I have been ordering flowers from them regularly and never been disappointed. You get what you order for with timely delivery. The flowers have always been fresh and special care is taken that they are not damaged during transportation. I would highly recommend them to everybody who wants to buy flowers
Extremely disappointed. I spent £65 on a dozen blue roses to be delivered to my mother as I am abroad. These were not delivered, instead they sent white with a few blue that I could have ordered on interflorist for less than half the price. When I contacted them they claimed it was due to bad weather and they couldn't get through to me, yet they were quick to respond to me when I requested a refund. They have refused a refund despite not sending what I paid for. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

I was worried about ordering flowers online because I was concerned about freshness and damage during transit. Anyways, I took the risk and ordered flowers from them and till date I do not regret my decision. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Truly a refreshing experience.
I would give them full marks.
