I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!
Absolute scam artists. Quote that it will be a $2 refundable amount then charged AU $68. I didn't avail of any services. They then lock the chat so you can't communicate with them at all. Terms and conditions not accessible which is in breach of legislative requirements.
I asked a question on December 25 that was never answered. I called on 4/5/2021 to cancel my membership. I was told everything was taken care of but here we are two months later, still being charged. The customer service chat is run by bots. I had to go through 2 bots before I could chat with a real person who took care of my request. Time will tell if they actually cancel my membership this time. I attached of the unanswered question made back in December

I asked a question on justanswer. Online and within 5-8 minuets i get a usefull answer, i chat with them for more query's and they give me answer, today i joined just answer Q&A community and now its open for read question, ask questions, and give answer to other users.

This business is a total scam. Do not enter in your credit card info! My bank alerted me to suspicious activity, otherwise I would have never realized that they automatically charged me for a $60/month membership without my knowledge.
I have asked them multiple times to refund the money, I was never told I'd be automatically enrolled in a membership just for asking 1 question. It might be legal, but its an unsavory and unethical way to run a business.

Do not give them your credit card info. Avoid at all costs!

My Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue pup ate raisins. Dr. Black gave me clear, concise treatment options, walked me through inducing vomiting with precise instructions, and stayed available until the crisis had passed. So impressed with the speed with which I received help as well as the professionalism and caring shown to me and my dog. I am a new JustAnswer user. Over the past few weeks I've found it to be very useful and worthy of a positive review. There was a bit of a learning curve, as the interface is not quite as intuitive as it could be. But once I posted several questions, received several very good answers, and got used to how it all works, I'm a fan! It's been great to quickly receive such excellent advice from high-level experts on a wide variety of topics.
I'd been curious about JustAnswer for years. When I hit a "brick wall" with a major tech issue I'd been struggling with, I finally tried JustAnswer. I'm glad that I did!
I went to Bugera amps to find out is they had a part available. Bugera sent me to Bugera/just answers for a tech answer. Was told it would be a $1.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $56.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I wanted to go back to the on line assistant to find out why I was blocked from doing so. I will not pay anyone $56.00 for a simple yes or no answer to do you have a part. Screw you Just Answers! No one should ever use these jerks.
Shame on Bugera for using them for parts availability questions.

The Just answer site operates on recurring monthly charges, but cancellation was fast. I did not get a refund, but at least I won't get charged more in the future...$65 for 10 minutes of less-than-mediocre response time is robbery. Perhaps other agents on duty with this service offer more and I got a lemon?

I paid my $5 for an answer that was not helpful because the lawyer was not in my state. She basically said I need to find a lawyer in my state. So I logged off i was done. Then I get charged for $60 for a month when I never used the service again. I tried to get a refund but they refused. They have sneaky practices with hidden agreements and I can't believe all these positive reviews are legit. It was completely over priced and not helpful.

I was very satisfied with what the doctor told me bout my dog she would whine and carry her toys around and she would actually try like she was nursing her toys band the doctor was very professional tell me what was going on. A false pregnancy. This was actually not the first time she did this but it made me have concerns. But I was very assured that it was a phase that some female dogs go through. I seen it online and what I read made me believe just answers was a caring start.
Frank was very diligent and helpful, he followed up with me though it was into the wee hours of the night, 2:39 a.m. his time and gave me good answers.
My last experience on a problem and the other expert Tyrone has the same work ethics and also taking time and patience to explain the problems and situations for me. I m very impressed and thankful for their services.

This was hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had when it comes to online businesses. After day 4 of myself sending multiple emails, talking to multiple people, being promised phone calls that never happened, told by agents they would look into it and they would be right back but never came back and them saying they were marking my question as urgent I cancelled. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Super annoyed that I wasted my time for nothing!

I agreed to the monthly fee. The response I recieved was minimal but enough for me to know I needed additional legal help locally. Bit pricey to find that out but I did agree.
However they bill you monthly. I cancelled this the day I recieved my answer.
They kept billing me. Customer service was less than helpful. You really have to dig to get a phone number. I got one once I asked in their chat box.
Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do so I ended up play three times what I should have.
Just be very careful about engaging with them. It could cost you and there are better legal options available.

My query regarded possible sale of a property (unit) jointed only by HOA members: the legal means involved. I was referred to the Davis Stirling act (which governs such matters) and given some specific answers by two attorneys. I did not want to join a committee of two who will be researching this matter with our own attorney (or referral), but wanted a concrete answer "in my own court" when the matter comes up for discussion and an eventual vote.
I searched online and chose what seemed to be a good source of legal advice at a reasonable cost (for me). I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, but am glad to know of this resource.
I did the trial offer and got back what ended up being incorrect answers and so I tried to cancel, within the 7 days. I thought it had been cancelled but received charges anyway. Tried to resolve it with customer service to no avail. Their Chat Center gave me nothing but company configured responses and then ended the chat even though I had more questions. They basically said too bad, we don't do refunds etc. I'll advise anyone to avoid their service.

A better cancellation and refund policy. Most reputable companies are willing to refund if not for any other reason then good PR.

I started the process early this morning, was hooked up with an expert by text. Then they had misunderstood I wanted phone call. So he told me to pay for phone call and he would call me. I called 5 times, waited on hold an average of 30 min each. They finally assured me he'd be calling any minute and he never did. Hours later, I call back and he is "offline" amd they can't help me. What a JOKE and a WASTE OF TIME!

This was after he had educated to me to a fairly sophisticated level on all the factors. I greatly appreciated it and will definitely use them again. So impressed.
I was prompted to by a particular brand I was investigating.
My inquiry was to find legal direction to advocate for an inmate in jail whose health because of being in jail has caused physical health deterioration and life threatening condition to his heart, lungs, and major organs. We are caught in the middle of political lack of funding to jail to provide adequate health care to heal and restore. It is very, Very, VERY serious Thank you for your compassion and guidance.
The Dr. was very helpful and informative. My pup has had an itch problem due to flea allergies. His ears have now started itching too. I thought it was mites but I now know that it is very rare for dogs to have mites. It is a yeast infection that was probably induced by his allergies. He sent all the information to me for things to get to help get my dog some relief. I'm very thankful and would recommend this site.
I wanted to know if I could do more without the expense of a Veterinarian office visit.
Having zero knowledge on the ins and outs of a television and its issues; coming across this site was a real boon! Very prompt response - very helpful and guidance which we felt we could trust. Excellent and worthwhile making the effort to contact them.
They answer my questions really fast and was very professional. Even if you feel like you don't need the extra information, it's great to have someone who can help you out.
These people took monthly payments from my credit card without me receiving any invoices or notifications that the deductions were happening. I believed the membership was cancelled. They were not prepared to refund any money. For me it would have been much, much cheaper to go to a local lawyer and ask my question, rather than lose hundreds of dollars in a series of silent deductions over many months until I realised and stopped it. Customer service with a view to any sort of resolution was non-existent.
