I've been using Laptopscreen.com for almost a decade now, and have never been disappointed. I've had a few duds, and every once in a while the screen would have issue after a few weeks, but their lifetime warranty has never been denied and they'll always ship out a new screen free of charge.

I only wish they got more stock of 15" 30 pin 144hz screens.

The screen, replacing a cracked one, shipped quickly arriving ahead of schedule. It was an exact match and the site made it easy to ensure that. I'm pretty familiar with basic hardware replacement but found a great video online for my exact model. The only complaint I had was one tiny spot of pixel(s) dead. Super tiny and the company states they would still replace it which is better than Dell would do for the size. If it gets any bigger, the lifetime protection on defects will get it replaced again.

Have no idea if the screen i bought even works. Installed it on my laptop. Now the laptop is not working. It also was suppose to be 2 day shipping and it took 4 days. If i can get the computer working I might be able to give it a score.

Bought an Alienware 17 R5 but I was unhappy with the screen resolution (3QHD). The model I have comes in three confugurations - FHD, 3QHD and UHD.

Tried to look on Ebay for a screen replacement, but the idiotic companies in the UK insist that only a replacement of the screen resolution is compatible. I battled with them. Looked for video on YouTube to find out how replace a screen. At the bottom of the video, the link to this site is provided.

I checked out the site, and the configrator showed me the screen I was after. Purchased it with expedited delivery. Received within two days in London, UK coming all the way from California.

Works perfectly and no dead pixela. Part looked brand new!

I needed repair my laptop. I turned to LaptopScreen. They change the keyboard, but one button didn't work. I called the company and they fixed this lag.

They provided a very high quality product, the screen works great. When I ordered the wrong screen the return service was very quick.

I received the new screen in a couple of days. The only thing I had to do was remove the metal locating brackets from the old screen with a putty knife and re-use on the new screen, which only took a couple of minutes.

Easy ordering process to ensure you have the correct screen, great product and fast delivery! Overall a great experience and I was able to replace my laptop screen for under $100, saving a $1,000 laptop! One tip, check to see if you need LCD tape for your installation as I assumed screws but it ended up requiring tape.

My laptop screen was fickering at times and had the lines through it and was fading... all intermittently over a period of about 3 months. My teenage daughter told me to look up a video and see if we could just buy and replace it ourselves. I looked it up and it looked easy enough, except for having to take it apart first to get the screen # which is only on the back of the screen itself. So we did this, and on while it was undone, we found Laptopscreen had our screen number, so we ordered it. Right after ordering, we put the other screen back on the laptop so I could still use it until the new screen got here. Funny thing was that once back together, the screen worked great; i then assumed it was the littel plug connection that when putting back together maybe had been loose. SO I called Laptopscreen immediately and told the gentleman what happened and he was able to cancel the order right away no worries.

Then 3 weeks later, the screen was acting up again. I called back Laptopscreen and told the gentleman what happened and asked if I they still had my info/screen number in the system so I didnt have to look it up again. Happily they did, and I was able to go into my account and just click reorder. WHile on the phone, he added that if the new screen didnt work, it would probably be the "pin connector" cord. It made me feel that he actually cared to help me get my screen back working instead of just telling me to take it somewhere or get a new laptop.

I needed to replace the screen on my son's laptop, and to pay someone to do it was much too expensive. Laptopscreen.com made it really easy to find the correct screen and has very competitive prices. I even found a useful video from them showing step by step how to perform the replacement on the same laptop model. So for my first time replacing a screen everything went smooth. Shipping was quick and the screen was very well packaged.

Looked around for weeks on ebay trying to find the exact right part for my laptop with lots of conflicting I for stop. Finally just tried googling to see what the search AI could find. Laptop Screens had exactly what I needed in an easily searchable format for cheaper than on eBay, plus a couple of extra items like double sided tape and a really decent miniature screwdriver kit. I just ordered a new screen for my ageing but much-loved laptop and am pleased with the result. The world of laptop replacement panels is a minefield and laptopscreen.com makes navigating this minefield a great deal easier. By simply entering the model of the existing panel in my laptop (although they can also match by laptop model) I had the choice to either order the exact same panel or order a compatible but better one. Laptopscreen.com offers either an exact replacement or an "IPS" or "IPS and professional color range" upgrade. I went for the most expensive option for an additional £7.50 and am fairly pleased with the result. The panel they sent me and that I have subsequently installed is indeed an IPS panel and it is somewhat colour accurate. The one feature I really wish they offered is to display the model of panel that you're paying for when you opt for an upgrade. At current the system is a bit of a gamble because you don't know if the supposedly superior and more colour accurate panel you're paying for is actually a better panel. If they showed you up front what you were paying for (or, better, offered a list of compatible upgrade options) this would be much better as you could do independent research and make an informed decision.

The business seems to be fairly well organised offering a broad range of panels, good shipping times and high quality packaging. I'm a technically competent individual used to working on laptops so the whole process was not difficult for me although it was definitely made easier by being able to purchase a drop-in replacement panel.
