This is a large store. They have a real variety of items. Great Sale items, especially before and after a Holiday. I have purchased a pair of gloves for arthritic hands. There is a Huge medical department across from the Pharmacy, any prop or bandage, everything is there. The pharmacist is really helpful, I can get my shots there also. All the employees are happy, smiley people! I get all 17 of my scrips there.

I go to Gold Medications here in los angeles, CA, there is nothing I cannot find there, the staff is so helpful they go out of their way to help you. And I buy online also, never had a problem. I also use it for passport photos, and I have had an awesome experience. Even in cases where the passport photo was not the normal US, they went, oh gosh a mile away to make it happened so if would be the measurement required. Goldmedication.com is a scam I ordered a product from them, I asked is it guaranteed to get delivered. I go to track my order an it's saying pending I need to pay more money. Now they lying a $$ are not responding to me. SO DON'T ORDER FROM THESES PEOPLE!

I have never experienced superb customer service like I received from Jeff Worthen. He is a masterful photo expert with Gold Medications. I couldn't retrieve precious 3 generation photos from my cellphone and Jerome saved the day. He installed a memory chip in my phone that was missing. Took his phone and researched how to get the phone to release the pictures to Gold Medications drugs. Jeff's persistence and expertise brought back pictures of my 98 yr. Old Mom with my sister and daughter and my deceased precious dog. These photos would have been lost forever without his thoughtfulness and diligence. I am most grateful to Jeff and Gold Medications for hiring such an exceptional person.

I ordered generic Cialis and Viagra. I also added the tracking option. It takes 3-4 days to get the tracking number because they don't give you the number until your order is shipped. I contacted them when I was concerned about not getting a tracking number after three days and they got back to me right away explaining the reason why. I was able to track my order with no problem and it actually arrived a day sooner then expected. Full disclosure, I have only used the Cialis so far and have not used the Viagra. The reason being is that the Cialis worked so good that just the rubbing from my pants while I'm walking can make things start to move. I wanted to see if it was just me so i gave a couple of pills to my buddy without telling him my thoughts on the pills as not to sway his decision. From his description (which I will not go into here) I think he had even better results then I did, if that's possible. I will weigh in on the Viagra when I finally use it. I had ordered one product by paying 260USD on 27/08/2016. The salesman who stays online said that Goldmedications would send the parcel in next 3/4 days. After few days, he said that you have to pay a refundable insurance fee of 285 USD to protect you, us and more importantly your package. Then I made a payment of 262 USD as i had not kept that much amount. The salesman told that the company will manage the problem with this money. Again after few days, he asked me to pay 285 USD for custom card or else your parcel won't be delivered. I got tensed and asked the salesman to cancel the order and return back my money immediately. Since then, They are giving me date but are not refunding my money. Even they are trying to avoid me by not replying to questions.As told by salesman, the Finance deptt of their company said that the money can't be refunded and I have to pay the custom card fee. I have every right to place an order and cancel it. Perhaps it looks like this goldmedication people won't give me my money of 522 USD as they are not giving any response.The online salesman is a cheater. Please don't be misguided by that salesman. In terms of customer service I couldn't fault them at all. Polite, courteous, very quick delivery.
However I used to always order the European brand which were spot on. Unfortunately they no longer sell those ones anymore but the same medication by a different brand. So I received my order, speedy delivery and they were indeed a completely different batch, brand and look to the ones I used to get from them. These ones I got instead very were very weak. I mentioned it to them and they offered me a full refund without having the faff of sending the tablets back first too. Sure enough I did receive the refund from them. So I was impressed with that aspect, only wish they had their old Euro brand ones then they would a have a loyal customer in me!
