Probably has a lot to do with the customer care at the location I am in (Staples near Government Center), and the site rep Patrick is fantastic who sometimes gives courtesy calls to confirm a large order. Scans are done timely. The online system works just fine. Wish there was a bit more clarity on costs of each specific order, and also larger discounts on even larger batch orders but I understand there are limitations due to labor costs. I highly recommend.

Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).

Overall iPostal1 is fantastic! I'm a long haul truck driver, and this has been a godsend for me. I have one address in a small town, Prescott, AZ. Works absolutely perfect! I did have another for my business down in Scottsdale, AZ. Between the post office returning most of my mail and the attitude of the Staples employees, it was bad. I closed that one and reopened at a different Scottsdale location… back to flawless and happy! Highly recommend.

It's a bit hard to navigate! But once you figure it out, its pretty good. Have finally learned how to 'throw things away' without paying to have them sent. And still haven't sent a package of my mail to me at my location. But the support is great and if I appreciated they extended my 30 day pickup time a few days until i got back into town. Have already recommended this to others!

Ive used this service for several years and within the past year moved my box to this location. I dont get much mail to my box and when I do I have always picked it up. As it would happen, I received a very important package and was out of town. Nicole was right on it for me! Within a week I received my package (delay was the postal service because she shipped it same day we spoke). Great Customer Service!

Overall my experience has been very positive. It was a little confusing when I was getting signed up and waiting for the approval process. I think that program could be a bit more user friendly. Since then the experience has been very easy. My one true complaint is that I postal were in more cities! As RV'ers we move around every 6 months. So this service is wonderful. We can change our address as we move. We need you in more cities!

I had questions about setting up my account and they walked me through every step on the phone. The staff was very knowledgeable. The online/over the phone notary service was super convenient. I was able to set everything up from my phone. No computer needed.

Detail, I am a non-resident alien and since that date I have not been able to notarize form 1583 to use the service 100%. The company they recommend using never have a Spanish-speaking notary.

Seems like the least expensive solution out there, but that's because the membership is low cost. Doing ANYTHING incurs further fees once you establish the service.

I recently needed to update my address ID with iPostal1, but the process wasn’t very intuitive. When I called for assistance, it took some effort to connect with the right location. However, once in touch, the representatives were responsive and helpful. They managed to resolve my issue within an hour, offering immediate solutions.

1. Was told at start that the address wouldn't be thought of as a PO Box # but many places do like some of my credit card companies (etc) so they won't use the address.
2. The staff at the location that collects mail didn't fully explain everything to me at start so a bumpy start.
3. To view the mail you've received online so you can tell them what to do with it, you have to turn your head sideways as the images show sideways and not straight up- challenging

I haven't got any issues so far. I'm using it for my LLC and it's working fine for me

I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first mostly because I know how unreliable USPS can be at times, and figured that could possibly translate over to iPostal1. I'm glad to say I was wrong. My virtual mailbox worked as it should, and the service was outstanding and accurate! Now I know I can depend on iPostal1 and will use this service again in the future if needed. Considering that this is my first virtual mailbox experience, I'm pleased. The customer service is timely and competent. I did have an issue with being billed for stored mail despite the fact that I never used that service. It turned out to be an error arising from a lack of clear instruction on how I was to manage my mail pieces in the software. The issue was immediately resolved though.

Up until recently my experience with iPostal1 has been fine. For about the last three or four weeks it's been very erratic. I had 3 pieces of mail that just disappeared. I was trying to get them discarded but the site just kept locking up so I got out of it. The next day I signed in and they were completely gone. I also had three items I wanted scanned and it took a week to get that done. Previously, I would have the scans the next day. Not happy at all with this change in service.

IPostal1 is actually a very good service, and I'm glad I signed up. I just wished I had found out about it much earlier. They are very professional and courteous in dealing with customers. More importantly, the staff at the location are efficient in managing everything that comes their way. The only problem that I have with it stems from the difficulty with getting a customer service representative to answer some questions prior to signing up. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone during the application stage.
