After waiting for 6 weeks I finally received my order. It was totally the wrong item. I paid $54.95 for an item worth $27.99 ( and even this is a piece of garbage and no absolutely not worth the money) however the total cost (because of the exchange) was close to $80 with delivery etc! The company never. Ever answers phone calls... never ever answers emails... but do not mind taking your money. I am so frustrated and do not know where to turn to. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from LED Christmas Lighting... they are a sham! Beware!

Ordered a costume for my daughter Sept 30. Still haven't received anything. Company doesn't respond to emails, phone messages, or inbox messages. Now I'm going to have to scramble to figure something out for my daughter and she'll be the only family member not dressed in our theme. I'm VERY disappointed. After a terrible 2020 year, I was hoping for a nice Halloween together. GUESS NOT!

Order placed on 9/1/2020 card charged product never delivered. Customer Order # ******* Zero communication from business outside of one order confirmed email. Contacted the company multiple times by email and their phone does not lead you anywhere. Appears this is common story with this company viewing the multiple complaints. Seeking full refund back to credit card before proceeding with legal action.

Placed an order Sept 20,2020, for Halloween items, a 5foot tall with and some very large spiders. On September 23,2020, the status of my order shows processing. Today is October 11 and I have heard absolutely nothing back from this company. I have left 7 emails and have left numerous phone messages and nothing has been answered.

Buyer Beware, don't buy anything from these people. If you are reading this, chances are that you got screwed, too!

Consider it a loss.

Although it hasn't been that long, their lack of response to my many calls and emails(especially after reading these reviews) have me concerned that this is a bogus website! It seems like the only way to get there attention is to write a review on here. Please contact me because I really want this item and I don't want to have to dispute this purchase. I have included my confirmation below

I went through PayPal to file a claim and was refunded my money. I still didn't get any response from the site until the refund went though.

I did receive most of my order on Halloween as expected, however one item was missing and did I mention there was no way to track the shipping. I emailed customer service, who did reply stating the other item was lost in the mail and asking if I would a refund or I my item reshipped. I replied that i would like the item resent, but never heard back them and never received my item. Will not order from here again.

Who are these people?

It is frustrating to have a company advertise their products but not deliver them or respond. Their website has a banner at the top: "As of December 15th this website is under new ownership! Orders will ship as normal but our payment processing is slightly different!"

I requested a refund, but have yet to get a check.

Tip for consumers:
Based on my experience, chances are you will not get your order fulfilled and you won't get a refund and you won't hear back from them no matter how many times you reach out to them.

Made a purchase in the beginning of May 2020. Emails suddenly stopped. Still haven't received my item. Hopefully the pandemic hasn't had terminal effects. But, without communication leaves irritability. Don't recommend dealing with this company. No product and no refund. Contacted NY BBB.

I place an order on January 22 and recieved on February 4. It took 13 days. Not bad. The down side is that they don't give you detail or tracking number to check on the arrival date. Also it came as regular mail USPS.

HI, we do send emails with tracking numbers but a lot of time they go into bulk/spam email and people miss them.

I ordered something from this site over a month ago, and I still haven't received it. The only communication I got from the company was an email saying that it shipped about 2 weeks ago, but there was no tracking number. They did charge my card.

I've tried for the past several days to contact the company via email, phone, and website. No response so far. The voicemail is full, so I can't leave a message.

If anyone from the company is reading this, my order number is #*******.

UPDATE: Due to the company's total lack of response or delivery and now that I've bought the item elsewhere, I've disputed the transaction with my bank. I think it's also worth noting that there was an influx of positive reviews on this page that all happened on December 9th, and most of the profile pictures are stock images. They're fake reviews. Do not trust this website.

Ordered a product have yet to receive. Should have read the reviews before I ordered it. It seems the owner of the company responds to these reviews but not the emails or voicemails? Please if you see this i have yet to receive my item if i dont recive it or hear anything from your company i will be driving out to your location! So glad its listed on the website!

I placed an order on 01/08/2020 and it is now 01/24/2020 and I have not received the item nor any responses to numerous emails and phone calls. My credit card was charged and status of order has been "pending" since 01/13/2020. I plan to dispute through my credit card company. BEWARE of doing business with LEDChristmasLighting.com.

I have never received my order and have multiple attempts to get in touch with someone. I called and left messages and multiple emails. They have never tried to get back in touch with me. They are a scam. Stay away. Order from some other company.

After a week of silence and unresponsiveness, Jeff came through and delivered my costume. Still sucks that they deal with so many orders no one can answer the phone, but at least they aren't crooks. I got what they promised, and it came in time.

This company is a scam, set up by a low life who steals people's money without delivering on what they are selling. I bought a Halloween Costume on 10/22 that clearly stated it would arrive within a week when purchased. I called and e-mailed the company numerous times with no response at all. The item arrived a month later.

I ordered an item on June 8th of this year. Giving them time for a possible covid delay I waited a while before sending the first email. No response and no response to the following 3 emails either. I was actually able to leave a message on the phone in an off time, since the mailbox was always full during the daytime. Still no response. Contacted NY BBB and they were told that the item shipped on July 20th. It has yet to arrive here - unless it is being walked here it should have arrived. At this point the cat on bicycle wind wheel would be a spare, because I ended up finding it on Amazon and it came in 2 days later... They apparently did not have a problem taking my money and my order status online has progressed from ‘pending' to ‘processing'. I will open the complaint again with the BBB until I see a satisfactory result. I also feel they owe me an apology.
The only thing they get five stars in is terrible customer service, the other should be minus 1 star. It is by now almost 2 months since I placed the order and paid for it. My order number is # *******
At the time this was the only place I could find that particular wind wheel to replace my aged one.
Their ‘Contact us ‘ on their website is obviously only for show.

I ordered my son a Halloween Costume that was hard to find elsewhere, on 9/14/18. The site said they were reaching peak times for Halloween so delivery may make up to 12 days I believe. 9/24 rolled around and I had not received pkg. I started getting a little nervous as I didn't research the website before ordering. When I DID, I saw tons of negative reviews about how many people never received their package and that the site was a scam. I called the company to check on my order. There was no answering service or human, just told you to leave a VM which reviews said would never be returned. I looked in my email for a confirmation email and was surprised that had never received one. Luckily I had screenshot the website confirmation after I initially placed my order, which included the order #. I found an email requesting my order status and included my order confirmation # (from my screenshot; again, no confirmation email received). They got back with me within 24h (sooner actually) and gave me a tracking number to check. I was able to get Text alerts telling me where my package was. I received my package this afternoon, which we are very pleased with!

I really wish I had read all of these other reviews before purchasing my daughter's costume from here. Ordered and paid for on 10/5, the next day I received an email saying "processing". There has been zero communication since then, and it's now 10/15. I have called twice, left a voice message, and emailed twice. No response. Based on these other reviews, I have no expectation of actually receiving the item, or at least of receiving it in a timely enough manner for her to actually wear the costume for Halloween. Order #*******

I ordered an item on July 12. It's now August 28 and I still don't have the item. I've sent multiple messages to only get one response that didn't solve the problem. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to help with this so please avoid this website. Poor customer service.

Same as the reviews below, I made the mistake of ordering from this company. They charged my credit card but never sent a confirmation receipt on shipping. Item never showed. Unfortunately they don't answer their phones (5+ attempts made at varying times) nor do they respond to emails. To top it off you can't even leave reviews on their website. Just awful.

This credit card transaction was declined due to a faulty billing address. You saw the attempted charge but the order was never placed fully due to the wrong address.

I ordered two items got them in a reasonable amount of time but the are the wrong product. Actually a cheaper version of what I ordered. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Extremely frustrating!

Shame on this company to take advantage of people. I placed an order & was charged immediately but have yet to receive my purchase. I wrote to this company twice not to receive one response. Ive called this company only to listen to music immediately & never able to speak to a person. I believe what goes around comes around. Thank goodness my credit card company is making a refund after I disputed this. And what a joke to have to put 1 star to process this review! They shouldnt get any

Customer called us once yesterday after business hours (We were also closed yesterday due to the Winter Storm in the North East). We were in the process of going through our voice mails when this message came in. This item had shipped last week and was scheduled to deliver today via UPS. Since the customer filed a credit card charge back stating they no longer wanted the merchandise we went ahead and UPS intercepted the package so they would not need to pay for return shipping and issued an immediate refund.
