Online purchase & payment were easy and product arrived when promised. Issue is wrong item was shipped. Should have been model # KN-COB-B-LPM, assembly # 9CO5-LP. However, what was shipped was model # KN-COB-LP2, assembly # 9CO5-LP2.

QUICK AND EASY AND YOU HAD WHAT WE WANTED. SHIPPING WAS A BIT HIGH BUT THE PRODUCT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO LOWE'S OR HOME DEPOT!

Unable to ship to our secure UPS store where all of our mail is now delivered. Regular mail and package thefts caused us to switch to UPS store. Your system is the only one I've encountered where we can't ship to the secure address.

Overall quite good. Item filtering was good, but format could have been better. Also would have liked to seen a more robust "customers also considered" section once I clicked an item... but this is a minor thing.

Delivery was very prompt. However, 1 globe was just slightly smaller in diameter than advertised. I tried it in both wooden wall scones and it doesn't fit either one. Thus, it is the globe that is just slightly off in diameter. I have to sand down one of the scones and restain it - then all will be OK

In searching for the "BJB 4-PIN Twin Tube Compact Fluorescent 2 Hole Vertical Screw Mount 2G11 Socket (26.746.1006.84)", I found them to be not the most common type; are used in my medical UV light unit.

I was very happy to find a light bulb for a Christmas display that I couldn't find anywhere else. Thank you for the timely and excellent service.

I ordered $261 of bulbs. I did not realize that I had not received them until I went to change a burnt-out bulb and had no bulbs. Checked the order and I had paid for them with AMEX, but never received them. They refused to honor the order, saying "too late."

My order payment confirmation page contained no details of my order. When I selected print it sent me to another page for returning customers log in. I would have liked to print/save it for my records. Now I have nothing.

You offer a 10% discount in email but unable to place that code into purchase. Your app does not play nice to add codes for special offers.

Need better description of products. The socket description didn't say it was 1/8 IP. Figured it was but had to get to another site to make sure. Everything else it good.

The first time in a while that all items were in tact and functioning; obviously the result of more careful packaging in the shipping department. Perhaps small order are often treated carelessly? Worthwhile to request special treatment as I did here (even while Lighting Supply always puts everything right after a reportage of damage).

The flat charge for shipping upset me and was the only reason... when your flat shipping is over or up to 50% of your item's cost, it is upsetting... Part 2 of my complaint is that I can't split my order delivery into 2 locations so I have to pay double the shipping....other than that , I do like your site and will continue to shop here

Found a rare light bulb at a reasonable price delivered to me in a short time. Product was not what I expected but shipping cost is nearly the same as the product cost so I suppose that I'll just hold onto these (3) for emergencies.
