“They promise points that never arrive”

They promise points that never arrive. You can contact support endlessly and they keep asking for the same copies of e-mails over and over again. This site is a total scam!

I signed up using Gwallet/Radium One as a publisher. This meant that I was one of the people who rewarded people for using the surveys. However when it came for their time to pay me, they cancelled my account and refused to pay. This website is a scam and I recommend avoiding them.

Gwallet has been renamed Radium One recently.

I made two support requests recently for non-payment of rewards offered free for completed advertisement participations. There is no limit to the number of free offers you may complete. The second support request contained this line:

"Please note: Excessive number of manually credited offers may be automatically flagged as potentially fraudulent activity and result in the disabling of offers from your account."

Now, it's not my fault that Gwallet's reward delivery system is faulty, or that the advertisers it works with are unscrupulous. Yes, I do several free offers in a day, and often more than one does not deliver. However, with no limit on free offers, why would Gwallet flag me or anyone for excessive manually credited offers? Non-paying offers are a problem on Gwallet's end, not mine.

I don't appreciate the accusation that I'm trying to defraud Gwallet. It often feels like it's the other way around. As examples, there's been surveys that won't let you submit the last page because of an "error", and there's email registration offers that throw an endless set of ads at you and never arrive at a registration page.

This isn't the first time that I've felt Gwallet has taken an accusatory tone with me. Between the bogus offers and the bad attitude toward its consumers, Gwallet/Radium One is a service to beware.

STAY AWAY! When at all possible do NOT use sites that have Radium One as their Customer Service you WILL be ripped off! They are a huge SCAM! Quick Rewards unfortunately use RadiumOne and even though QuickRewards pays and pays through PayPal and no minimum amount, it's not worth all the hassle if you have an issue with points not crediting properly or at all! Because of all the problems I've had with them in the past week over. 31 they owe me, I won't be recommending this site unless you want to struggle over piddly amounts. Radium One will go back and forth and back and forth with you and NEVER resolve your issue(s)! I have now dealt with 3 different CS people there and have gotten nowhere! I sent them screen shots of images of the products I downloaded and installed and they ask me to send a screen shot. Uh, I ALREADY DID and if you actually LOOK, you will see it in my account as I can clearly see all the CS responses AND my screen shot images! I sent them AGAIN and still NOTHING! WORST CS EVER! Swag bucks unfortunately also uses Radium One. So, if you swag buck, don't deal with the radium one offers!

This site works with other websites (like petsites) offering virtual money that can be bought with real-life money. The problem is, many of the offers don't reward you even after they are completed and after filing a complaint with the company, many people's complaints are not replied to at all. With the ones that ARE replied to, the person handling the complaint still says the offer was just looked at, even after showing them proof. I checked the company's forums and many people have had this happen to them with one or two exceptions. Also, many people have had the person on charge of thier complaint say the exact same things to them. Like me.
