Ideal808

Got some cards from ideal808 recently, sent me some info for discounts, very nice, loved the card that came with my yugioh cards, it felt personal and it was appreciated, looking forward to doing more business

To anyone reading this, this is not what I usual experience while shopping here. I have bought many item from here and generally the experience is amazing. I get the cards early, they are in great condition, and I end up happy. But this past transaction was not so. The tracking on my item said that it was delivered, so I go out to grab my mail. The package wasn't there. Note that this was a while ago. I waited a few days, sent emails to the Costumer Service, and eventually got a reply. All I got was wan apology which was nice. But got nothing back. No like, we will be resending or a refund. It may not seem like much, but $75 is a lot to me so to buy that much and get nothing is disheartening. I will till probably buy from here, but I'm definitely much more cautious.

Okay, how often in the history of sitejabber have you guys seen so many positive reviews within a 24 hour period on a single website. Just a LITTLE suspicious if you ask me. I will stop flagging them as spam because I think we can all read between the lines...

And on yelp they are giving away ipads for good reviews. I wonder if that violates yelps terms and conditions... someone should email yelp...

I asked them for a refund on a PRE ORDER and they gave me store credit without asking. THEN when I asked for my item because I didnt want store credit they said no. The price has gone up for the pre order. Stay away these guys are nothing but trouble.

Ideal808 is the best website to buy cards out there. No website compares, they have great prices and shipping. Ideal808 has great deals and early bird specials. The other websites are good and all but they will never have the great service that ideal808 has. When you are buying cards from this website you will get your cards quick and fast. If you want to buy yu-gi-oh or magic cards this is the best site to buy them from.

I have been shopping with Ideal808 for several years now and never have had an issues, customer service is great and they contact you ASAP if there is any problems, prices are excellent, they're great with keeping items in stock. I'll keep buying from them till I quit the game I'm playing (and I've been playing since 2001)^_^

Ideal808 also currently known as Toylynx is one of the best card shops on Hawaii. They sell/buy/trade a huge selection of cards (dating back to the dawn of the card game to now or to a certain point) for very reasonable prices that will draw in attention of any card player or collector. From my past experience as a Yugioh player, Ideal808 always have the cards I want/need in stock. They even mail their cards probably out of state or interstate if you want them to. They also host great tournaments with extravagant prizes at the end for those in the top 4 and even for those participating in the tournament. Their store also sells a large variety of Japanese's products like anime figures, exclusive Yugioh sleeves, and much much more. Even though ideal808 is a small store, their customer service and hospitality to help ensure ensure your experience at their store is promising. I hope to see toylynx expand their business into more stores and/or have a great push on future small card stores to have similar notable characteristics as they do.

I made about 6 purchases from ideal808, i have order about 200 different cards, never had a problem with waiting on my order, always got mint condition, brand new cards, one time I got an order and one card was missing, i called ideal808, talked to the customer service, in two days I got my missing card and they sent me a bonus pack to apologize, ideal808 has the number one customer service, they are great!
