I was very nervous sending 30 years of memories through the mail! They handled everything with care. From the safe box they send you to place them, contacting you upon receiving and updating you on the process kept my mind at ease. They took special care of tapes that were very old and were able to still make it work. My family is so happy to have these videos available on the app to watch whenever they please. It was a wonderful Christmas present for my mom!

My memories were converted into poor quality digital files PLUS they are impossible to download. Total waste of money.

Very happy with my results of these old videos. One over 35 yrs old. So much so I have sent in another order for 7 more. I chose to download to my computer and transfer to my own USB drives so I can give away as gifts to other family members who have lost parents and do not have any videos with their voices. Now they do. Thank you so much for this service which I would not have considered if it were not on Facebook and a half off discount. Thank you.

IMemories did an excellent job transferring all of my home movies from various formats to the cloud, where I can now watch them whenever I want. The entire process was quick and easy, and they sent back my video cassettes right away. I can't tell you how excited my kids were to be surprised with family videos to watch over Spring Break.They love seeing themselves and their siblings in such a different way. I was able to see my first daughters birth video, and I had never seen it before! IMemories made the whole process so easy! We can now add our newer videos to the same streaming place so they are all together! Thank you.

Simple shipping and receiving. Estimate of costs was a little conservative but to be expected for what we shipped for initial cost. Final cost came in as expected. Quality of the digitized formatting was excellent, for 50 year old 35 mm slides. The downloading of files had a couple delays but customer service stepped in and we got it all done. Getting ready to send movie film next!

I sent my videos to iMemories and paid about $300 in total for processing. I thought they did alright converting them to digital (I haven't had a chance to watch all of them yet), but I find it incredibly frustrating that many of my tapes were converted into 2 or 3 or more videos to capture the whole thing. I probably would have chosen another vendor if I'd known that up front. Hopefully I can find a way to splice them together on my own.

Digitizing was fine. Not very upscaled as promised, but glad to have the files. Very confusing website because I wanted DVDs too, but gave up trying to figure out how to add that option (also the DVD add was so expensive -- I know how cheap DVD-Rs are, and there's no way it needs to be that much extra. I understand there's an extra charge for time/labor/profit, but it was excessive).

We had some old but ireplaceable video and photos on cd and Sony max. They converted them into a PC based Media. I liked that so I also upgraded to a thumb drive and found out that on the big screen some were a bit out of sync especially VHS tapes but overall not bad.
The Sony media and CD media all were really good. Great Way to save old memories into new technology. Would recommend them them knowing that to for VHS tapes it's a hit and miss

I love love Imemories and was so surprised to see some of the footage I had not seen in over 50 years. Was very very surpised to see the footage of my wedding which was 50yrs ago and it was extra special since my soulmate has passed. THe other footage were so priceless to see my siblings as children and my parents so young. I plan on sending more film to be reprocessed on your sight. Thank you very much... such treasures!

I've been putting off converting my family slides for years! Then I found iMemories. The process was so simple and quick! Within a few weeks I was able to share the pictures with my sisters. We had so much fun reminiscing and giggling about these pictures. Thanks so much for helping me check this task off my list!

I thought for sure our old family VHS home movies were lost to time. I thought I would never see images of my two little kids and how they grew older. The iMemories process was easy and fast... totally satisfied. I was able to view, edit and download our old tapes online. They send you a box, complete with postage paid, put in your tapes and drop it off. My tapes were just delivered back to the house yesterday... safe and sound.

IMemories made it very easy to ship my videos ( in many old formats) and then email me files. I like the fact that if one tape has multiple videos, each one is sent as a separate file. I was really happy to actually talk with someone when I had questions. It is good to know, however, that if you are a Mac user and not that computer literate, they do not provide expert technical support.

I ran into issues on my end ( not with the files iMemory created) and they tried to help me sort out what the issue was. As an example, it turns out I did not have enough storage , but I thought I did. Also, our internet connection is poor and I never knew it often cuts out for just a second, which then halts a download. I learned to only download one video at a time rather than queuing them up to download. When all was complete my adult family loved receiving the videos for Christmas! I have now sent in more. Thank you iMemories!

I am so happy with my results. I was afraid to try to play the tapes for fear of ruining them, but now I can watched these cherished memories of loved ones who past. Everything is so easy. From mailing them to your company and receiving updates and then the notifications of when my tapes were mailed back. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend iMemories! I will use them for any future projects. I have used another company in the past and they were horrible. I was very nervous about having prints converted to digital and going through that horrible experience again but iMemories made it very easy and their customer service group is awesome!

The first set of tapes sent in west very smooth and the outcome was great. I was able to share with my family so easily. I had already decided to do more tapes that I found but didn't want to start all over with it. But when I received my first set of tapes back, they automatically gave me a box with a prepaid label to ship my next shipment in. It took me two minutes. The best service ever!

Good result. Conversion fairly fast once company identified receipt of media. Process took a lot longer than i had imagined. Process needs a better way to track items in transit.

IMemories are great to work with from placing the order, receiving the link to download them, to getting them mailed back to me. I highly recommend using them. It was great looking back at our family films that I never got around to converting myself. We were always sceptical about sending them to anyone, but we were very pleased how professional this was.
