Their website includes a detailed return policy that all starts with getting an RMA # from them. It clearly states that if you don't have one, they'll send any returns back to you. The SCAM is... they won't provide an RMA #. I've called, live chatted and emailed. "Pablo" has hung up on me twice, the live chats are abruptly ended with no opportunity to restart a new chat and my emails have gone unreturned. Avoid this company and DO NOT believe their return policy.

I didnt even order these lights I was on Chrome LOOKING at them and you have to enter in all your info in order to see shipping after looking at the price I decide I didnt want them. So I CLOSED Chrome down, 10 days later I have a box of lights and got charged $179.99 and guess what you can't return them becuase they wont send you an RMA # no correspond with you and some dude that answer the phone 'Hello' says within 5 seconds Ill call you back. Its a huge run around, just so you can't return them. Total fraud!@

Bought item, did receive, does not work properly. It states they have lifetime warranty, but cannot get them to take care of issue at all. They have been completely rude and even went as far as referring to my wife as a $#*!! Stated to me "Yeah I talked to your $#*!". Complete cowards and low life crooks! Should be in jail for the scam they run!

I did receive my product as purchased on a timely basis, however, once installed, I reached out to troubleshoot a problem, left several messages, emails, and no return calls. If customer service is important to you, this isn't the company to buy from!

I have been trying to return my lights because of the poor quality and because the installation instructions are in broken English. The box, nor the product itself states where it was made. When I send an email they tell me to call the hot line, but when I call the hot line they tell me to email. Nobody is helping me make the return and they are simply avoiding me. I've been scammed and I'm going to do whatever it takes to get this sight shut down.

This guy is a crook is name is Thomas Iphone the exact same kit he tried charging me $100 for for $50 on eBay everything was exactly the same even the box even the writing on the box even the packaging was the same Thomas did give me a $50 credit once I refused to pay what he wanted for the lights

I did finally get credit from VISA after a lengthy dispute... Said easy returns are quite the opposite. Thomas the only little $#*! that runs this business from his filthy basement is a liar a and says the merchandise is made in Germany... This said country of origin was not on the packaging or merchandise that I received... The bulbs fit loose and the little pimp Thomas hung up on me 3 times then would not take my calls... Stay away from this prick and his crappy product.

What a joke of a company and idiot of a customer service. Bunch of liars and thieves. Send the wrong part 3 days later than promised then they don't answer emails, calls, and if you start chatting and ask about RMA they stop the chat.

This company sucks. I am going on a month and a half waiting for my refund. Everything needs to be done by email. I did a charge back through MC because they will not respond to any of my requests. Do not buy from these pieces of $#*!.

Purchased an Item not happy with it due to cheap rubber bushing. I told them I might have a water problem when it rains. Guy said it will be always a problem then he said again just install it and there will be NO problem. HUH? They will not give refunds and wiil force you to install their product. They said will give me 30% off not to return it, where is my 30% off. SCAM

The light not from germany. U can buy at ebay. Same brand... regular light is more brighter than theirs

So when you take your customers money and don't get them the parts that they bought how do you sleep at night. I am out 124 dollars and my lights don't work or flicker while I drive at night. Will not recommend and have filed fraud with my credit card company and filed fraud with federal government
So I will be getting my money back.

I made the mistake of buying from them and they overcharged my credit card by 70%. I have been trying to get them to give me the credit or giving me an RMA to return the item with no luck. If you phone them you will get a heavily accented person answering the phone and calling you "PUTA" which means $#*!. He assumes that you don't understand the word
As soon as you ask him anything about returning the item or the overcharge he will disconnect. Also the company is in Quebec not Toronto or California

The kit I got for my 2015 Mercedes did not work for my car even though their website stated that It would work and a plug and play kit. The address of the store in Los Angeles is only a mailbox They ship everything from Canada. They kept promising to ship me another kit that works but I waited for 2 months and still did not receive it. Good luck returning it. They just simply ignoring you. I had to get Paypal involved to get my money back but they made me ship back to Canada and it costs me $53 for shipping with a return receipt and certified.
Save yourself some headache and buy from Ebay. Cheaper and more protection.

They take your money, send you the wrong kit, have horrible customer service with ONE guy who answers the phone and cannot communicate. Stall you as much as they can and then make you pay for return shipping and then don't rerund you. SCAM! FRAUD!

These people are beyond ridiculous!

I ordered hid lights for my new car in Oct 2015 after researching a bit. I paid $110 for the lights from them which wasn't a bad deal because the LIFETIME WARRANTY that they claim is real... IT ISN'T.

So now, the beginning of February 2016, roughly 1 year and 3 months later, my right side stopped working. If you aren't familiar with life of lights, my last car had aftermarket HIDs which lasted 5 years... and were working when I sold my car.

So, besides the quality clearly being poor, the warranty is the real issue now.

I have called 10 plus times and sent about 10 emails.

There hasn't been any email response at all in the last week... but if that isn't bad enough, they will literally and repetitively hang up on you when you ask anything with the word "WARRANTY" in it on the phone.

It's really unbelievable!

The level of frustration is beyond belief.

Thankfully the cost of good lighting isn't particularly expensive anymore... but I feel terrible for anyone on a budget that gets screwed over.

I do feel that HID lights are probably the best upgrade that can be done.

Seeing literally is safety.

I have purchased their lights and balasts based on positive reviews on their site. They claim easy installation. Really? On my 2007 MB E 320 two different mechanics quoted me 3 hrs of labor because they had to remove bumper ($250). Thomas (?) from HidKit insisted they could install from inside. On day two light stopped working. I thought it was a bulb but instead it was a faulty ballast. Called Thomas and was assured they sent it FedEx. Well, yes, with delivery in 6 days! My car is still at mechanic's shop (no sense of puttting bumper back together) and incurring more charges. Company is a scam and products are of poor quality.

I oredered 6000k light for my kia forte they gave me 5000k light for who knows what car, cant get ahold of them i filed a bbb report on them i want a refund but after reading this reviews probably wont happend, i $#*!ing cops need to shut this $#*! down, repoff scam dont buy.

I was looking into buying a kit for my motorcycle, decided I would wait as it was around $110.00. I received two random calls that day that did not leave numbers. Got the same number the next day and picked up, it was someone from the company saying he will do everything I wanted plus free next day shipping for only $80.00. Sounded like a good deal so I had him sign me up for it, gave him my credit card which he said was declined so I gave him another and the transaction went through.

After hanging up I received a call from my bank asking if I just tried to charge $99.99 on my card I forget where it was located but I said no it should have been $80.00. I called them back right away and told him he said it was going to be $80 now they are saying I was charged $99.99. He said the "Coupon must not have taken" Meanwhile he was the one who put $99.99 into the computer but he said it would be corrected right away.

Its now 5 days later, I do not have the lights, I do not have a refund for the extra $20,00 he decided to charge me so I called yesterday to complain and was just told it would be fixed.

This company is a joke. They tell straight up lies to make sales and pull some extremely shady practices. They are the ones who called me and that was the only reason I was going to go through with it for the discount. This whole mess has been brought on by some shady and pushy sales people there. I cant even comment about the quality of the lights bc its now on 5 days and "my next day shipping" still is not here.

If there are any issues with the lights, if exactly what I ordered is not in there or if I do not get the $20 return I am sending them back for a full refund and taking my business to a competent company.
