I am so happy with my purchases from this company! I love that there's always new inventory to keep up with trends; I work in a boutique so being up to date on styles is very important to me! It also helps that the prices are very affordable! I just bought these tan mule clogs recently and I've been receiving compliments left and right on them! I highly recommend this company if you're considering signing up for any sort of online retail membership!

Everything is so cute and it fits so nicely. The package got to me in a fast time frame.

I bought a boot for Christmas, the boot is ok. But now after two months they took money from my account, they told me it was for a VIP card. But I never applied for this card. I never had any interest in having a VIP card from this store. Now I have to deal with the headache of calling the bank, canceling the card... I'm totally disappointed

I have always been please with my purchases. Yes, there are times when things aren't what they should be. But it very rarely happens and when it does, customer service is always ready and willing to step up and resolve any issues that I have had. Returns are free, and easy. I have been a member for years now. I wish they would bring back a few of the styles, You can't find them anywhere else. I have hundreds of shoes! 99.9%of them came from JUSTFAB!

My experience with just fab was terrible. They trick you into paying full price for the shoes. I should have read the fine print. Will not be ordering fro m there again

I ordered a pair of booties and when they finally arrived they were too big had to exchange them. I ordered these in October 2020 they received my exchange on November 2020 here it is almost February 2021 and I've yet to receive my exchange order. At this point I don't even want them. Also this was my first time purchasing from just fab and I didn't know they would charge a monthly fee until I read some reviews. Very disappointed stay away from this site

I've been ordering clothes here for a long time and had only the best online experience so far. Her clothes always fit her well, the material is of good quality and she is very chic and fashionable. Everyone asks me where I buy my clothes. SheIn is my first choice when I want to go shopping on the internet. Customer service and delivery are fantastic too! I highly recommend this online store.

Every pair of shoes I have ordered in the past year has been the same size, but when it gets here they are never the right size. This last order, I held my tennis shoes (size 9.5) up to my daughters shoes (size 6) and there was barely a difference. At least she can wear them, but I needed a pair of tennis shoes! The same order, I got a pair of wedge sandals (size 9.5), and the straps were so big I felt like a toddler trying to walk in mommy's high heels! The actual sole was the right size, but the straps were not adjustable!

Bought 2 pairs of jenala wedges — 1 ivory & 1 black… the black pair were brand new with packing materials, but the ivory pair were clearly worn before & thrown in a box with no packing materials. I could tell from the difference in the fit. I'm a true 8.5, ordered an 8 based off reviews but wish I bought my usual size. My skinny, narrow feet (I had to wear special shoes growing up bc my foot would slip out of any slip on) fit just fine in the toe box — no complaints there. Canvas WILL stretch so I'm hoping these fit perfectly after a few days of wearing them around the house.
Heel heights says 4.72, but it doesn't feel like that at all, more like a comfy 4 inch heel. I was shocked at how comfortable they were (again, the reviews were misleading) but if I was wearing them out for several hours, I would probably put a ball of foot pad under my foot.
Very happy with black shoes, not happy I got a used ivory pair.

I got charged twice because I didn't get reminder emails with the option of canceling the month.
Very frustrating and pathetic way to do business. I was getting them regularly and then they just stopped arriving. My email has not changed since I joined.

As someone who is AMAB and gender fluid, this site has given me a great headstart to embracing some of my more feminine aspects. My first purchase was made at an impulse after dreaming about a woman sporting some cute high heels and thinking "Man, I just gotta have a pair like that!". And now, here we are. Their lineup of shoes and clothes are incredible and has spoken to me in a way that I don't think any other site could. Easily one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I have called roughly 3 times about my order. Every time I call they tell me it will be there in 24-72 hours. This complete BS. Not only that but they ALMOST charged me the VIP Membership BS. Until i called and I could "NOT PAY THE MONTH" i shouldn't have to be wasting MY OWN TIMES because they are SCAM of a website. This is ROBBERY. They advertise their $10 shoes but OF COURSE they don't advertise THE $40 MONTHLY FEE. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Notice in the pictures attached how it says shipped nov. 29 and its SHIPPED AGAIN?! Dec. 12. I WANT WHAT I F****** PAID FOR.

Used my credit to get a dress and bag. I received them fast and they are just as advertised.

I found the most Amazing pair of fall boots that I had to have. On top of the other two gladiator heels and some nude pumps. Unfortunately the other two didn't fit so they are a little on the small side. So size up if you're interested in those. Or maybe I just have a wide foot. Lol however returns are fairly easy and hassle-free so it's no biggie.

I ordered shoes and a coat on Jan. 21st and I paid for express shipping! It is now Feb 13th still no package. This is absolutely ridiculous! They changed the shipping process since I last ordered from them and it takes about a month or so to get your items. Winter will be over in Ga in a few weeks so I highly doubt if I get any wear out of the shoes or coat! Oh well, I guess there's always next winter! SMDH, Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous!

I am very impressed with my purchase as a VIP customer. I ordered over $1,000 worth of items and I only paid less than $100. Though the purchase was done late November 2021 when there was a huge delays due to the flood in Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised, as all my shipment was delivered by 1st week in December. I am very happy with the leather jackets, trousers, boot, sandals, shoes and other clothing. Thank you so much JustFab.

I love these! I got so many compliments when I wore them to a wedding! & pretty comfortable too! I was expecting to be in pain all day but they really were the perfect height of heel to walk around in! I also really liked how the strap was adjustable so I'd be sure that heel strap wouldn't slide off. My only complaint is with shipping, I paid for 2 day shipping and I got them a week later. If it weren't for my friend whose flight was a few days after mine, I wouldn't have had them on time for the event.

My package was tracked to Ohio on December 21st and has never arrived or updated tracking since that date.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the speedy delivery of my recent purchase. Love all my items.

I started shopping at ShoeDazzle.com at first, then was turned on to JustFab. Such great quality, I'm still wearing boots I bought the first time I ordered. The clothes fit like they were made for me, and I can't get a good fit off the rack, so another reason to not shop elsewhere. I didn't have to spend that much to become a Diamond VIP Elite member, and it's the discounts that make it so I can't afford to leave things there! At holiday time I give quality gifts from JustFab because my membership makes it affordable.
