I get 6X tank tops regular & 7X hoodies regular. Sometimes they have nice sales. You have to pay for shipping no matter how much you spend.
I purchased Christmas presents for my grandson when the items were on sale. I should have thrown my money right away! The slippers I bought broke through the bottoms 4 days after wearing them. The company won't do anything about it because it's over their 60 day warranty period. I called to speak to customer service and got hung up on. Great customer service

I had toask five times for order history and was told they cannot give it to me.But, on their website when I log into my account there is an option for order history that does not work. Verry poor customer service (foreign born with a heavy accent) and does not listen but goes on rambling about all sorts of things I diod not ask for. Had to give her my email address four times when they already had it since it was my sign in ID.

Ordered a "Big" sized hat...You have to see this...it is made to fit a doll. Asked for my money back, I have to return it for 10 dollars.

Also, just found out I have been paying 14.95 a month for 2 years for free shipping! I never signed up for this ridiculous program, which has to be done by sending back receipts to get the money back for shippijng! What person in his/her right mind would agree to that! Horrible.

This company not only ships the wrong items, they charge you to return it for the right item. If it does arrive as ordered, sizing isn't accurate and quality is questionable. In addition, they are fraudulently charging my cc monthly for unknown merchandise. I DO NOT trust KingSize or their parent company, Beauty Brands.
I place an order for fleece pants size large tall I got in the mail today size 8X. The sales rep who dose not speak and apparently understand english spent more time trying to up sell me and get me to take one of their credit cards. If that same effort was spent making sure my request was filled properly maybe you wouldnt have the worst service rating going. This is the third time Ive ordered something and had to return it. I got sent a coupon for 50% off my entire order and free shipping. I selected 2 night shirts put them in my cart and 3 sets of undergarments. When trying to check out, it wouldnt accept either coupon code. I thenn tried online chat with customer service, who was very argumentative. So, I cancelled my order. On an order prior to this one, they charged my cc five times for one order and it took over a month to get it all straightened out.
Shoe box arrived almost totally destroyed. Shoes inside obviously used and returned. I was still charged $10.99 to return. Awful customer service, Will not use again.

I tried to use their unusable return site. Emailed customer service, and they said since they sent the wrong size, they would give me a prepaid return. I had to call a number. I very unhelp woman on the phone basically called me a liar, that they sent the coat that I ordered. This is untrue. To get moneyback, there was $10 restock fee, and I would have to pay to send the coat back. I never got the QR code with a return address that she promised. I got so disgusted that I donated the coat to Goodwill. Beware!
I bought 2 shirts got express shipping 1-2 days...payment didn't process for three days and when I finally got my order 7 days later I got 2 shirts both 3x...both went down to my knees and I'm 6'3"...one shirt was described a tee shirt and I got a nylon workout shirt...looked to return and I find out I have to return it to one of thier return locations ( that's fine, one not far away) but then I find I either can get a full refund on a gift card or a partial refund minus som "fees" after all these fees were calculated THEY determined I would receive 37 dollars out of a 82 dollar purchase back.
This place is shady...they scam you and steal your money. No regard fir customer service or customer satisfaction...DO NOT ORDER!

An order was placed on 12/6 (1 pair pants by hemmed) it was not shipped until 12/11, today 12/18 still no delivery date. They're website need to say "YES we delay" but they are quick to take your money so they don't care when or if you get your item.
I ordered two pairs of pants from them and entered my shipping address correctly and made it the same as my billing address for some reason their system changed my shipping address to an old one of my addresses that I had deleted off their site and changed on PayPal as well and shipped my pants to that place which I have no access to they refused to change the address they refused to help me in any way shape or form and I'm at $110

This is the absolute worst place to shop. I originally sent on the website to order some clothes. I made 5 selections Wich were posted IN STOCK. Then days passed and I received an email that only 3 shirts were available the others were backordered (remember the website said in stock). Then after emails and almost two weeks I received my package finally. I will never shop with this company again.

They wouldn't cancel my order within 24 hours of making it. And then it took about a week and a half to get the order so I could return it (that was with ($30 expedited shipping). Then, when I prepared to immediately return it, I looked at their policy more in depth, and they only offer either a gift card for beauty brands, or a refund to the original charged card WITH an $11 fee, AND a statement that says it will take atleast 3 weeks to get a refund. I will be giving their ugly coat to a shelter where someone can use it, and save further time and frustration. If I did an actual refund, I would have lost a total of $40 from the order they refused to cancel only hours after it was made.

I'm 72 years old and handicapped. I ordered some Jeans from King size and paid to have them hemmed. They sent me unhemmed jeans.When I tried to exchange them for the proper hemmed pants, they were very accomodating until the return process. First, they wanted me to pay shipping for the return item. After I got them to understand the return was due to their error, they sent me return instructions for Happy Returns. No shipper in my area will honor the Happy Returns process. KI would nee3d to go about 10 - 15 miles to a Franchised UPS Store to turn them in. I explained my situation (handicapped) and asked them to send me a prepaid shipping label but was told they onjy use happy returns for shipping. If I wanted to return them any other way I would have to pay return shipping. I already paid for shipping of the wrong item and I'm not about to pay to return them. They did order a replacement pair with free shipping but charged kme again for the hemming and did not return the original tailoring fee for the pants I returned. I asked to speak to a supervisor and ended up being disconnected.
Their customer service is awful and sounds like it may be India or somewhere outside the US.
Due to this poor experience I will not shop online at Kingsize or any of their many partner companies.
I gave up today on the return bit will try again tomorrow.

Absolutely the worst shipping practices of any place I've ordered from. An order placed on November 27th has still not arrived. It got part way here and has been sitting in Carol Stream, Illinois for 10 days with no movement! Customer service uses the excuse of Covid and the busy holiday season. I asked them why the dozens of other places I've ordered from and had things shipped hasn't had that problem and they just to. D me to give it 12-18 days! Another order placed on12-7 was supposed to be here today (17) and it hasn't arrived. When asked who they use for shipping I was told Pitney Bowes—-really!? I asked why not USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx and was told they use all of them. Again——really!? Had some difficulty with an order in June as well but thought it was just a fluke, apparently not. Save yourself some headaches and DON'T order from them. I only gave them one star because I had to put something to get this to go through!
Well I had to wait about three weeks to get my shorts but I'm very happy get them in the mail really fit and everything

I received a package from King Size Direct that supposed to contain a black parka. Instead it contained a blanket. When i called and spoke with someone i could hardly understand them because of their foreign accent. She said i would be charged again for jacket and when they received the blanket then she would credit my card for it. Then she was trying to sell me different items and wanted to charge me again for shipping to get it faster. To make a long story short i told her to keep the parka and i would return the blanket even though it was not my mistake and would cost me time and money to correct their mistake! I have ordered alot from them in the past but will not be placing anymore orders with them!

I unfortunately bought shirts from this hell hole. They lost my return and then found it. I just wanted a return. They charged my card without my Knowledge for an exchange that I didn't want and said I didn't want. I shopped here because it's cheap and it's for a reason. Do yourself a favor and don't shop from here. On top of that, for my return, they took out shipping and didn't credit it back when they originally lost my package. Bought two shirts have not received. But I have received two additional charges on my credit card for magazines and services. Apparently I did not read the small print. So far I have received two extra charges. Looks like another hour on the phone trying to get charges removed.
I tried to order some overalls for my husband. We received a 50% off & free shipping promotional catalog. I ordered the overalls plus 2 other items & applied the promo code. It came up with the other 2 items with half price & free shipping. The overalls didn't have the discount. I called customer service & was told since it wouldn't be shipped until 12-6, you will be charged the regular price. It's considered out of stock. You had to have your order in by 12-2. So, because they were out of stock on the item, you get screwed. We've ordered from this company many times & never had an issue. The gal was very nice, but never offered anything to keep the sale. That's really bad customer service. Never experienced that before either. Most companies will do something to make you happy. All I was told is you should've read the fine print. Not impressed! Guess we'll find another company to shop with.
I swore I would never deal with King Size ever again a few years ago but I saw this jacket and thought I would give them one more try. I received my order on November 27th and 3 days later saw it on their website for 30.00 less, nearly a 30% savings. I contacted King Size for an adjustment and was told that it went against company policy. Change company policy. King Size is beyond hard to deal with and they couldn't care for their customers any less than they already do.
