I was about to send payment $434.00 USD thru PayPal to Donggyan Changlong for cosmetics, don't know if its the same name, but my Paypal account denied them payment due to negative inquiry on their Paypal account. I dodge a bullet. Becareful

Answer:

We purchased our goods from a 6 years gold supplier on Alibaba and they just disappeared in a week. The safest way is to find suppliers on Alibaba and get trade insurance on your payment. Then if you don't get the goods from the suppliers, Alibaba should pay you the total amount you paid the supplier.
