Took less than an hour for me, I was a bit suspect about it as a first time buyer but I e-mailed them and they got back to me within minutes about my order and said they would handle it asap and they did. I can't speak for everybody but for me it worked out very smooth and quick all around. Good customer service.
The representatives kept asking me to relist a player, kept calling me out for being rude when I was just asking for my coins or a refund. Currently, I asked for a refund, been 8 days, still haven't received it. NEVER buy from here EVER again. I am warning you. When I asked where I could leave a review of my bad experience, they refused to tell me! Seems like they just want their website to look good.
