I tested the system to be used for an international call center operation. The quality of calls are great. Service was excellent. The guys from Linkedip help me a lot in setting up our call center operations and some more. Rates are great too. Miguel did an amazing job with our tech needs. We had contracted with another vendor who was unable to manage our server. As a result we had a lot of down time and lost revenue. Thanks to Miguel, we were up and running with his service over one weekend and have had no problems. Miguel worked overtime and went above and beyond to help us get out of the mess we were in. Customer service is great and we are grateful we found this company!
