Don't book with them! You chose your flight times, then the reservation email arrives and they times are not what you've selected. They have no other flights available at that price so you tell them you wish to cancel. They tell you no problem and that you won't be charged anything. $80 charge on my credit card. Called them to dispute...giving me bogus reasons. I have no problem paying for what I bought but I did not buy and do not wish to fly out at the time they ended up changing the reservation to...6am!!! Scam company!
My wife purchased tickets on-line for a medical emergency after another airline cancelled my flight. She purchased cancellation insurance in case we were able to book an earlier flight at the airport. My cancelled flight arranged an earlier arrival time to assist in the medical emergency. My wife called within 2 hours to cancel the flight I purchased with Just Fly. They refused to help her. When I called, I was sent to an off-shore customer service department and spent 30 minutes on the phone. They charged me a $75 per ticket cancellation fee (each ticket cost $150) and told me I needed to go through the insurance to get that back. When I called the insurance, they said they could have given me a refund, but Just Fly has cancelled my insurance. When I called Just Fly back, they said that they had to charge the $75 each and they had to cancel my insurance. I asked to speak with a supervisor. At first, I was told there is no supervisor. Then I was told that the supervisor is on another floor. I asked to be transferred. After being kept on hold for another 20 minutes, I was hung up on. I called back the next day. It took 21 minutes to get to a supervisor, who informed me that the only way to get a full refund is to cancel the flight within 4 hours of purchase and call them. After going through the timeline, the supervisor informed me that our SECOND attempt to cancel was at 4 hours and 3 minutes, and they would not issue a refund. He completely ignored the fact that the flight WAS CANCELLED WITHIN 4 HOURS, and that my wife has called within the specified time, but they refused to talk to her, even though she was the one to purchase the tickets. No matter how we pointed out their errors, they refused to work with us and address our issue. They got our money, and then refused to talk to us. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Cool competitive prices in the Market. After days of scouring through all the more popular ones, I stumbled upon JustFly which since more laidback can use its efforts getting what customers want: Deals.I suggest you switch from those scam companies to use the real thing.

It was less than 12 hours and they refused to make change without getting $75 first. Then to cancel and rebook was $200. They say let us collect this money and then we will help with a new flight...Are they kidding??
I could not change or do anything . But the worst was that a supervisor was not available. I was told by 3 agents that they were too busy and it would take 4 hours or more. The airlines said they would change without problem but the reservation access was block by Justfly. I am so angry by all the difficulty in trying to understand their policies. Which ARE NOT INDustry standard!!!!!!. I would not ever use this company again. I have spent hours calling trying to get a resolution. I will probably have to eat the ticket and not go to the event because I trusted a fly by night company.

I tried numerous times (ok 7 to be exact) to book a flight from O'hare International to Ecuador,every time i would try and check out, after i received a confirmation that the flight was available, i would receive a message to search for another flight. They force you to call them basically- so i did just that... after 1.75 hours and speaking with 4 different agents and 2 supervisors, the very flight i chose was going to be an extra $200 because they said the flight was all booked up. In fact every other flight that was available was going to be an extra $200.False advertising here ALL DAY LONG PEOPLE!!! Also many hidden fees, they try and charge you separate for your seating what a joke, Run im telling you run from this agency...
Spend the extra $$ on a known air line. Its worth it. If you have any connecting flights or issues during your travels and need help you wont get it. We were in Hurricane Matthew- completley unable to fly due to obvious horrible weather and airport closures. No one wanted to assist us with new flights. Everyone said it was the other persons or companys responsibility . Bahamas air- silver airways- wanted nothing to do with us regarding flight changes and rebookinng of our travel because we had booked through 3rdparty. Justfly said it was the airlines problem. In the end what happened? We lost out on over $800 in flights ended up renting a car and driving. Part of our trip. I wish i had spent a few $$$ more and had the assurance of a real airline or provider. Dont be suckered or fooled. Very disappointing.
I jsut learned that Justfly bills you for slecting a seat prior to arrival at the airport. The fee is billed separate from the ticket, & on a separte date, so you are less likely to see the fee.
Tip for consumers: DO NOT USE SITE, AS BETTER BUSINESS BREURO HAS HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS.In calling to Justfly, you are not provided an option to speak with customer service, only to make or change a reservation warning you will be cut off if you do not select one of the two options. I cancelled my flight. At the time of cancellation they gave me wrong information. They said I'll get credit for my flight which I never did . Everytime I call them I get new answers.
They are not accommodating to their customers I bought tickets and cancelled the reservations the same day when I bought tickets the website said 24hr free cancellation I canceled my tickets the same day now please some one explain to me how they change. 75 dollar cancellation fee within 24hrs?? I booked a trip to Las Vegas for my 25th anniversary through Justfly.com. Didn't look at other reviews until it was too late. It cost me $392.00 for plane tickets. My father has become terminally ill and I cannot leave him right now. I explained this to the customer service agent who was not American. So the paperwork said if I cancelled that I would have to pay $125.00 per person so $250,00 to cancel. Then the airline would give me a $114.00 credit to be used within 90 days. I don't think I will be taking any trips within 90 days since Dad is so ill. And on top of that, they want to charge me another fee of $75.00 per person (2 of us) to cancel. So I could just not cancel and lose $392.00 which is the original amount spent or have them cancel it and lose $392.00 plus 150.00. Well, duh...........Will never use these rip off artists again.
Booked airline tickets and then non refundable car rental. 4 hours later they cancelled the tickets due to no suffix on a name , but the don't have a box for suffix .can you believe that? They know it's a problem and just say tough luck.
Change flight charge $200. Air line fee for changed flight $75. Charged an additional $160 more than what the initial price of the flight purchased and what was currently listed as the fare on their website for the same flight. Ridiculous. I could have purchased a new flight for less than changing my current flight... which is what I did on another more reputable site. The customer representatives were idiots. They tried to put me on a flight that would have taken 17 hours instead of many listed flights that should have been only 7 hours. I will never, never, NEVER use this site again and I strongly recommend everyone stay clear of this scam. - 0 stars. even worse that $#@!!!
I flew Justfly today. DONT USE THEM! They are incompetent. I should have hung up when they didnt know Maine was a state. They also do not have a customer service number.
I made a reservation for my husband and I to fly to Maine to pick up our son. I made another one way ticket to fly our son home. I made both reservations over the phone with the same agent. When I got the confirmation I checked the dates and airports and they were correct. I did not know he was on a flight leaving two hours after our flight until we got to the gate to fly out. I tried calling them and got no where. The flight was leaving. We had to pay Delta $50 to change the flight to the same as ours. I also paid extra to get aisle seats for my husband because he is tall. Turns out you can do that free thru the airline. I didnt know that they did not give him aisle seats until we boarded. Just fly refused to refund the cost of either of these expenses despite their obvious mistakes.
I rented a car at the same time I booked the flights. I found out that the car rental place closed long before our flight came into the airport and that they werent even located at the airport. It took me two hours to cancel that reservation. They do not do it on the same phone number as Justfly. You cant just call them back to cancel despite being told when I reserved that you could just call that number I was given incorrect phone numbers to call, transferred from one person to another, cut off, it was s frustrating. I finally called the car rental place directly and they straightened it out. Justflys reservation numbers did not correspond to any of the car rental numbers either.
