When ordering, they give you a 30 min window to cancel your order, but offer no such possibility if there are delays or issues that arise after than window has closed. I ordered a product that was supposed to ship within two business days and paid $30 for expedited shipping/handling to meet a specific deadline. When they did not provide me a tracking number or update, I called, and the receptionist was unable to find my order in the system. The receptionist entered a ticket and assured me someone would call back in one business day - no one ever called. I responded to the ticket at the end of the following day that the items would not arrive on time and asked that the order be cancelled. I repeated that request the following day via a new ticket when seeking to 'chat' on their website, but only got a response 4 days later saying "Sorry, we cannot cancel the order, it just shipped.". When asking for a refund, they explicitly point that return shipping is NOT included and included screen shots of the T&C's. Each ticket comes with a notice that someone will respond in one business day, yet they do not. Had they followed their own SLA's and given accurate shipping estimates instead of being off by nearly a week, this whole situation could've been avoided. Be warned, the "will ship by" date on their website appears to be algorithmic (today + 2 business days), not tied to an actual inventory system and shouldn't be trusted.

I've been waiting several weeks after the promised due date for delivery. They extended the date once and its been almost a month since then that I haven't heard anything from them. Still waiting for my
Medicine cabinet which was paid in full. Please better business bureau, help me out.

Wrote them two emails haven't heard back... called them and was on hold for 40 minutes... Waiting for my sink I desperately need for my office and it was suppose to be "guaranteed shipped 5 days ago!" And has not shipped yet! The guy made a idiotic joke saying "oh just tell people its a trend, and that your trying something new"... i did not laugh. I need my sink. People need to be able to wash their hands and this guy making a joke about it?! Im extremely unimpressed with this company

I called my credit card company who put the charge from J. Keats (Keats & Castle) on suspense. They gave them 3 months to reply and they didn't so luckily that is a permanent credit. I never received the medicine cabinet from them. J. Keats is a scam…stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM J. KEATS/ Keats & Castle.

J. Keats/Keats & Castle website has written if "order by noon item will ship out with a date that was 2 days later." Well it's been two weeks and the item has NOT been shipped out. It is only until you've given them your money and place the order that you now can't return or change that says shipment time may differ than what was originally estimated. There's the bait & switch. I received is a phony UPS tracking email that for two weeks only says "check again tomorrow for updated ship date." The major problem is that my contractor was here, but finished and now I will have to hire someone to install the item I bought from Keats & Castle if it ever comes. I don't know how they've ever had good reviews, probably employees, family, friends or perhaps maybe their service was good one day but has slipped. Big regret ordering from J. Keats, but how was I supposed to know they were going to bait /switch me in the delivery date. They should state it upfront on the website page you're ordering from and be honest, but they don't care about customers, just about their bottom line. I can't see how this company will stay in business.

Ordering was easy. It was getting someone to communicate about my order that is the challenge. My items were to ship a week ago. I have emailed twice, done 2 online "chats", have sat on hold for hours at a time. NO RESPONSE! If I need to purchase these items elsewhere, they should just tell me that. Don't leave me hanging until everyone is sold out. Worst customer service. 1 business day to respond. That's what they keep telling me. Yet here I sit.

RIDICULOUS. Answered all my questions before placing an order for $3000. I was told it would ship the next day and paid for expedited 2-day shipping. It's been 2 weeks+ and the company is silent. DO NOT trust these guys.

I ordered a double sink vanity on October 2. It gave me a ship date of October 21. My contractor was set to start work on 10/19, so it should work out right. October 21 came and passed without a sound. I contacted the company, it claimed it had the item in stock, but couldn't ship until 10/31, and asked what I wanted them to do. I told them to cancel the order, which is in line with its own procedures, which allows cancellation anytime before shipment. Later that same day, after I'd canceled the order, I received an email telling me my "new" ship date is November 2. I immediately wrote back and told it no, I'd canceled the order. Do not ship. I then disputed their $892.50 charge with my bank. It was wrong about the first date, appeared to have lied about the second, why should I believe it about a third ship date? Forget it. I'm buying elsewhere.

After first being told item would ship in 1 week, then told item was out of stack for 3 months. My directive to cancel order was never acknowledged. Of course, my credit card was charged and no refund has yet appeared. No live reply from their customer service, only automatic. Worse experience of internet buy in my life.

I placed a large order online (probably my first mistake). I looked at reviews and their website and thought everything looked ok. After my purchase, I received an initial email / receipt telling me the items would ship in two days and I would receive an email with shipping info. More than a week went by and I didn't receive anything. I sent an email to their customer service dept (which boldly states they will get back to you in 2 - 4 hrs) to which they have never responded. I tried to call them, and got a recording which told me to leave a message but the system does not record the message. At this point, I think I have been scammed. I ordered bathroom fixtures for a renovation and am now holding up the contractor since I do not have the items I ordered. Very frustrating. My only recourse is dispute the charge to my credit card and find a legitimate retailer.

I originally ordered a toilet and received email saying it would be delivered 4/19. On 4/25 still nothing so I contact support. After waiting 2 days for a reply they report the item is discontinued. Ok, so I order the newer version and am told it will ship ASAP. It arrived on May 10th (not exactly fast since I've already been waiting for a month). It was damaged beyond belief so I refused the order. I called support that day as now I'm in trouble on my customers time line to complete the project. I'm told they will ship out replacement ASAP and send me shipping details. Today is May 16th and still nothing so I call them again. They say they've sent the request to shipping but have no update on when it will ship. Two months and too much time invested so I cancelled the order and went with a competitor that is the same price and will deliver it next week. Just a really bad customer experience that I won't repeat. I'd suggest you try other places and don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered two travertine sidesplashes. Both shipped over one week beyond the "guaranteed" shipping date. Both arrived completely broken (i. E. a box of rocks). I am still trying, for over the last month, to obtain usable replacements. The problem is that J. Keats is a drop-shipper and middleman. The quality of support and customer service is poor because of this.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and lost time... shop somewhere else!

If you like long waits, unpredictable quality, poor customer service, and broken items.....shop at J. Keats.

Every negative remark posted before this is absolutely accurate. They gave me a five day delivery date, then sent an email that they would not ship out until six weeks later. I told them to cancel my order. I said I want verification of my cancellation. They sent nothing. After writing and calling a number of times, I was told by telephone that the order was cancelled. Two days later I found three huge boxes blocking my driveway so that I could not get my car out. I received zero communication from the company other than my delivery was delayed for six weeks, and there are the boxes. I had already purchased other sinks. Bottom line, I called Fedex Ground and they picked up the boxes for return. I got proof of pick up. I also cancelled payment with my bank. Who needs this aggravation?

Very bad customer service and defective products being sold at a discount. They will not refund you, instead you will receive an email from them instructing you to go "directly to the manufacturer for your refund"
They cost me a lot of money shipping me 3 out of 4 defected sinks during my remodeling which created a huge delay in my construction. Their prices are cheap, but the quality of their merchandise is definitely questionable!

So unhappy. Ordered a replacement of hardware and talked to customer service on phone to get right part. Needed asap because kitchen cabinet cannot be used. The replacement was wrong and cheap silver metal instead of bronze. Now its a week before the holidays and I have to figure this out.

Worst decision I ever made was to purchase a bathroom vanity from this company. They lied about everything on their website regarding their sales and delivery process. HORRIBLE!
Even the delivery guy was a jerk and wouldn't even bring the item in the home.
For spending over $2,000 with this company, that's ridiculous!
Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the item I ordered and we didn't get ripped over further. But my hopes aren't very high since they've sucked every step of this process.

I placed an order and they specifically stated estimated 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. After 14 weeks, many calls, emails, and chats (many of which were not returned) I still have not received the item. This is after multiple promises of delivery that were of course not met. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this company-- there are many better options out there.

Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere as they are not reliable and will not take any accountability. You have better ways to spend your time.

Do not purchase from this fraudulent site. They put inaccurate ship times on the website to entice you to buy from them then they email you later saying there's a "shipping delay". I've now been waiting a MONTH for my vanity which was due to ship out the next day from order. HA that for sure didn't happen. Now the freight is delayed on top of it all. The customer service people were awful and extremely unhelpful. Oh and good luck trying to call the company - you'll sit on hold endlessly. Don't even try to "leave a message" so they'll call you back. I did that once a couple weeks ago and still haven't received a call back. SCAM SITE!

Purchased a bathroom vanity from them for $368.00. When it arrived it was covered with Home Depot stickers/logo. When I went to the Home Depot site I saw the same cabinet for $200... I think they purchase from Home Depot and then turn around and almost double the price and sell to innocent online shoppers. What a rip off! Would return but have to pay for the return myself - another hit to the pocketbook!

I ordered a 3-piece 92" vanity from J. Keats. It was delivered on schedule, however there was shipping damage to 2 of the 3 pieces. On the day of delivery, I filed a claim with them that resulted in an agreement that a new countertop would be sent to me and that a credit would be provided for some rear framing damage that I had to pay my contractor to fix. The replacement parts showed up after multiple calls to get shipping information. However, everyone there has "no record" of the credit for the other damage. By right, I could have refused the shipment and had them send a completely new unit, but since the damage was to the rear and my contractor could fix it, I thought it was fair to accept the credit. I wish I had returned it now. I am now out an extra $100 to repair damaged caused by shipping. To add to it, after everything was installed, I discovered that one of the drawer handles is slightly different than the rest. They are unique handles (one of the reasons I ordered this in the first place) and I cannot find them online anywhere. I have called J. Keats multiple times to ask how I go about getting a correct handle (even offered to pay for it). I am told someone will call me back with information, but that has never happened. A lot of J. Keats inventory is carried by other online retailers. I definitely recommend buying from a more reputable dealer. You may pay a few more dollars up front, but your overall experience will be much better.

I put an order in on 5/4. It stated at that time it would ship on 5/9. I then get an email saying it has been shipped. I was like great! I opened the tracking number and it was to the wrong address. I called them and they stated I got the wrong tracking number. They then told me it was back ordered until 5/29. I then got a delivery confirmation. Which is after I found out it was back ordered. I then called again. They said that was a mistake after it took 3 days to get back to me. Then they told me they needed to take payment to hold my spot in line because it was getting ready to ship next week. 1 minute later after payment was taken I get another email saying the order is pushed to 6/25. I call them and they say this is all normal! Unreal. Buyer beware this site is a scam. I ordered from Signature Hardware and got awesome service with everything coming on time.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use the site. You'll wait on hold for 30 minutes every time. If your order is delivered damaged get ready to wait another 30 days.

Just received Foremost 22" Colombia Single Sink Euro Bathroom Vanity from J Keats and it didn't even make it out of the box before the "paint" (vinyl wrap?) started to chip. I tried to write a review to go along with the product so people would know what they're getting but oddly enough there's no place to write one. So my next question is, how did those 4&5 star reviews get on their page?
PS Tried to add a picture of the vanity with the missing paint but it wouldn't upload.

Site was easy to navigate. Bought a bathroom vanity here because the information was complete. Price was same on all the sites I checked. The order got delayed but Nicole from the company called and was very nice. They kept us updated. It arrived well packed and just like the photo. Very happy with the quality. Good experience.
