I orders 2 items from them, facial mask and a shirt. I was charged for both, got confirmation that the item was delivered. Only the mask arrived. I contacted them via email and they said they are going to check it. It's been a week now, I have already sent them 3 messages and no response. And guess what? The shirt that I ordered is no longer on their website. I loved the face mask but I do not recommend buying from this website.

Bought from them Feb 2018 never received the product, sent countless emails, told me item was out of stock, July received email saying it was shipped, it's September and I've received nothing. Going to contact my bank and hope months later they can do something about it

I ordered a face mask from here two months ago. They took my money yet can't seem to send me, my order. I've tried to contact customer service for the past two months but seems like they don't care to address the issue. This company is a joke. What kind of company runs a business like this, it's absolutely crap. I've let friends and family know not to shopping here. They have told their friends. I've asked for a full refund yet now Response. This company is fraud.

I ordered one of the silicone make up sponges that I paid for and have never received. Sent various emails and had replies that just seemed completely bogus. Now not even getting any replies to my latest requests for a refund. Customer service is awful! Don't bother taking a chance with this company, not worth it!

I ordered something over 3 weeks ago and after a week of not receiving a shipped confirmation I emailed them. They answered after 3 days and simply said "we'll get back to you." It's now two weeks later and they are not replying to any of my emails and have basically stolen money from me because I never received my product but they took the money from my account. This website is a joke, do NOT order from it.

I had ordered their makeup applicator almost a month ago and haven't heard from them. I've emailed at least 5 times but no word back from them. I don't know how they are getting away with this but they are a scam. They take everyone's money and don't provide the product. You can bring in lots of money one order at a time...

We had some issues with damaged items, the owner got personally involved and worked right along side of us until we were 110% satified. Their dilegance and effort was over the top! In today's climate not many companies or people for that matter stick to the old adage "the client is always right" but in this case they definitely do. We highly recommend them very commendable, very professional and will get ALL OUR FUTURE BUSINESS!

My husband ordered me the steam flat iron on December 16th paid 9.95 extra for expedited shipping they assured 4 to 6 days it would ship it's still processing on Feb 13th but they darn sure got their money in less than 2 hours I hope the owner of this company ends up in prison with a flat iron up his wazoo

So I've been buying the facial cleansing black mask from these guys for quite a few months now and after my friend showed me this negative link I felt like I had to post this to even things out. I asked the company about the reviews and they said they were aware of it. Let me be clear, the customers who went here to write a review didn't receive their item but they all received a FULL REFUND. Now the reason they didn't get their item is because of THEIR MISTAKE lol. They put their address wrong when placing their orders so of course you're not going to get it delivered to you. I've placed over 10 orders from them so far and I ALWAYS get my package in less than 4 days. It ships out of Phoenix Arizona and arrives really fast. I wrote this simply because I felt it's unfair that they're getting blamed for a customer's mistake. I'm in retail so I know the deal!

Ordered over a month ago an only received the email stating account charged. I've tried contacting through Facebook and site. Pretty sure they blocked from fb after I said I was going to report to better business. DO NOT BUY FROM M&M SAVINGS!

I have tried contacting this company many times- through facebook and their online email contact. The only response I have received is an auto message from facebook. They charged my account 4 weeks ago and I have not received the product. I will be contacting my bank and filing a complaint. I recommend that you stay away from M&M Savings- complete frauds!

I had issues with my order not arriving on time. I contacted their customer service team thru email and their response was very prompt. Found out that I have input an incorrect address, they reprocessed the order and got the products the next day. Super customer service! Will definitely order from your store again! Thank you!

Looks like I've become part of the huge group of people who have been scammed by this company. Ordered my product over a month ago. They took my payment the following day from my bank account. After several email and Facebook attempts, I haven't gotten anywhere. The one time I was replied too, I was told my shipment was lost at customs, and would be shipped to me again. Still nothing. I suppose my only option now is to contact my bank, and file a dispute. What a pain in the $#*!. Beware of ordering with this company. Its nothing but a scam.

They have stolen $93.00 from me. They made it to where I could not get one of my twins a 40th birthday present. Their other reviews are horrible and I was dumb enough to not check their rating with the BBB. Tomorrow, when I get to work, I am reporting M&M Savings to the United States Attorney General and all the other agencies they told me to contact. They might think they have my money but, it will cost them much more than that. Everyone please, if you have had them steal from you, write a review and report them to authorities of interest.

M&M Savings is a scam. I ordered from the site, received a confirmation number of my order via email, and never got any updates as to whether my order was processed, shipped, on its way, etc. My card was charged and the only "customer service" information they have is an email (which I have sent 4 emails to now and have gotten no reply). I placed my order three weeks ago on Tuesday. Don't order from this site.

I ordered the black mask 4 weeks ago, never heard anything back, HAVE NOT BEEN refunded, I have sent 5 emails, looked everywhere for their number. They ARE a scam. Anyone who says otherwise works for the company.

On June 16th I placed an order for the high pressure power washer. The ad states the orders are shipped within 2 days. All BS. You provide to them all your personal information and receive a confirmation that they are currently processing for shipment. Again all BS. They eagerly withdraw your funds from your account and leave you hanging. There is no way to contact them but through email and they don't respond. Also, according to their site you cannot return the product once opened if you ever receive the product. I've filed a complaint with FB and the BBB. This company needs to be shut down!

I also have tried to contact them multiple times and have NOTHING back. Received product but it didn't work. Tgis is rediculious. Waste of money.

All they do is take your money. Ordered ceramic. Steam flat irons online from fb on Sept 25th. They assured me they are on their way. Its a month later and still not here and still in China per the tracking number. Filling a dispute right now. Can't even find them on FB anymore. Super Angry!

I ordered a silicon makeup brush from these scammers 2 months ago. After 2 weeks went by and no product in the mail, I got suspicious and wrote them on facebook. They never replied to the message. I sent an email & had dialogue back and forth with a representative who first told me that my item had gotten sent back to them & assured me I would receive it within a week. I NEVER RECEIVED my item, so I asked for a refund & threatened to report them. They assured me I would get a refund about a week ago. My money has still not been credited back to my account. Don't trust these scam artists, they're advertising and selling products that they are not providing to customers. Worst experience ever!

All bad reviews on here. People not getting the product and being scammed out of the money. If you final do get a product it has been opened or crushed.
