I worked with this company for seven years and I had an exceptional experience but they were bought out by another company and I had to make the move elsewhere because I only trusted them. *, the former CEO of the company and their staff made the transition exceptional for our business and ensured that we were in good hands. I'm not quite sure about the negative reviews because I can't relate but something doesn't sound too right knowing how long I've worked day in and day out with this company. I dont know much about marketing but hero helped us create a KILLER social media marketing strategy that put us in the spotlight over every other landingscaping company and we only invested a small amount in paid marketing thanks to their recommendation. Our online reputation for our business is now stunning after having someone smear our entire business because of something that was not our fault at all and customers are finding us in the top three listings in google. Thank you chad in marketing for all of your help

Our organization has saved thousands of dollars by using your platform and it keeps our business running every single day. Yes, there are quirks that are annoying but overall there is nothing comparable on the market that allows us to run our entire business from one single system and nonetheless for free. We think that the credit card processing rates are fair, but we also think that they should decrease as the volume of transactions are processed due to the fact that you may lose many users in the future if you dont consider adapting now in valuing their loyalty as the bread and butter of your business model is from credit card transactions that are processed. Please check #******* and #******* for bugs that we would recommend fixing in your next update as its been something thats annoying and has caused disruptions in our business. We hope to see more apps released in the near future!

I have been with this company for over 3 years now. The company has lost my domain name and i had to wait to purchase it back for $650.00 just so i don't let my business end up in a grave. Since that day which has been a little over a year now i have to call each month and complain... most of the time my website is down and they don't have a clue unless you call them and tell them you have an issue. They turn you down on every phone call. They tell you to forward your issues via EMAIL. And never come back with good out come. It has not been the same as the first year when i started. * who i know personally as a friend and a friend through a family has vanished from planet earth. I have called the office more the 20 times and asked for * to return my call. Instead he blocked me on all social networks so i cant find him to talk to him but till this day he keeps taking my money and driving my business into the ground. I will find a resolution soon how ever * i hope i don't see you at the church again i will embarrass the crap out of you

Do Not Hire! This company signed a contract with both of my companies. They said they would offer a full refund if their job wasn't done. The only thing they ever did was post useless info to try and get a following on Instagram for us and they would follow anyone and everyone trying to get a follow back even if the people aren't true potential customers. Also, they built a website halfway and then took my working website down and put it up without a shopping cart or way to pay and then shut down my business for a week and if I didn't have my own IT people fix it they would have left it down longer. They are garbage and they make empty promises. They never met a single deadline or promise or delivered any amount of quality at all during our time with them. And now that we want our refund they won't respond or reply at all and because they are based out of the country I think they will be more difficult to take legal action against.

Great & innovative team that has really been an essential part of being the spark in our marketing campaigns. Key point with this company is that they take the time to listen and learn about your business and implement things that we would never have thought about. We love our marketing team, thanks Steven and Mike for the constant communication, these guys need a raise for what they do for us hahaha!

They offered me a 500.00 a month program through upwork. They convinced me to leave upwork and then tried to raise the price to 1000. 00 a month. When I said thats not what we agreed on he * said "Thanks for wasting my time"

We hired Herolocity to ensure that we appear in search engines for several local cities. It did take some time to make that happen, but we are really happy that it did because the payoff is great as we no longer have to resort to really expensive local advertising through ads, newspapers and many other outdated things which we were really forced to do because we had no other choice.

Automate 365 is an eceptional business management platform and we are beyond thankful for it's existance. It's removing the need to have to manage my business from 10 different places but bring that into one single place. The credit card processing rate are low and the support is spectacular. All in all, if you're looking for many different apps that are commercial grade to run your business this is it!

Our company hired Herolocity to create and host our website, everything went ok so far until we received a letter from an attorney stating that we were incurring on
Copyright Infringement by using an image that belongs to Masterfile in our website.
Since we didn't chose or provided this image we reported this issue to Herolocity whom immediately removed the image out of our site.
The attorney continued claiming compensation for the time this image was used in our site, therefore we informed Herolocity and forwarded the attorney's letters telling us that they were taking legal actions. Herolocity stated that they were not liable because their name was not in anywhere in the letters, taking not responsibility whatsoever and letting us deal alone with this sue that Herolocity created and they are mainly accountable for using this image deliberately and placing it in our website.
I don't recommend to use this company!

We learned very quickly the difference between a marketer and a growth hacker. Herolocity uses tailored approaches towards creating a marketing strategy which shows short-term results and benefits the long term at the same time. When we signed the contract, they understood our demand for needing qualified leads quickly and delivered without a paid marketing budget.

I had the worst experience with this company. Found that their practices are unethical and disappointing. I have a unique business that requires someone understanding our niche. I found that Herolocity would follow any and everybody (even people who are not in sync with our business base and goals) in order to get a following on Instagram. They were able to design our website; however, we found that the website didn't provide the number of clients or conversions as promised through this company. After many complaints and concerns regarding account with them, I was turned over to a "Claims Department" that doesn't exists; has yet to respond to my phone calls or emails. I was promised they would increase my business by 50% with their marketing efforts or I would receive a FULL REFUND. My business DID NOT increase by 50% and when I requested my refund - all of a sudden they are ghost. No one wants to talk to me. No one can give me any explanation. No one is willing to provide me with my refund and it has been well over 6 months - no response. Every time I call, I get the response that non one can talk to me because my account is being handled by the "Claims Department". I was told this department only makes contact via e-mail and I have yet to receive anything. No direct number to this department. No contact person. No email correspondence... NOTHING! My suggestion is that you find a reputable local company to work with and NOT do business with this company at all. They do not stand behind their claims of their money-back guarantee and they will not acknowledge or bear any responsibility for their inability to service my account as promised. I have copies of all documents, contracts and recorded all phone calls for anyone who would like to gain further proof that this company is not legit. BE AWARE! You can get better marketing from a local vendor who is wiling to do the work. Herolocity simply uses website templates to build your website. They also follow any and everybody in order to build your Instagram followers (which may not be cohesive to your business branding) and they make it hard to contact anyone regarding any issues or discrepancies you may have regarding their work. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! For $1,000 per month - you can get better service from a college student who will actually do the work to understand your business and make sure all actions taken via social media, website and marketing is in sync with your business and its brand.

We hired herolocity to do marketing for our coaching programs and we have been satisfied customers. They helped us create our programs and a lot of the different factors that go into selling the program to our clients. After we created the programs the marketing was built around it. We are happy we chose them because it was an all in one shot rather than having to hire seven different people to do one thing and it saved us a lot of time and money. Good company and we are looking forward to the results.

Our internet marketing campaign has been over-performing since Herolocity has taken over. They created a spectacular website which is conversion optimized and which builds proper value and differentiation in our saturated Chinese market. All of our marketing channels are performing well and we have not one wrong thing to say. Social media is customized to our clientele, search engine numbers are rising and articles are written about us praising our business on high end sites. We talk to our point of contact every few days and she keeps us up to date and sets realistic expectations which she always meets. Thx for everything, Cheers!

Love the platform, great support and the team that manages our marketing does a good job. We can see that communication can improve because sometimes we need an immediate response. Other than that we have no other complaints because we have seen more and more walk in customers because of our initiatives.

Thanks for creating such a nice business system that has all of the apps that we need to run our storefront. We are fascinated with the fact that it is all free, well not everything is free you do take a small percentage out of our credit card transactions but it is comparable to what a merchant account elsewhere would charge. Im not sure if this is the right place to report this, but the online booking system had a glitch when a booking is confirmed that is sets it back to pending so I would appreciate if you could sort that out as soon as you can as we have to manually set it to confirmed. Other than that please keep up the good work with the apps and we hope that new ones are released soon.

It's a pleasure working with the Herolocity marketing team. They are very knowledgably and know what they are doing in times when we are clueless, even if it's a promotion that we are trying to run to get more clients through the door. Great experience with the middle east market and understand the various personas.

I have hired many marketing companies while being in business for the last 15 years. I let Herolocity take a new company that I was opening with an evergreen field. It was a clear product with a lot of differentiation on the marketing. While I did not have the best experience with them I will let you be the judge.

What I liked: I liked the Unified approach as they say. It brought many combinations of marketing together. I had trouble finding this with many other companies and they were literally the only option otherwise I would have to hire seven different people with individualized talents which was not a viable option for me because I did not have the funds, experience or management.

What I disliked: I felt like I had to do a lot of babysitting. They did communicate well but they missed a lot of aspects of my product which are special to me. I was assigned to a marketing consultant who managed my marketing campaign and kept me up to date. I am not sure how many other campaigns he was managing but it felt like he was pretty busy and tense every time I talked to him. Back to the product. I do not like the fact that they literally rebranded the entire product as I created this product with the intention of it being my passion. They literally stripped it apart into everything I did not envision and their reasoning behind this is so it sells. What you guys have to realize is that YOU NEED TO TAKE INPUT FROM THE BUSINESS OWNER as HE KNOWS HIS PRODUCT BEST. I guarantee if they would have taken my input that it would have been 10x more successful end result than what it was.

Conclusion: They carried a eight month campaign and our company did meet the minimal numbers that they guaranteed but I go back to my original point that what they did to my product is not why I am in business. It was more of a passion to me and making my product something that it is not is not what I wanted. They didnt want to adjust because they felt like they wouldnt hit the numbers they guaranteed. I cancelled.

I have now found a gentleman who ACTUALLY TAKES my product and my passion into consideration when marketing it.

Consider this company your go-to for all marketing related activities. They boosted our businesses image and clientele. Our organization has been with them for several months and I can say that they are the best company we have used.

Herolocity is one the reasons that our doors are still open in our shop in Farmington. We struggled as a small business to start our business, be able to pay our bills and have customers walking in because of the big box stores that we're always having a constant price battle with.

Until we started with Herolocity, we never really understood that we did not have to battle on price every single day. They really helped us understand that battling on price was not the approach to take. Before we started marketing, they helped us build value and helped us understand why customers were buying our products in the first place, which we always thought was because of lower prices.

The marketing did take time to take effect, nearly five months, even though they estimated three. But then again, we were new and we did not do any type of marketing other than local ads in the newspaper and things of that sort.

Is been almost 2 years since I found Herolocity, at the beginning was just my hosting company but with their new product website 365 I can automate my small business and use all the apps I want to make my life easier. I can see everything under one platform. It's Amazing.
