I have purchased many handguns, shotguns and rifles, along with many handgun magazines from Grab-A-Gun and have never experienced any problems. With the exception of someone shipping the product for free, their shipping charge for guns at $7.95 each are one of the lowest in the market. They always keep one informed thru emails on order status and shipments. I find them to be an excellent dealer with dependable service. Highly recommended!

Just received the last order of parts to complete my 308 build (scope, forearm, gas tube and adjustable gas block). Have been reviewing and watching part prices for almost 2 years. Not sure where GrabAGun had been hiding all this time. Pleased to have found them. I can only speak of the ordering and fast delivery process. All good. Best price on Nikon scope and Lancer carbon fiber forearm I found anywhere. And I have been patiently waiting...

Great process, I ave read reviews of people getting their items within 2 or 3 days, mines took about a week, but I am ok with that. Absolutely love my weapon, and the price was amazing! GrabAGun always has amazing sales, that simply can't be matched by local shops. I will order from them again.

Ordered a semi-auto handgun. GREAT price. Guys on the phone were pretty awesome. Ordered on Thursday. Received it at my FFL the next Thursday. Everything was in order and exactly what I ordered. It seemed a bit dirty for being brand new, and the barrel already had 2 wear rings on the end. Maybe this is normal? I'm a bit inexperienced so I don't have much past experience to go on. I wouldn't think a few test fires would put wear rings on the barrel. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can offer an opinion. In conclusion, I'm happy and will order again soon.

I have purchased firearms from several online vendors, then I found GabAGun.
The pricing is lower than my LGS distributor cost. With a $7.99 flat rate for shipping, and no surcharge for using a credit card, that makes GrabAGun also the lowest in added expenses. A double win!
Email updates of my order progress kept me and my LGS informed about the expected delivery.

I thought I'd give Grab-A-Gun a try. On 8/22/23 I ordered a AOL Gauge & a Modified Case listed as "in stock" on Confirmed Order # *******. At that same date I ordered similar items from 2 of their competitors. I received the competitors orders within 4 days - GAG sent numerous emailed advertisements & 1 excuse of high volumes. Today 8/28/23 I received a email notification that GAG shipped the AOL Gauge & there was no mention of the Modified Case. In my opinion, Grab-A-Gun is a joke.

Grab A Gun is the only online co I buy from, they have always shipped my orders the next day after ordered, and I have the gun nest day after that, Two days not counting weekends because UPS shuts down. As long as they have this service and shipping they will have me as a customer. Also their communication is top notch and fast, I realize they are a business with many orders coming every day, in spit of that they are the best. Thanks to the people at GAG, highly recommended.

I was a very good customer who made many purchases from this store. However they recently did something that totally betrayed my trust as a good customer. Following an order I placed for a very expensive firearm they told me that they would have to pull the magazines. I told them over and over that my FFL is legally required to pin the mags to 10 round capacity and begged them to send the mags. I also have a residence in another state. They refused without any empathy and cost me over$120. They also threatened to charge a restocking fee. So they took advantage of me as a customer. I asked to speak to an owner and my request was totally ignored. Not a trustworthy company snd they do not care about their good customers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The price was amazing, the shipping was super fast. Gun was in hands in three days. The gun was perfect out of the box. Both magazines, documents and lock. Not a scratch, blemish or otherwise. So impressed, my son and daughter both bought a shield from this week. A 40 and a 9. We pick them up today. Will update if necessary after well go to the range. Very happy thus far. I got a Ruger AR from here and was happy i could find one within my price range. But it did take over 10 days to get to me which if youve bought a gun before you understand how anxious you get waiting for it to arrive. And the box was a little dinged. But overall pretty good experience.

How do you know if it is a fake review or a real review? I picked up my handgun today at the Grabagun store front and what I received was a brand new gun without any defects. The gun was ready for pick-up 3 day's after I ordered it.The store front looked like a honest business and the guy's operating it were friendly and helpful. My guess is if you received a gun that has a defect the it is the manufacture not Grabagun.

Just received my new M&P M2.0 4.25" NTS. So far, so good. Better trigger than the original (although I intend to put on an Apex trigger). Very grippy stippling, almost too rough, but I like it. Very accurate.

Fast service, delivered gun I one day! Ammo as promised. I'm very happy.
However, shipping the accessory, the spare clip, somehow shipped with some UPS and USPS cooperation service... Took 3 weeks. That is ridiculus. There was no explanation of this slow shipping process for accessories.

This site is very easy to use, especially considering that shipping a gun seems problematic. They help you locate an FFL that can receive and hold your weapon until you can pick it up using just your Zip code! Very competitive prices and sign up for the emails, they have great specials on ammo that can go straight to your front door!

I finally had the opportunity to order a Rock Island/Armscor. 22TCM pistol after GrabAGun notified me by email that it was in stock and available. The gun was shipped to my firearms dealer very quickly. GrabAGun did a wonderful job as always.

Ordered two s and w 16 round magazines. Took my order and then the next day emailed me that it was cancelled because they won't ship to Cook County, Illinois. They are wrong. Only ammunition can't be shipped to CC, Illinois. Business must be good when they are unwilling to correct their information for a potential market of 6,000,000. Strictly small-time---use someone else.

Grabagun has by far the best prices on handguns I have ever found. No charge for credit card purchase, and only $7.99 shipping! Fast delivery, at my FFL within 2 days of shipping. I will be buying more guns from them!

Their website needs a little work, but they do have the best prices that I could find... The customer service may be a little slow, but helpful. My firearms I have always been shipped on time and arrive in just a couple of days! I can't ask for anything more!

Just ordered M&P Shield 45. Got the gun very quickly at my local FFL in AZ. No issues w/ the transaction. I must say one of the best checkout site i have ever seen. It took less than a mn to order my new piece.

They will cancel your order without any notification. They cancelled my order due to policies that are not listed on their website. Wouldn't ship 17-round magazines to a city in rural Illinois because they are banned in Chicago.
They charged my credit card and I didn't find out it was cancelled until I contacted them. There are plenty of other sites out there to give your money to.

Completely satisfied with Grab a Gun. Have no complaints. Prices are low but the level of service is not. Will order again from the web site.

Buyer be wear don't ever order anything from Grabagun.com they will rip you off their customer service is horrible when you call them you will be on hold for hours and they will knowingly send you defective products and then hide behind there bogus "return policy" before you consider using them I urge you to check them out on the Better Business Bureau site and see just how many complaints there are!

Great prices and excellent services! Very please with Grab a Gun; we will be shopping some more. I have to enter 100 caracters but I have nothing else to say besides the fact that they are great!
