I had the worst experience booking through Justfly! Despite purchasing a ticket with two checked bags included, I was charged an extra $900 at the airport for my second bag. Trying to reach Justfly for assistance was a nightmare; they never answered my calls. The airport manager even warned me against using their service, calling them scammers. What a waste of time and money! Avoid Justfly at all costs if you value your sanity and savings.

Paid $34 for trip cancellation protection on a $250 flight. They told me they would rather refund me the $34 and cancel my cancellation protection than give me my $250. Customer service is all over the place. This company is a fraud and steals from people. They have no actual purchase protection or consumer protection. Buyer BEWARE. JustFly is a SCAM.

This is one of the worst sites where we are not supposed to book the airline tickets. I had a very, very bad experience with this site. They messed up my last name on the itinerary, despite providing all my passport and photo ID information. Unfortunately, we need to deal with all our issues through chat only. These guys respond very lethargically in the chat. They will talk about all the guidelines regarding airlines but will not find any resolution. No airlines will support you if you book your tickets from this site. Overall, I would not recommend this site for any of your airline bookings.
Terrible! Do not use them. I've been on the chat for two days trying to get service. I paid for a cancellation fee and they keep beating around the bush. They are a scam if you ask me.

I booked three seats through this company on Swiss Airlines. I specifically added cancellation protection to my booking. When I needed to cancel my flight due to a change in vacation plans, I found the cancellation protection worthless because it was so restrictive. I lost $1600 by using this company. I will never use JustFly again and would urge others to carefully consider using that company and choose a more reliable and traveler-friendly business.

I booked for a Qatar Airways flight on July 13,2023 on Justfly's website. Over 12 hours after booking, the ticket was not available. My booking status shows "processing", while my bank account has been debited. I had to cancel the booking the next day as I needed a copy of my ticket for another important process. Meanwhile, they charged me $75 they call "handling and admin fee" for cancelling a deal that they have not completed. I would not recommend its service.
I booked the flight one month ago. I purchased the protection insurance Generally Global assistant to cover my trip and my baggage. The first price was reasonable at the beginning then at the end of the application the price was significantly increased. I did pay full price including $13and $76 protection plan. During this month the company already change twice my flight time. Yesterday they changed and informed me that my flight will be changed again. It was really inconvenient for me. I contact with Justfly.com they didn't have anymore options except it. They offer me to change the flight paying additional fee $299. I was afraid that will be not the end of my deal with Justfly.com since they constantly bragging about additional money. I am a handicap person and I need a special needs and enough time between flights. My protection plan was included refund of my flight. When I called to the insurance they informed me that I just paid for a baggage protection $2.50. I try to explain that's not true and on my invoice was charged $12.95 for baggage and $76 for flight protection. Agent could not help me at all. I will never use the Justfly.com anymore. They are big name scam.

Be warned: this company will charge you more than their esitimate. We were quoted $1300 for 2 round trip tickets, and on the same day JustFly charged us over $1800. They sent no notification about the increase--we found out when the CC bill arrived. JustFly only produced an invoice or me after I complained, but would not refund the overcharge. I was told, after being in a chat with customer service for over 4 hours that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. $8 hours later, still no call, and no response to multiple followup chats. This company is SHADY

I just purchased a round trip ticket five minutes ago. The screen showed United air both ways. The return flight time departed at 2:00 pm
After paying, i received a departure of 6:00 am on Delta.
Departing at 6:00 am does not work for me.
So now i'm stuck on hold trying to change or cancel this ticket.
If Justfly claims the right to sell different departure times and change the airline without informing the client, then forget about using this site.

When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up.
I make tickets for a International trip for three young adults. I realized I had one letter wrong in the last name from a S to a Z.
I was able to change it with Southwest, NO problem. The reservations was only 24 hours. Instead of allowing me to change the letter, They made me cancel the flight and then Try to rebook. Of Course the price and the flight was not available. I lost the flights and had to pay 1300 dollars more. Will not be using them again ever.
WORST airline company I have EVER encountered! They do not have a customer service number for one so good luck getting help easily. Two, any issues with your flights or cancellations out of your control, good luck getting your money back. You will be tossed like a ball between JustFly and the airline carrier with no one taking accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid a huge headache by just booking directly with the airline. I have never dealt with more unprofessional and unpleasant representatives. They are not for the customer.

Got an email after completing booking saying I was 'eligible' to 'request' seating. Clicked through- never posted a cost or asked me to confirm purchase, didn't have to put in cc info (and I didn't think they could save my cc info without being asked) so I thought it was free. Then I get a charge in my card from Justfly and the airline. Customer service tells me its non-refundable and thats it. Total scam. Do not recommend for anyone. Pay the $10-$20 more to book on the airline site or another travel site!
Had to cancel due to family illness. Tried to cancel with Airline but was told had to cancel with JustFly. Tried to contact their customer support - never talked to a "live" person. Next tried to cancel online and had to pay a $100.00 fee just to cancel (on a non-refundable ticket). Total scam!

I just purchased a ticket and promptly received a receipt directly from the airlines for $35.oo cheapers than JustFly.com charged me. When I asked, they said that was their processing fee. Learned my lesson today. Doubled check the airlines webpage and it was showing the same price the receipt said. Don't use them. They aren't cheaper. Buy direct from the airlines.
Not an honest company. United canceled first flight due to weather. JF booked a second route but didn't process it right, when we arrived at the airport they couldn't process because JF messed up. It took 1:35 minutes for someone to answer and then 4 and half hours to let us know they couldn't resolve the issue.
I missed the event we were going for.

After using this platform for several years, the first time I have a problem I can't get in touch with anyone. The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I will never use their platform again and I hope none who is reading this message uses it as well. Companies believe to be immune to our complaints However there is a lot of value in feedback. I lost money to JustFly.com and Affirm.com, Affirm is a finance company working with JustFly.com. They took my money and refused to refund my money when my trip was cancelled. JustFly.com is a fake company with no humans in customer service. They take your money and give no service. Affirm.com is another company JustFly works with offering financing. Affirm will not refund any money. They are ripoff scams.
Everyone should avoid booking on this site. They have the worst customer service when u need help n they mislead u on the cancellatuon fee. I recently had to cancel two airlines tix booked n they end up keeping over 90% of the fare between their penalty n handling fees. I booked an international flight, then I wanted to get hold of them to make some changes well, there's no working number, tried online chat, ended up nowhere. This business has become a scam! I googled Justfly.com customer service number, a toll free number popped up, I called thinking that it was them, I made some changes & paid $257.00 for that. When I went back to their site, no changes were made, that's when I realized that I got scammed. All this would've been avoided if they displayed their working contact information clearly like all legitimate travel agencies do. If you look for phone numbers for these Agencies, Priceline, Cheap O tickets, Hotels.com booking.com & many others legitimate agencies; there are right there on their websites! Justfly is a disaster & a scam! Stay away from it!
Using skiplagged.com to search for flights, I selected JustFly as my ticketing agency and paid for our international travel at a good price. I was shocked to realize that after 5 hours of waiting, JustFly displayed my ticket status as "Processing". Called JustFly. Wait time was announced as 2-3 minutes, but I waited for 17 minutes. That's Ok. Then the customer agent Dalia told me that since the ticket price is at the lowest, the system will take up to 4 days to complete my request. I told her that this is ridiculous, that all the ticket online purchases I've been making for the past 30 years are processed to completion almost immediately. I also told her that after purchasing, I realized that Etihad is providing the tickets at the same low price, so there is no special price on this ticket through them. She then said she'll process my tickets "manually" (?) and within minutes, I received a confirmation email from Etihad. I'm glad I called JustFly and Dalia processed my tickets immediately, but this is NOT good. It really scared the hell out of me after I read through terrible reviews about JustFly's legitimacy. I advised her to work with her management to resolve this serious issue asap. A horror process but a Happy Ending. I double-checked on Etihad website and our tickets are indeed confirmed.
