I have had the pleasure of being a Healthy Kin Customer for several years. I am not technically savvy at 88 years, but Dan Brown has been very helpful to me several times. The products I have ordered are received as described, with quick service and well packaged. I have always been informed of any delays or partial deliveries. As a RN for near fifty years I appreciate the variety of health products you offer. Thank you.

They pretend they sell you something they don't really have in stock, charge you for shipping, send one item out of several with all items listed on the invoice and then a month later want you to review the items you had never received. Nobody ever picks up the phone, one obnoxious person responding to your emails always offering to cancel the order but keeping the money for pretty expensive shipping. Horrible service! Oh, and the order number on the invoice is not the same that the actual order number!

So when the customer pays $80 for overnight shipping on a product I cannot just be bought at a normal store and you reach out to cancel the product because when you paid overnight shipping for a different company they actually " over night shipped it ". The order was still in the warehouse, it did NOTleave and they refused to let us cancel the order.

I did many hours of research for this best medical supply company in 2007 after my son was paralyzed in a car wreck. It was a new to our family as was all the supplies we would need to provide the best care for my son. I place multiple orders a year with Healtykin and as long as they are in business they will have mine and I will continue to share their information to everyone I meet that will also be needed a company they can trust and county on. Hands down one of the Best out there.

Although I was notified that my HealthyKin order had arrived in my mailbox, it wasn't there when I checked 20 minutes later. The tracking became difficult because both UPS and USPS were involved and I, being ill and lacking the energy to pursue it, just gave up. However when I received a request to review the product, I shared my story with HealthyKin and was sent another one immediately, without my asking.

This is the only distributor I use because product is consistent, pricing and customer service Representative Dan took action to resolve issue I had with delivery! Completely satisfied

As a recently new Ostomy patient, I came across this site when I was in a pinch. Had what I needed at a great price, and shipped extremely fast to my door with standard shipping. Already made my second purchase from them.

I purchased the PDI See Clear Lens Cleaning Wipes because they were advertised to eliminate the fogging up of ones glasses. That is not the case! My glasses fog up just as much with these cleaning wipes as the much cheaper brands. I was truly disappointed with my purchase... and I purchased three boxes of these wipes! They are great for cleaning ones glasses, but don't prevent the fogging issue.

There was an issue with delivery of an order I had placed. I reached out to Healthy Kin with my concern. I received a prompt response from Dan. He sent out a replacement order. In the interim, I received the initial order. They were very kind, and told me to keep the replacement order vs. returning it. I will definitely be ordering from Healthy Kin in the future. Thank you!

I had a concern because I didn't get my package and USP said they dropped it off. I emailed HealthyKin and they replied right away. Offered to resend me my order. I will definitely order from this company again. Thank you so much.

I placed an on 6/21/2020 today is July 2nd and have yet received my order. The company has sent my order two times and both times the order has been returned back to sender because it's so damaged due to poor packing. I have requested a refund but was told no and that the company is attempting to send out my order again for a third time. I will never order from this company again. After I posted this review in retailation the company went on google and gave my company a bad review and emailed me this " Thanks for the 1 star review. We just left a 1 star review for your business as well. If you want it removed, you'll have to remove yours.

I was impressed by your shipping. I had the product in hand the next day. I don't know how you managed? I ordered it in the morning, and received it by UPS Surepost, the next day after lunch. Well Done!

Very punctual customer service. I had a problem with a shipment that was received wet from a storm and they responded within a few hours. They replaced the damaged item and I am very happy.

Excellent resource for special healing supplies. Shipping a little pricey, but delivery is unbelievably fast! I was able to order a wound protection film, the identical sterile item applied to my arm in the ER. Really very helpful.

My father is bedridden and I have to buy many medical supply items. HealthyKin has the best prices and extremely fast shipping. Products are well packaged and nothing I have ordered so far has been opened or in any kind of shape except excellent. Highly recommend

Received my order in one day. I selected standard shipping. Good prices too.

My company ordered a rolling shower chair, once received we assembled to realize it was the wrong size. When we inquired about the different size we were told by * that this product was not available in that size. After discussion with the manufacturer it indeed is. We requested return information. The product was new and never used. After assembly we had thrown the original box away thus had to repackage for the return in a different box. We received a message today that * is refusing our credit because the product was not it new condition which is a flat out lie, it was never used. We will never do business with this company again and I am disputing the charge.

I've been ordering from healthykin.com for the last five years. I receive my orders within a few days and any questions I have are responded to immediately. I provide home care for my mother and healthy kin has made our lives much easier.

I placed this order for Hygea Towelettes after reading the ingredients and they were the same as the Hygea Towelettes I have purchased in the past. The website listed these ingredients - Benzalkonium Chloride 0.40% Alcohol 5% Chlorothymol

The Towelettes I received had VERY different ingredients and have scents that make me sick. They actually have water, SD Alcohol 40. Propylene Glycol, Benzalkonium Chloride, Octoxynol-0, Isopropyl Palmitate, Isopropyl Myristate, Isopropyl Stearate, Camphor, Thymol, & Sodium Hydroxide.

I bought these because I can't use disinfectant store bought wipes to clean remotes, door knobs, etc. because of the ingredients and now I have all of these and am unable to use them. HealthyKin told me that I received what I ordered. They would not pay return shipping and said that they don't list all of the ingredients online. WHO KNEW THAT? I would NEVER order from them again and don't think you should either. If you do, make sure you get a COMPLETE list of ingredients by contacting them. Do not trust what they have on their site.

Healthy Kin has great cardio equipment at extremely reasonable prices. I also found some nutritional supplements to try and love that they have a variety of itmes for my lifestyle. Shipping is fast and depends upon the weight of the order.
