Because they got too big for their britches. They think they have such a clientele that the few who will drop off are insignificant. They would not even refund my fees for an accidental booking I made for the wrong day. You are correct, I have been going thru the local websites of the courses themselves. I was a customer for 5 years with about 40 bookings per year, they took away my free fees and the bonuses. I have not booked with them in 4 months.

Golfnow sent an E-mail to me (Dec) informing me that points must be used by Dec. 31. Ok tried to find a tee time for Sat or Sun because I work M-F. Not one single location available in Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando to book. Having 6600 points that I lose, it seems more notice would have been provided to assist in using valued points (converted $88.20). Nearest course several hours away (Daytona) not happening. Contacted Golfnow and Mr. Joe Babcock of customer service, (oxymoron), had me call 800-767-3574 to get a tee time, what a joke, lady on phone was of no value and promised her supervisor would call back. Hell will freeze first, never again do business with these cons. Thanks, Douglas Roger Sundean

What what processor do you guys use for your online transactions?

Answer:

Stopped working for me for years ago. Could not order a teetime. Contacted them (when they had e tlfnumber). Please reinstall your app. Tried everything. Reinstalled, deleted my acount, created a new, but the same happen. Also with Teeoff after they gathered with Golfnow. What's happening with Golfnow?

Do prices go up if you book the same day on golf now.com?

Answer:

I booked 3 days ahead but when I go to the course, paid for reservation was not honoured. Was told Golfnow had oversold allotted tee times so I had to pay AGAIN. Unable to find any way to contact GOLFNOW for refund, 800 number on website NOT IN SERVICE

Woke up too sick to play today. called golfnow, and attempted to change time to another day on the same course. basically told sorry too bad. are you willing to help us out or have you lost a customer?

Answer:

Course manager must call them to give you refund. However, course must be closed! Good luck driving to course and find out it's closed... happened and tuff luck. Also, no raincheck if started playing already. They are the worst website out there while others are accommodating.

Can vip cancel hotdeal wo charge?

Answer:

Yes, able to cancel but the amount paid is credited to your account, it's not refunded to you. Unsure if, but may be refunded if the course is closed due to (weather) conditions.

How much is charged for booking through golfnow for four people? stan

Answer:

They charged $74.53 for three people in advance prior to tee time, we flew from Seattle and Los Angeles to Maui, no reservation made by golfnow, failed playing golf at the course. Golfnow simply refund $74.53, period

If i cancel my tee time due to a hard rain how early do i have to cancel it? do i call the course or who?

Answer:

Call GN, they will call the course to verify the course is closed due to the weather. If the course is still open then GN won't honor the cancellation, unless your a VIP member (GoflPass+) with Worry-Free cancellation credits available.
