Horrible and nasty women at customer service. The sheets I got used the 5 times and are ripped already. This company charged me almost 80 for shipping and I didn't realize it until I received the receipt in the box. I paid more for shipping than this crap comforter and sheets. DO NOT DEAL with this company they will not help you and are nasty when you call.

I've made numerous purchases from kinglinen, due to their prices and honestly I never had any issues with the products and I bought about 20 sets of bed in a bag and room in a bag collectively. I wanted to make another purchase recently and noticed sadly, the site was down...sigh!

Totally disappointed items shown is definitely not what you receive. Order as advertised queen size received full size. Color is not as ordered gold received wheat color. Quality of material is very cheap. Highly recommend this site be shut down. Total rip off. Stay away don't even think about ordering

Purchased a comforter set, arrived timely. As I do with anything the touches my body, I washed the quilt. The batting separated, leaving the comforter lopsided. They refused to take the comforter back as I had washed it. Tried for 3 days to talk to a supervisor, left 77 messages with no call back. Very bad quality and poor customer service. I will NEVER shop with them again.

I wouldn't give it one star... I was sent a cancelled order that I requested KingLinen and FedEx to stop shipment. KingLinen had it sent anyway and then did not give me my full refund. I contacted them and was continually hung up on. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.!

I ordered a package almost two weeks. FedEx did a horrible job as well with delivering my comforter set (it was stolen!) happened on a Saturday so i had to wait until Monday to get in contact an actually report. I was told i could be shipped another or have a refund and a claim had to be out in. I asked to be shipped another. 5 days pass i don't receive any emails so i call. I was told i should receive a tracking number soon. I get a call 10 minutes later telling me that i will only be allowed to get my money back since they're sold out!

I live in Alaska and they want to charge an outrageous amount to ship here. I chose to just have it shipped to my mother as I am going in a couple of weeks to visit her and can pick it up then. I received an email that they could not match the credit card with the shipping address. I called and made them aware that it was being shipped to my mother. They then said that I needed to send a copy of my credit card and drivers license to them to verify. Umm do I look stupid. I refused to do so, and they abruptly canceled my order. Reported them to BBB.

After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..

They told me it's stuck in customs but Fedex has told me it hasn't even shipped yet. I tried to speak with a manager but was yelled at by rep and told they'd call me. They did not. Also, their offer for free shipping turned into a $50 charge. I was told they can not refund me. Buyer beware!

I ordered Suzette Curtains with Grommets, for 19.99, I could afford 3 pairs at that price, they were going in the den where the men watch sports, 3 days later, I get these FABULOUS Jacquard curtains, I was stunned, I took down my living room curtains and put these up, far too good for the den, they are gorgeous, 19.99 a pair, could easily be a 79.00 pair of curtains, Thank you, King Linen, I'm on a fixed income and you have changed my life, ordering again, next week

I ordered several comforters from their site, and a few days later they cancelled part of my order without notifying me. I only realized it because they refunded that part. When I requested to cancel the entire order and get a full refund, they said it was my responsibility to ship it back to them, or they would charge me an additional fee. I check the tracking number and it hasn't even shipped yet, two weeks later! I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Incorrect inventory on their site. Their 'customer service' is very rude. I highly suggest finding a more reputable site to purchase bedding from.

The worst products ever. You get what you pay for as the saying says. Very cheap and flimsy and the color is nothing as described. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I ordered two comfort sets size queen for less than 60.00. They were beautiful and great quality. I will order more for gifts. I am a very satisfied customer.

After returning comforter, via FEDEX, still do not have refund now almost 60 days later. Same story as many other reviews. After them having return in their possession for 10 days, we were told entire package was damaged and claim was filed with FEDEX. There are too many RED FLAGS with any returns made to this company. I believe this is how they make much profit by claiming returns are damaged. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

I purchased a king size comforter bed in a bag for $69.95 for my daughter. The sheets didn't fit the mattress and the comforter was for like a full size bed. I returned the merchandise and they tried to say that there was hair all over it. I explained that there might have been a few dog hairs, because she has six dogs but that it was never used. How could she if it never fit her bed to begin with? They refuse to issue any type of refund or return the comforter set itself.

Although, I received my order 2 weeks late, would never never deal with this company ever again. Inquiry as why fedex has not picked the package was met with rudeness.

I've never written a review for anything before, but I was met with such good customer service that I was pushed to for the first time. Completely by accident, I had written the wrong address on a bed set that I had just ordered (I've just moved to a new house), and panicked, thinking that I wouldn't get the product. I immediately emailed, and within hours they had found my order and fixed the address for me, and got back to me.

Awesome people and amazing service. I can't wait to get the bed set!

I am very dissatisfied with the full size leopard print sheet set I purchased! The material doesn't even feel anything like cotton and are very stiff and cheap material! I will NEVER purchase from this company again!

I was never so disappointed in this order! The comforter did not look like the advertised picture. It was a horrible shiny satin from the 1960's. I didn't take it out of the bag because the looks of it was unacceptable. Also, the shipping cost plus the cost to return the item & the trouble to return it was unbelievable! I will never ever order from kinglinen again & will make sure that none of my friends or relatives will either. Canadians stay away from this site!

Terrible quality! Do not buy from here. I ordered from Canada and spent a total of $244 CAD and it is the worst rip off I have ever experienced. I ordered the "500 thread count" comforter and sheet set and the stunk, the sheets came stained. As soon as I washed the comfortable to get the smell out, all the batting clumped together. The materialis cheap and extremely wrinkly. Customer service is rude and they only offered me a new comforter or a 50% discount on the comforter, so $40.

Expensive lesson learned.

I ordered a comforter that rated 4-5 stars. It looked like cardboard on my bed. Stiff hard and ugly colors (nothing like the picture.) Returned same day arrived and almost 1 month later, still waiting for a refund. Time to call my cc company to dispute charges.

My mother bought me a comforter set from King Linen for Christmas. They state they have a 45 return policy for Christmas. But, when I attempted to return the item in January they refused to accept the return. Why? Because I received it before Christmas. So, they don't have a 45 day return policy. At best 44 days because there are no mail companies that deliver on Christmas Day. When attempting to point this out, they simply state "NO, 45 days from my RECEIVED DATE." When I asked to speak to the Manager, it took me 5 calls over 4 days to get her on the phone. Then she refused to let me speak. She just talked over me. I lost my temper and she hung up. And, then I'm told there is no one above her that I can speak to. The product was cheap (I can live with that because it wasn't expensive)but not a king size like it says on the package. So, there is no way for me to use it. From other reviews I now see that they really don't accept returns at all. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They have pretty products... but looks are deceiving! I bought a chevron comforter and in 4 months, after 2 washings the colors are faded bad...
