I made a mistake on my order and even though I did not initially receive an email support response right away, I called them next day and within 10 minutes they fixed my issue! The customer experience was polite, understanding and very helpful. The negative reviews had me anxious but my own real experience was more than excellent. Will be a repeat customer, thanks JD Sports!

Buy at Nike.com. They have free 60 day returns even if it's worn! I bought the Vapor max. No issues until I jogged in them. There a defect. JDs said to deal with Nike even though on Nikes website it said that they work with dealers on defects and to return them to the place you bought them! I called back and wanted to speak with the store manager and they left me on hold. What a $#*!ty place!

This place is the worst place I ever been sneakers was a reject at $170+ bring them back without wanting my money simple exchange this clown had the audacity to tell me they worn,how tf something is worn for seven days like I'm a piece of crap trying to get over so never in my life I will ever promote or go to JD sports in Columbus again I knew better I'm from N.Y we don't support b.s clothing stores in small unheard of places again NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I was so frustrated i literally left the sneakers at the counter took a $170+ dollar loss I will always give Columbus,Ga JD sports a bad review anytime I think of JD sports!!!!

My son ordered something online and we needed it for the next day it hadn't made it to the store yet so I had to pay for my item in cash and they were supposed to reimburse my card my credit card which I've been waiting and waiting and still haven't received my funds I tried calling customer service stayed on the phone for hours never spoke to anyone I tried contacting online all of my chats were ended before my issue was resolved It is very difficult to reach out to a representative and very frustrating

Don't order online get in store It is very hard for you to get a refund in a timely manner

My brand new hoodie that i paid 80€ for,came with a hole in it.I immediately called the service company and it told me that the only thing they can do is to return it and give me a coupon as a refund.i can tell they do this on purpose so they get rid of ripped clothes and then the customer can do very little about it.This is unacceptable.

I bought a pair of snickers and surprize when a i opened the box 2 different shoes, i have called customer sevice but they treat me really bad not tryed to help. Very disappointed

My daughter's recent experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera has been incredibly disappointing. She saved up her money for two pairs of shoes, hoping for a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare.

The first blow came when they sent the wrong pair, and attempting to resolve it through customer service, even with the association with JD Sports, proved to be frustrating and unhelpful.

Adding to the disappointment, the second pair, associated with both JD Sports and FinishLine, arrived looking worn and dirty – they were definitely used, a far cry from the new quality we anticipated.

The refund process only added to the frustration, as both JD Sports and FinishLine insisted on returning the incorrect shoes before considering a refund.

In summary, my daughter's hard-earned money went towards a regrettable experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera. I strongly caution others against considering these stores for their purchases and recommend exploring alternatives that prioritize a positive and respectful customer experience.

The sneaker was beautiful couldn't stop think about them all week. Returned to JD Bridgewater Mall to snatch them up. Requested to try them on and after 10 mins the guy says oh yeah hold tight as I sat with my shoe off waiting to step into those Lebron's. After 15 more minutes waiting on the bench I decided that's way to much cash to wait that long to be helped to spend my hard earned cash. I walked out. Beautiful sneaker lost to poor customer service.

Been blowing up JD and fedex to which they supposedly was delivering my packages but everyone acting so $#*!ing clueless…. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY

JD SPORTS... COOPERATE WITH SVUUM.
THAT COURIER COMPANY "SVUUM" IS THE WORST IN GREECE.
THEY HAVE MY PACKAGE IN THEIR PREMISES SINCE 21/12/23 AND THEY WON'T DELIVER IT UNTIL NEXT YEAR.
I CONTACTED SVUUM VIA CHAT AND EMAIL, TRIED TO FIND A SOLUTION, EVEN SUGGESTED PICKING UP MY SELF...BUT NO, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP.
NO AVAILABILITY OF A CALL CENTER.
ALSO, I CONTACTED JD CUSTOMER CARE,,,I BEGGED FOR HELP AS THE PACKAGE IS A PRESENT FROM SANTA FOR NEW YEAR...BUT ALSO NO SOLUTION GIVEN.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter as a gift for Christmas and never got the item. I have the receipt that I pay for them, but they tell me that the purchase doesn't show in their system. I paid for the shoes and have the proof. They haven't resolve anything since December. I will never buy anything from them anymore.

I put one star for rating but they don't deserve not even one. I just had to put something to continue.

Do not shop here, they have the worst customer service! The manager a female is super ghetto, sucking her teeth at the register because she was trying to go home for the last hour according to her! I purchase pants they ring for the wrong price I told the guy, he called the Manager who basically said prove that the pants were not ringing up correctly…I had to walk over myself and get another pair that showed the correct sale price! She adjusted the price walked away and said nothing! You're welcome $#*!! That whole staff needs training!

I bought a Nike jumper for my son from JD Sports Liverpool, but later discovered it had a hole in it (possibly from the security tag removed in an incorrect way but I'm not sure)
My young son was in tears and I assured him that since we didn't cause the problem, the store will be more than happy to exchange, so I took him to the store and that's when all the drama began.
I was served by a young girl who lacked any customer service skills, as I explained the problem with a big smile on my face and my son next to me she started interrupting me saying there's nothing she can do since for all she knows I could've damaged the item - she said I have to speak to their headquarters and they will investigate whether I'm entitled to an exchange or not (I had the receipt, the item, the tags albeit not attached to the jumper, and the original method of payment). I try several times to explain the Australian consumer law to her but she brushes it off, after 15 minutes of being humiliation, inturruptions, talking over me, raising her voice, lying by saying shes the manager here, accusations and brushing me off i lose my temper and ask her to shut up, I'm immediately thrown out of the store but I decide to call JD Sports headquarters, the lady over the phone is apologetic to how I've been treated and asks me to ask the crew to get the store manager - 10 minutes later she emerges (no doubt they were filling her on their side of the story) she takes the phone and abruptly informs head office that she will not exchange or refund.
I try one last time to calmly explain the issue to her and show her the jumper in the hole and also explain her team's attitude towards me, she offers no apology and asks me to email head office with pictures of the problem and they will decide.
I follow their process and take pictures of everything and email it back and then I get a response from head office that the store manager doesn't want to exchange the item and as communicated previously I am banned from "her" store. Head office then suggests that I "try my luck" at another branch but it's up to that branches manager to accept or refuse. The following day I'm notified that the store manager reaches out to the nearby stores recommending that they don't honour my request for a refund or exchange - I have been advised by customer service that their hands are tied so I've now filed a case against them with Fair Trading and will continue to escalate the matter further exposing this company's lack of basic customer service and disregard for the law.

Tip for consumers:
Warning for all to avoid this store, they have zero human decency and will fight tooth and nail to avoid refunding, they use insults and harrassment techniques and have complete disregard for the law as well.

If you're looking to purchase anything, look anywhere but JD Sports. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son. After a week of waiting for the shoes, I went back to the site to check the status of my order. It still said "processing". So I called to see what was going on. I got through to a representative, and explained I was just looking for an update for something paid for a week ago. After verifying my information, the first thing he says is something along the lines of (there was a pretty big language barrier) "we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time", and every time he responded to something repeated that same phrase. Then he said they were trying to find the shoes, then he told me there was low inventory in the warehouse, and then a few other variations. All the while repetitively telling me they can cancel an order at any time. Then he proceeds to tell me there may have been other people who purchased the shoes before me…a week ago, and now they were out of stock. Interestingly, they were still in stock, and SELLING them, in the same size, on their website, even as he was telling me different variations of them not having them. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold for a bit and came back to tell me there were none available and someone would call me back….I'm betting there's a greater chance of me receiving the shoes that they don't have than I am a call (I'm still waiting for both). Between him basically telling me they took my money for something they didn't have, and then continuing to take people's money with no intention of filling the product order a week after they no longer had the product is borderline fraudulent but definitely a terrible practice and a great way to lose consumers! Don't risk your money with this company!

I tried getting the grey Vapormax for £150 on JD sports online. I added two by mistake. Would it let me reove one? No!
I spent about 20 minutes trying to do this. So, I've lost out on trainers, they've lost out on a sale.
Useless.

Ordered and paid for shoes online. When I arrived at store after waiting for about an hour the manager finally told me they were not in stock anymore. Although the manager tried to help he had no authority to do anything. I was in a bind so My only option was to spend another $100 on a different pair of shoes and wait 7-10 days for a refund for the shoes they did not have in stock. I will never ever deal with JD sports again

I paid for two pair of shoes and only one was delivery, still this company posted as delivery, customer service difficult to reach, of course.

Order Number: *******429- Do waste your time ordering anything from JDS Sports or Finish like you will probably never receive your order, not only to they take a long time to inform you that your order was cancelled, but it also takes a long time for them to return your money. Was trying to cancel my membership and was unable too, I won't order anything from Finish line or JDS if you plan on getting your loved ones something for Xmas skip the chain.

I would just suggest anyone shops at a more reliable retailer, all the low reviews are for a reason!

Did not receive my orders and when I asked for a refund I have 4 emails apologizing a promising a full refund and it's all LIES! Waited on hold multiple times all the reps LIED! Automated responses "3-5 business days for you refund" LIES! 1 even offered $20 credit another LIE! Worst customer service I've ever had EVER! Never again! Stay away! You will not get your items and you will not get your refund! Just lies on top of more lies! Not only that the new automated emails I'm getting now AFTER I was promised the refund is "due to the large number of inquiries we can no longer process your refund" what does that even mean? Liars and thieves and you're a joke!

Customer service is a joke. I sat on hold for literally over an hour 3x to be promised a refund and it never came every time and when I asked to speak to a supervisor there wasn’t one available and when I clicked on the chat there was never a lover person available after I had 4 proof of full refund emails I’m not getting automated responses to my emails saying we can not assist your refund! GARBAGE! I cannot believe a company runs like this and it’s dishonest and deceiving and not right!

I ordered a pair of cloud nova forms. When I received them they had been worn and they were dirty on the toe of both shoes along with the soles. I call and sat on hold for right at 2hours only to be told to send them back for a replacement. They replaced them alright with the same pair I mailed back to them. How ignorant do you have to be to send someone used shoes not once but twice. As far as customer service there's not any. The girl that answered the phone was clearly at home and had noise going on the entire conversation. There are no repercussions for this business proving a terrible quality and terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from jd sports nor finish line again. Your company is a joke and should be shut down.

Jensen mall. Wanted to check this store out because they knew. Being watched as we shopped in JB's sports. After walking and checking out some of the shoes. We noticed all of the employees went to the exit to see if we would walk out with something.

Such a horrible and unprofesional customer service.Not helpful and arogant.They didnt confirmed a refund to Klarna and Klarna charged me for the item I returned to the store.Basicly stole my money and told me is nothing what they can do about this.

I rated it one star because I couldn't rate none. I placed a pick up order for one pair of shoes and it wasn't even ready two hours later. I called multiple times for an update and got hung up and and talked to rudely. The manager eventually told me to come to the store. Once I arrived they gave me trouble saying they weren't ready, and mind you there was maybe 3 customers in the store. All the workers gave me attitude and were extremely rude. And for miss this with the rbf and the smart mouth, fix ya side part before you talk to folks crazy. I would never in a million years recommend this store to anyone or purchase from them again.

I just recently ordered a pair from JD sport store. They did not have the size I wanted, so they ordered directly from their warehouse and ship to me. I paid extra fee for next-day delivery because I would be on vacation in a few days. However, the order's estimated delivery time is 3 days later. I called JD customer service, the virtual assistant said the waitline is 125 minutes (WTF). I called the Fedex customer service, the shipping label on my order was not express. So they just fking steal money and lie to the customer.
