn't know what is going on with backorders or Clarke Racing is lying and since I got the email from Motosport stating that the tank wouldn't be available till April 11 the same day as Clarke says they got the order from Motosport (a week after the order was placed) and Clarke says the tank was picked up by the carried on the 27th withing the 3 week lead time, I would say the problem is with Motosport!

Bought I bike assured runs
They could NOT get it running
They said it starts and runs

I'm a regular long term customer
I trusted them

Couldnt get it to start

Took it to Ducati dealer
I never touched it

******* dollar bill

Those mother $#*!ers won't help me at all because after I was there all day waiting for it to start I had to get out of dodge before rush hour

I trusted their word

They made two grand off my trade in

Oh I did return my call - same bull$#*!

It was not advertised as 'as is'
After waiting all day - for them to start it - I had to leave and trusted them it starts - then they at it's 'as us ' on the way out the door

It's not their fault - but they won't support a poor guy who spent every cent he has on a bike - at retail value - fir a bike that costs more to get it started than the sales price

I'm hitting the news, market pkace news and will stream my legal action

Reviewed tires of choice, tires were in stock so I ordered them. After placing my order they went out of stock. My order was delayed due to this reason. So I waited 2 weeks for stock arrival. Paid for 3 day shipping, by time they shipped to my door it was 2 weeks and 4 days. So even the initial 3 day shipping was late. 2 of the 3 customer service representatives assured my package was being shipped on the days I spoke with them, and unfortunately that didn't happen. This company is a crock of $#*!. I will never order from them again, I'll spend my money local and pay a few extra bucks. Lesson learned!

Made an order for 279.28 they took it out as soon as i ordered it.when i looked at my bank account they also took 104.16 for a helmet i did not ordered. So i called to let them know. And they said that they would refund my 104.16 but it would take 1 to 5 business days. I said ok, as soon as i got off the phone with them i looked at my account and they took an additional 152.90 out now thats a total of 536.34 out of my account and they shipped nothing. So i called them again and they tryed to say they did not take the money out i told him i am looking at my account now and the money is out. He tried to say the bank took it out i said they did not. So i canceled my order right then and there. That was friday. I hope i get my money back soon because it sucks living on 160.00 dollar for the week. I shound have known better i once
Ordered from them before took the money out and only had some of stuff the rest was back ordered had to cancel the rest of the order.had to get it from somewhere else.this was a nightmare. PEOPLE BEWARE

Get a e mail from them order now delivered before christmas.check the site. Ordered three items. Youth goggles and two pair of gloves.all in stock. Couple hours later received the email your items are ready to ship. Great.two days later the day they are supposed to be delivered I get another email saying your order has shipped scheduled to arrive on December 28th what a rip off. My poor grandchildren. They should eat them for false advertisements I'll never buy from them again.

M.O. Used to be good. Not anymore, website will say they have it in stock and nope, got to wait. Shipping with FedEx sucks and they don't care at M.O. Tired of their crap,no more from them.

Every order i placed with motosport got screwed up, from inaccurate availability, to incomplete orders, to orders missing hardware & items. Customer support never once responded back to me about any of these issues, and moderated every review i left for products i received that were miss-shipped, missing entirely, or inaccurately listed as compatible for my bike. I strongly urge potential customers to look elsewhere for their motorcycle needs

At the first of July 2021 I purchased a 205$ oil pump from Motosport for a Honda Big Red MUV. By October the oil pump had failed.(Honda OEM oil pump) Several phone calls and many lies about contacting Honda and a warranty, they stated that Honda wouldn't replace the pump because it wasn't done by a Honda technician at a Honda dealership. They didn't talk to anyone at Honda. The third time I talked to someone in customer service stated it would take 2 weeks to get an answer from Honda about replacement. I talked to the manager, and had an answer in less than a day! BEWARE! Motosport will not warranty any OEM parts unless installed by a dealership. They do not have a disclaimer that states this information, and you are screwed if you install OEM parts and they fail!

I cancelled my order because a week after I placed the order it still said they are waiting on inventory to process my order. Why let me place the order if they do not have the inventory? Motosports emailed saying they value my opinion but yet they denied my review for their website. I did not know it was ok to only publish good reviews?

I will not order items from MotoSport company again, as the company only keeps positive reviews, and took down twice my review of their team's negligence with my small order.

Instead I will post on Google Forums and other locations, as MotoSport deleted the review. This is dishonest. Even Amazon allows customers to leave honest reviews when their shipments do not arrive.

Your company at MotoSport never delivered this pair of gloves to me. I ordered it on May 4,2023. Followed up several times. No one from your customer service responded, even after my May 22,2023 email. I will likely not order from you again. What horrible customer service. As of May 26,2023, the item is "lost in transit" but only did I contact and post the review did they bother to review the order.

Three-weeks and no delivery. If this is happening to me, I'm sure other customers with more expensive items and orders can only imagine the negligence.

Order rims for my atc.after a cpl weeks waiting I get the front one then after verifying my order via phone they tell me the rears are on back order.that wasn't what they said when I ordered.finally got rears and took all rims off bike and opened new ones and the front is wrong size.another few weeks now w out bike thanks to them sending wrong one.Will Not order from these clowns again!

I have placed several orders with Motosport selecting overnight shipping option making sure all items were in stock. Each time I have not received my order overnight. I spoke with Hannah a customer service rep and she was rude and very unhelpful.

Try putting the customer first and delivering what the customer pays for.

I've gotten the wrong items and they treated me as if it were my fault or that I was wrong. Three separate times I've ordered something that said was in stock only to find out several weeks later that it was back ordered and they would let me know when it shipped. I can get anything the have from eBay within three days so being that I race every weekend I need these parts asap. At one point they shipped me something and it had been so long my credit card rejected it and they asked me to re pay for it. If you need what you are trying to purchase from them I would shop elsewhere.

I placed an order with MotoSport.com about 4 weeks ago for Bonamici Chain Adjusters. I received a prompt Email stating they were back-ordered. No big deal. I received my order approximately 3 weeks later and upon inspection, one of the chain adjusters looked double stamped at the adjustment alignment notch and somewhat crooked. I immediately notified MotoSport and did not get a response for a day or two. I sent a second Email, and still no response. I then contacted Paypal to get them in the loop. I gave three more days and still no response. So I filed my claim with Paypal. I also posted my review on their website which said it was "read by staff but did not follow their guidelines"; like what, I gave them 1-Star and spoke the absolute truth on the situation? You can respond that you removed my review, but you WONT respond when I expect a replacement or refund? Bottom line is, they seem shady, can't get a hold of when necessary, and I am thinking the parts were not authentic but Chinese knockoffs. Otherwise, stand by your products that are not as described or arrived slipping through Quality Assurance. The description says "precision adjustments" not "Close to" or "Good enough." And crooked adjustments are not going on my motorcycle.

I tried on boots at a couple of local shops. I ordered them from Moto Sport and they didn't fit like the ones at the store. When I called they were nice and said to return them no problem. I waited a month and didn't get the credit. I called and they said they would only give store credit. I didn't see spending 320.00 any time soon and asked to refund my card. They flat said no I would have to spend the money to get it back. Rocky Mountain ATV is the way to go. Don't get ripped, avoid Moto Sport at all costs.

Ordered 2 AGV levers. One came in I put it on, second came in 2 weeks later as I put it on I realized it was 2 different shades of blue. I asked to return the one so they could send a different one that matched and they said "sorry no returns on used items" well if you didn't mess up and send the wrong color then wouldn't be an issue but now it's my fault and they had zero help for me. Never buying for them. Always go to Revzilla instead, muchhhhh better then these pos.
