I cancelled my account months ago. yet i am still being charged for the vip. if i have cancelled my account i should not be getting charged for anything. how do i get my money back?

Answer:

Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Just fab has taken money i can't cancel my account due to no right number for them can someone give me the number

Answer:

They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.

From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

If i make an order right now and sign up for the vip membership, can i immediately call after and unsubscribe from it without getting charged?

Answer:

I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

How do you know that you're account did cancel

I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.

I ended up making an account for justfab and placing an order not knowing it would automatically make me a memeber. after that i looked at reviews and that night instantly called and cancelled the account. now i can still get on ut which is nerve racking, so does changing the expiration date of your card get them to completely cancel you?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. When you place your first order, we offer two check-out options: 'regular' and 'VIP'. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount on your first order as well as special pricing and perks on future orders. However, it does also activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month, which becomes $49.95 in VIP credit (good toward any 2-piece outfit/bundle or individual item up to $80). The "skip-the-month" feature is a tool we offer our members so they can have more control over their membership. Any time you don't want to participate -- for example, if you don't see anything you want to buy that month -- you can "skip the month" from the 1st to the 5th and you won't be billed. There is no limit to the number of times you can skip. We would also like to let you know as a VIP member, we are sending you email reminders consistently, that's twice each month; one on the 1st to let you know about your new collection, and another on the 5th of the month for skipping reminders for you not to be billed for the month. You may also check your email preferences or set up an alarm on your mobile phone, so rest assured you will not be able to miss to skip the month. Once you are done skipping the month, try to refresh the page and see if the skip button is grayed out or unclickable. If it is, then that means you have successfully skipped the month.

If i use the credit on the account will i be charged for it at the end of the month then? i did not know that! also, do i get charged $40 a month for being a member? really? that would be dumb if i got charged for shopping on the website! can i ever waste my reward points?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it. The $49.95 VIP credit can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions. If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. You can also find the skipping button if you're on the mobile app, just go to the "My Account" page. We send email reminders on the 1st and 5th of each month, reminding you to skip. You may also set a phone reminder. Apart from skipping online, you can also contact us and we will be glad to skip for you. You can also earn 25 reward points for every dollar spent, 100 points for sharing your thoughts on any product you've purchased, and 50 more when you upload a photo. If you reach 2500 reward points, you can use them to get $10 off for a $50+ order, 4500 reward points get you $15 off for a $50+ order, and 6000 reward points get you $30 off for a $75+ order. If they don't fit right, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange".
