Stay way. Took a month to get products and they are cheap and fake. They sent me wrong charm instead of the one I ordered and told me they could do nothing except for me 30% on a reorder. Are you kidding me? I have since called my card company and had the charge reversed. I am sure they will not protest. The card company is now also investigating fraud. I suggest anyone robbed by them do the same.

I order some charms on 12-31-16. I emailed the company a few weeks later to find out when my order would be shipped out. I never received a reply. I tried to log into my account several times over the past week and I can't it keep saying an error. So I go into my email to the only email they sent when I signed up which contains my login info and tried to relogin with no success! So now I'm wondering how legit this company really is and if it's a fraud!

On January 6,2017 I ordered authentic Pandora jewelry as advertised on their website. Actually received from China, bubblegum machine quality JUNK! Looks like no chance of refund either. Costly lesson. I should have read these reviews first!

I also ordered from this company on 12/31/16. I tried to cancel the order 2 days later but they claim the items were already shipped. They offered me a 30% discount coupon but I told them I wanted a refund since I was suspicious the items were not genuine Pandora. The response back said "All the item(sic) we sell are 100% real, no worries." "The order will reach you in next few days." I have since emailed again twice asking where my order is and I have not received any response. I'm going to contact my credit card company again to see what can be done. I already put a hold on all future purchases but somehow Kingneat was able to process the payment.

I ordered fake Pandora products from this site. I didn't know that this were not originals. At first my credit card was refused. I ordered the second time from another credit card, and than saw that payment from this card has been charged. I wanted to cancel the second order in period of 12 hours, as on KingNeat site claim that this is the period for canceling order. They didn't answer to me for couple of days, and later when they answered I've been told that they couldn't cancel the order because the products have already been shipped. When I've opened my account on their web site I saw the invoice with non existing phone number and invoice is also invalid.
Until now I haven't received their goods and it past more than 20 days.
I contacted the original Pandora web site and got the information that original Pandora products can not be bought online, only in stores.
So please stay away of this site if you don't want to be deceived like I've been.

After sending my order, I received an email that the company doesn't ship to a PO Box, could I send another address. I told them since I couldn't, please cancel the order. That was Jan 4th. It's Jan 10th and I'm still receiving emails, to please give them another address. WTH? Here is some of the email trail:
"Dear customer We are worried if there is no one signed for delivery when it comes to you. So we do not resend in this case. Do you accept? We can ship the parcel out if so. "
"No. Please cancel the order."
"Dear customer We will charge you 20% out of your total if you insist to cancel. The refund will take 4-8 weeks. Please reconsider to keep your order."
"If you charge me 20% penalty on an item I don't have yet, I'll be giving you a negative review online and I don't appreciate being threatened."
"Dear customer We have to charge you 20% of the total amount for your order if you insist on canceling it, as the payment platform requires. And the refund will take 4-8 weeks. But the delivery time will take 7-10 days. Could you keep your order?"
"I cancelled the order right after you let me know you don't deliver to a PO Box. I'll wait a few weeks to receive my refund on the item. That is fine. The only time I want to hear from you again is to let me know my refund has been sent. Thank you for your time."
"Dear customer The refund platform has a little error, we couldn't make sure that what time you will receive your refund. But if you provide another shipping address in order to you can receive your order in time, we will ship out your order as soon as possible. Thank"
