Strolled into Jewel Paris when I was vacationing in St Thomas. A few beaded bracelets on display caught my attention. The mix of black silver and gold beads were very pretty and appeared far more expensive than its actual cost. Pleasantly surprised the sales designer patiently helped me customize the look I was going for. Within minutes she carefully strung a gorgeous new bracelet that fit just right and one I could wear everyday. I'd definitely recommend this sweet little gem of a shop!

I was going to be leaving to come back home but really wanted a necklace a certain lenght. The young lady made it for me in 35 minutes! Awesome customer service AND I love my new necklace.

The store owner is a very nice couple, the wife who took care of us was very personable, we felt very welcome. Awesome quality bracelets and necklaces wide array of colorful stones to choose from. But not having faster or different shipping methods/arrangements is a major downside.

My friend and I purchased stone bead bracelets on sale when Jewel Paris was at Frenchman's Cove. They kindly switched them to elastic instead of adjustable leather at no charge and delivered them to the resort the next day.

The you g lady who waited on me was very pleasant and explained the meaning of each piece of jewelry I selected. Knowing that the 4 pieces were gifts she wrapped each one nicely and was sure to put the shop's card in each one. I did not feel pressured to buy but was patiently shown each piece and told what it meant.

I bought 4 bracelets while in St Thomas. Unfortunately, the black beaded bracelet that apparently was cubic Zarconia and would never chip, is already chipping off. Less than one week after I bought it. I spent a good amount of money at the store and this is highly disappointing.

Just gave you a raving review for buying my wife an new engagement ring, but just realized that was not your store. YOUR STORE WAS EVEN BETTER! I purchased my daughter a bracelet from your store and she has yet to take it off. I have gotten at least a dozen kisses from her, which usually come when I tell her it looks beautiful on her. I keep telling her so I get more kisses. Sadly, I have not gotten any kisses from my wife for the jewelry she got!

The rings I purchased are already fading. I was told the gold plated rings would not fade. I would not have bought them if they were going to fade.

Excellent customer service, they even walked down the street to me to veriy the bracelet was adjusted to my liking.
