I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding both arrived late They were not made to custom size ordered Very poor quality and workmanship Absolutely appalling Trying to get a refund but they are dodging with vague replies and calling me Dear! Lost almost AUD 500. This website must be shutdown. Responses slow and extremely vague. Do not buy anything from here!

Do not buy. They do not offer refunds. Poor quality items. Very stressful experience lost $430 on 2 dresses.

Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service! Do not shop here! They wasted my time emailing me back and forth when I asked for a return, telling me that delivery costs too much and that my item may go missing during shipment. Do not shop here!

I've had a harrowing experience very similar to others. Trying to get a refund is near impossible. There needs to be a class action taken as they are ripping off women in particular. As a mother of the bride I had to find another outfit in the middle of a pandemic when all the dress shops were closed! I would give them a zero rating if I had the option.

Plus size clothing. What a joke it might fit somebody size 8. What a total waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE. I can't warn you more. Liars and cheats.

I carefully read specifications to ensure I am getting something that will meet my needs. The dress I received was a different fabric, and lacked the zipper in the back of the dress. Apart from the undeniable specification failures, the dress is poorly manufactured, with threads hanging loose, and fabric that is very sheer and unlined. The colour is more peach/apricot than champagne.I wish I'd read these reviews before putting my faith in the specifications. The request for refund has so far been Mat with a less-than-appropriate response, indicating that my concerns had either been ignored or misunderstood as it was suggested that I have the dress altered to fit locally.

Do not buy from this company. I got an aweful aftersale experience from this company. The dress I ordered was unwearable and a refund from them was almost impossible. I had to find another dress for the wedding I was going. I would give a negative rating if I could.

I've had an awful experience very similar to others from this company Trying to get a refund is near impossible. I bought a dress last October for my wedding, when it came it was nothing like the dress pictured in the catelogue, awful material and although I sent my measurements didnt fit properly As the bride I had to find another outfit in the middle of a pandemic when all the dress shops were closed! I would give them a zero rating if I had the option. Do not buy from this company they are rip pff merchants, although they said thay would give me a refund I am still waiting. Not only did I lose my money for the dress, I sent back the original dress and paid postage on top of it.

I too wanted to return a dress due to change of mind for a refund as per their returns policy on their website. They kept saying no for various reasons. I told them I was making complaints to ACCC and NSW office of fair trading. They then offered a refund if I return the dress to China. I'm now refuting that I should pay for postage, tracking and insurance overseas given it's an Australian company. Its unreasonable postage. It really helps to know your consumer rights.

Same story as everyone else. Paid $278 for a horrible fitting dress and did not have it custom made but they refused to allow me to return it saying it was custom made for me. They offered 20% refund after many rude emails from them calling me dear... but after reading these reviews (too late i know) i know that i wont see a cent of it. Criminals! Ripping people off.

I bought my daughter a flower girl dress, which did not fit and they refuse to refund or exchange.
This was an expensive dress for my wedding.
She is so disappointed
After repeated attempts to communicate, they suggested donating the dress! Yes seriously! No regard for the $175 I forked out.

My Mum who is a low paid health worker bought my AUD$304.00 wedding dress from this site - the beach wedding dress to my knees in the ivory. It was absolutely beautiful in the photo. In reality it looks like a child's dress up costume. Its too big, has a huge bust (I'm 4 foot 10 inches and 48 kg) is poorly sewn and the lace is itchy.
I asked for a refund but they refused. They offered to make the exact same dress but I don't want another. I asked them to make a different one in compensation but its $80 more than the original so they just stopped communicating with me.
I am now in the process of going through the Australian Fair Trade commission to ask advise.
NEVER never trust this site. Its so upsetting and unfair.
I've since bought a new beautiful dress from Review Australia for AUD$400 and its 150% better than the cheap drag queen frock Minel sent me.

The dress arrived in the wrong colour and the made to measure didn't fit at all.
The company did offer to make another but for the price of $180. I don't think so when I had already spent $230 on this dress. What a scam. Awful experience

This company uses photos of OTHER beautifully made and more expensive gowns and then sends you some trash made from China that doesn't fit. Despite their "policy" they refused to give me my money back, a credit note or help fix the problem and now I'm left with this hideous dress! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely horrible dress - wrong colour, wrong size and badly made - some lace cut out some left with backing on some tule overlaps an leaves bits sticking up all over the show - companies reply - you order this dress no refund no return - don't buy from here as they are an absolutel rip off!

The tailoring and shipping time was OK for me. It only took 12 days for me to get my beautiful dress. Really a quick delivery.

Hey guys, I also bought two dresses from this website and the dresses turned out to be horrible. They also offered me an 8% refund which is totally pointless. So, I am going to sue them.
They are a Hong Kong based company and I am firstly going to issue a complaint to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
I am really keen on bringing the hidden directors of this company to light!

Do not buy from this company, Purchased 3 bridesmaid dresses paid the $30 extra for custom measurements. All 3 dresses are way to big. When contacted Minel got a really rude email back stating made to my demands, (these were not the measurements i asked for) Will refund $40 OK!
What are joke.

Just disgusted with your company as I recently purchased a dress that does not fit and paid extra for it to fit me. You wanted extra from me to fix your Hugh mistakes and treated me the same as your other sad customers. Bad real BAD

This company used to be called Jade Gowns they changed their name because of all the bad reviews! Worst dresses ever, terrible quality, cheap and nasty the dresses look nothing like the photos. Terrible customer service they need to be put out of business for good! Not just change their name to scam more people! WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER

I recommend this dress to anyone who is looking for something nice to wear for an occasion. It stands out. I don't regret buying it.And this website will not let you down. Believe me.

This company should be closed down. We all should continue the fight to stop this site from operating. Its a scam... its poor quality, NO customer service.
