According to the webpage, purchase over $100 will qualify free shipping. My purchase was 191.98, and I was charged 6.75 for shipping. That was wrong. The company shipped me 2 MD Nutri Hair brush for free, they both were damaged, the handle of the brush and the back of the brush are sticky. When I touched the handle, the sticky black stuff was stuck on my hand. Since the brush is a trash, please do not send them to customers as a token of appreciation.
I been using this product for a week and it's amazing my skin looks more healthy now I love it

My own experience with this company has always been good. The quality of the products I purchased is excellent, I never had to return anything. They send plenty of samples that make sense based on the type of products I buy. Their sitewide sale truly includes most of their brands, unlike some of their competitors like dermstore which advertises sitewide sale when in fact only a handful of brands participate.
Although there are positive reviews stating the effectiveness of the product in the growth of the eyelashes within few weeks of application, others claim to have had no effect even after using the product for more than three months. It is clearly the case of the product working for a select group of customers.
I've tried tons of serums that claim to make your lashes longer, and MD is the only one that has ever worked for me - I've two friends that started using it and they wish they'd have found it earlier. Plus, the folks that work at MD Factor are always friendly and helpful. The best!

I have very sensitive skin so I am always cautious when trying new products. I was so pleasantly surprised by MD Factor. Now I regularly use MD Factor as a primer under make-up. It fills my large pores and makes my skin smooth. At the same time, it works as a concealer covering my red areas. When in a rush, I don't have to apply my make-up as it also works great as a foundation. Flawless Factor and some blush and I are out the door.
Wife like most of the items. I purchased items to make her smile. Yes, this was my 5th time purchase. Excellent item! Staffs are very friendly too. Recommended!

When I need to be perfect looking I use only this MD Factor for it. And for 4 years it on my top. Better I can't find for me.
I use it only for 3 days, as I was Allergic to it, I had constant itching and swelling.it did not work for me.

Because our serum is clear, it is easy to use too much. We suggest wiping off the excess conditioner from the brush and applying only a small amount to the base of your upper lashes. It's best to do this in the evening, after applying your eye cream. You'll find that one dip into the product is sufficient for both eyes and brows. Please note that there's no need to dip or feel the product, as the serum is thin and clear.
To start, we recommend using the conditioner every other day, gradually increasing the frequency to once a day. With consistent use, you can expect to see beautiful lashes emerge within 4-8 weeks.
