I ordered 2 motorcycles. They arrived as scheduled in great condition. Some assembly required. We changed the oil, and fueled the tank. They are fun for us to ride on at a fraction of the cost of one on the display store.
Avoid this company at all costs. The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on holding them accountable for their responsibilities, they will hang up on you and block your calls. It's good to know this before you make a purchase. I found a much more friendly company to order my products from and they are much more responsive. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say they're only Monday through Thursday. This, of course, is the least of my worries, but just another point of their disorganization.
I placed an order for a go kart for my grandson. Billed to me but shipped to my daughter's house. Received an email saying that the order was canceled because the address didn't match and to place a new order with the correct address. So I did exactly that. I get a text saying trying to reach out regarding your order. This is fraud. I tried calling tbe number get another text saying don't call back. WTF? No wonder they have horrible reviews. Plan on driving to tractor supply tomorrow and buying one from them. What a joke. I even sent him a picture of my driver's license that matched my credit card info. Don't waste your time w this clown.

We purchased parts with the exact part number as on our parts list. However they did not fit. I knew they went returnable, however I emailed them and explained the problem. They said they would let me return them under the circumstances. I still have that email. The total of parts was around $125. I paid for shipping both ways. They gave me $30. And will probably resell the parts!

I bought 3 go kart motors May 2021. Once came in July. Another around September. The third is MIA. 9 months and counting. NO response emails and no way to get my $611 back for third motor because it is beyond the time to dispute a charge. BOOOOOOOOOOOO
Ordered assembly parts from them for 80$ and received one component (part) not whole assembly. This is scam seller. They use words to foul you and pull money. Started credit card dispute to get money back. Do no do business with them read reviews first to see others opinion. I am not only one get scammed by them
Well one of my fellow customers said it best I'd say they have horrible service except they have no service at all? In their attempt to be technically proficient you can never speak to anyone. I tried to purchase some stuff at their recommendation through there so called sister company GTC manufacturing. No one had either no one had either company no one had either company no one at either company owned any part of the transaction and kept referring me back and forth. One idiot even told me not to order any longer because their site was for wholesale only. I'm sure they're going through a lot ofChallenges however we have many credit card challenges and I strongly suggest you stay away and buy your toys elsewhere, unless of course you want to be over billed, build twice in many cases or totally frustrated

I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!
Ordered assembly from them for gokart. Page description states assembly brake pedal $76. I received metal part worth $7 on ebay. Assembly is multipart assembled component not one part. I thought it was mistake so requested assembly and have been told this is what i ordered and they refuse toke return. Just not been able to return is enough to not buying from them. I guess if you have what you want and there will be some damage you will get in trouble with them so better stay away. There are better places to make business with

Their phone number says you have to email them. Says they aren't answering the phone or checking messages. I sent 4 or 5 emails to them with no reply. I understand if covid is putting things behind. But it's like these guys 100% gave up, but have their website running like they're still in business. I wouldn't fault them on delays if they were open and honest. But they aren't even remotely doing that.
I place the order with go karts USA for a dirt bike was never came in after 5 months I asked for a refund but the card I used was closed so I had to give them your numbers to give to the bank for the refund never happened they are the biggest Crooks but I will not rest until I get my money back from them

From the very beginning after purchase of my mini bike, these guys could not be contacted. They don't answer the phone, I left messages and never got a response back. Emails, text messages, online chat ( is a Joke) it's all just a computer and the biggest rip off is the mini bike didn't even come from them. It came from a different company and when I check them out they would have sent it free shipping. Go karts USA charge me $180 dollars in shipping. Long story short, look around you will find a better deal and a company that you can communicate with. These guys suck!

I bought 2 tires from this company. I realized that I ordered the wrong size.
I asked if I could return them and they said no.
They said they don't take returns on factory direct orders.
I ordered from and paid them, I had no idea that it was a factory direct order.

Bought 250 Misfit. Suppose to be a 2019 and the stamp says 2018. Did not get a TITLE. Parts missing and broken. They sent me to the company the bought it from and they don't know what i'm talking about service and sales are badly managed. I have a bike from them i can't use. I have been trying for 3 months and all i get is emails which are no help. I will be contact the California Better Bureau to seee if they can help.
They sent me a dead battery and then never responded to my emails asking to return for a replacement.

After filing a complaint with the BBB, I received a call and voicemail from someone in the company saying that since I am such an A@@hole, they wouldn't be doing anything for me and they suggested that I should go *** myself. What a group of professionals!
I'm betting that when it goes to court that the judge is going to love hearing the voicemail. All because I had the nerve to demand that they honor the warranty.
I purchased a go kart from them. It arrived in a damaged crate. The crate had been impacted so hard that it bent the metal cage and forced the go kart back and broke the rear hold down. It bent part of the steering rack. After assembling the go kart (I am a retired mechanic) oil leaks from the bottom of the crankcase, and when you turn the fuel valve on fuel pours from the carb overflow hose and bowl vent. I contacted them and after promises to correct the issues, they simply stopped replying. I asked for contact information for whoever handles the warranty and was told to google it. I have a worthless piece of junk and they have nearly $2000 of my money. Avoid these thieves. Next step is the BBB and then on to court.

This is a partnership crime business this company has no employees they don't answer the phone during working hours only AI robots that take orders collect money and then that money a company called PayPal tries to be the muscle that the collector for this criminal operation luckily my bank is Direct Express and they would not pay them PayPal won't give me a refund they want me to go through the whole process of waiting several months instead I'm going to file a complaint but it will be with the Federal reserve IG department through my representative Michael cloud in Texas

I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent.
GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later.
These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick $#*! new bike.
I never give reviews, but this hasn't been the best experience. I ordered the GT150 XRX and the company was very responsive. However, 2 weeks into the process, they lied to me about shipping. I thought, well, it was just a mistake. They said, "rest assured", it has shipped. I'm into my 30 days and no delivery. I have refuted the charges on my credit card and they refuse to contact me and any form, text, email, or phone. I would highly recommend going to another site to purchase.
I read a lot of reviews from at least 10 different companies that sell Chinese bikes. They give many BAD reviews. Seems to me that alot of these people can't operate a screw driver! Also they are mad because they didn't get a Honda for 50 bucks. Also, because they are clueless about how to execute a business deal, they blame it on the guy that stuck out his neck, rented an expensive warehouse, hired employees, and pays fees up the yang to the Socialist Dem's in Sacramento! Let me tell you, the world doesn't owe you a living, so get some mechanical skills and knowledge, and quit trying to make someone else pay for you to go through life clueless! GO KARTS USA is a fine establishment, offering good deals for not much loot. The place ROCKS!

Ordered a go cart on 5/17, a guy called the next day and said the color I wanted was backordered till 6/9. Well 6/9 came and went, no contact from the company whatsoever and I've texted their customer service number 3 days in a row and no response. I now have very disappointed children and a transaction through Affirm that I have to figure out how to cancel. Thanks for nothing.
Ordered parts, witch was a front shock and ball joint arm. Parts came and they were the wrong ones. So i emailed them they told me no returns on factory parts so i looked at other parts most parts are factory parts so watch out. They just ripped me off now i have parts that are useless to me and im out 200$ terrible business and website, stay away, this website it is no good.
Be aware of this company - they have the worst service and communication. I ordered a part that was "in-stock" but it took weeks of follow-up to get it shipped and then found out they had swapped it for a cheaper product (as the product wasn't in stock) but that doesn't even fit. To top it all off they want a re-stocking fee to return it, even though THEY got it wrong. Customer services won't even reply to most messages or provide a number to call. I certainly won't be shopping here again. My recommendation is to buy elsewhere.
