Order no *******799 and *******771. I have registered my complain on LensKart website there reply me that they provide only 1 year warranty and you will get 10% discount on next purchase.

Visited Kailash colony and bought Specs worth Rs 20,000/two months back. Today I visited as one of my glass lens came out. They were not experienced at all even to fix lens in glass frame. Over and above, frame was also broken by them.They were so rude that one can not expect from executive of lenskart. I will never buy lenskart anymore and also wil never recommend to my friends and relatives as it's service post purchase is far below expectations and not trained to handle such services. Very very bad experience of such premium purchase too. I do not know the name of woman executive, her behaviour was too rude to me.
Got two pairs by selecting frames online. One of these were rimless. They both were progressive lenses. Got excellent bargain, smooth transaction and glasses arrived within two weeks. They fit well and had no complaints. Used one pair more and kept the rimless pair for occasions. I started noticing that the more frequently used pair was losing its clarity. After about a year I noticed that the lenses had visibly changed their color. They had an amber/honey color tinge. I then switched to using the other pair, which looked good although both were bought at the same time. Within three months of usage, even the lenses of the other pair have started showing some tinge and partial loss of clarity. I do not use soaps on these or do not work with chemicals or gasses that may react with these lenses. I mostly work from home. This is the first time I am experiencing that eyeglass lenses can have loss of clarity over time. My experience with Lenscrafters or Warby Parker products is not the same. Their lenses do not have loss of clarity even after years of usage.

I ordered two pair of glasses from this company. I never received them and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Also, during the entire process, they got the shipping address wrong. I tried numerous phone calls to get it straighened out and they can barely speak English and very hard to understand. I don't know if I'm every going to receive my money back. My advice, steer clear of this company. They have literally no idea what they are doing.

I bought from them last oct,31 and it delivered by nov2 and i exchange nov3. Up to now im still waiting but they didnt send the exchange of the eyeglass. Its already 12days now but Ms. SONALI no response on this. NOT RECOMMENDED, POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY.
During my India visit online I bought 2 sets 1 sunglass with prescription and other normal glasses, I got some gold member offer buy 1 get 1 free and paid Rs9600. When I returned to US and started using glasses realized that quality is poor... first week only my one glass fell off and not able to fix as its keep falling upon given small push. Also sun glasses are fragile. I wish had bought them from some authentic local shop.

Fantastic experience! Love my new eyeglasses. I bought one pair clip on and an eye cat shape in red. Absolutely happy with both, they fit better than when I go to the store. The price was perfect for my budget and the progressive is just great. I could only wish for more variety in the frames but I know that will happen very soon because this people know what they are doing!

I bought John Jacobs steel frame glass(Rs.4200) and with membership one more pair(free). After 4 months, that steel frame started to rust. I didn't even use water on it and moreover used it very rarely. So went to claim warranty. Now hear the scam. By buying thru membership, the other glass is not free. They just split the amount of the highest priced glass that you buy. So now, only half the amount can be claimed while exchange. And the other half amount, must be paid again. They just cut the price of the glass by half in the name of membership and wondering what's the real value of it. Based on the quality I received, it won't even cost 500Rs.

I brought my specs 2 months back in the buy 1 get 1 free offer on my membership. I was facing issues with both of my glasses since a few days. The sticks on the right and left side of the specs started to losen.
Today, i went to get them repaired and the people from lenskart simply said we cannot do it and the lost the screw of my glasses and said it was already not there. They made the glasses even loose. Please think twice before buying your products from lenskart. The company services are degrading day by day.
They are pathetic service providers, they don't have stock ever. Whenever order created they get out of stock. And keep you waiting for refund for more then 15 days.
Recommendation: don't buy from lenskart ever.

I've bought several pairs of reading glasses from them. They were good quality and I have enjoyed them. However, I specified an incorrect prescription for the two pairs I most recently ordered and received. I was encouraged by their return/exchange policy which welcomed exchanges. Then I tried to exchange those glasses for ones with the correct prescription. For weeks now, I have received nothing but delay and runarounds from them. I've received repetitive emails from them asking again and again for the same prescription information that I already provided. Then, I got two different emails stating that the case had been closed. And finally, I began to get no response to my emails. I am not sure what is going on, whether the problem is financial, manufacturer delays or simple incompetence. I now doubt I will ever be able to exchange these useless glasses.

At the time of sale the online chat staff was very prompt and supportive BUT the promised product was not delivered and when u want to raise a concern or complaint on the same online app ( whats app) they don't bother to attend.
They just keep transferring ur querry from one sales executive to the other and you have to explain the same thing on chat to all of them. Moreover an irrlevant set of questioners are sent on the screen which do not solve your problem.
All in all please never order online with this company.

Lenskart and their shipping partner FEDEX messed the paper work on some certifications required in order to import the glasses to the USA. Now me ( the customer) have to invest time and effort trying to sort out this issue between the manufacturer and the shipper ( they should pay me for my time!) Lenskart phone support can only say over and over " I understand " but can not seem able to understand that this is an issue between them and the carrier. Calling FEDEX is a waste of time as they put you on hold on the provided telephone number forever.

I had ordered for a pair of specs from Lenskart on August 25th and paid the full amount for fulfillment of my order. This was supposed to be delivered on September 1st. I waited till 5 pm and then left home after instructing my son to take delivery in my absence. Thereafter, I received a message saying that the delivery person had not found anyone home inspite of my son being at home all the time. Then, after some time I got another message that the delivery was made. I immediately called my son, who informed me that no delivery person had come. He checked with our neighbours and the Security gate and the answer was negative. Now, I have no specs and have been looted for Rs 9,020. No one should place orders with this fraudulent company. Please stay away from Lenskart.
